本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种香瓜肠粉补血蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜是蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜和分泌物,通过充分酿造,储藏在巢脾里的一种黏稠状的营养物质,蜂蜜具有改善人脑循环、增强人体免疫力和应激力的功效。可是市场上的蜂蜜已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的饺子越来越受到消费者的青睐,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种香瓜肠粉补血蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种香瓜肠粉补血蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
柑桔蜜300-400、营养添加剂5-8、山楂10-12、猪大肠粉2-3、梅花瓣2-3、馒头2-3、香槟7-8、葡萄籽油2-3、紫薯3-5、香瓜4-8、咸蛋黄2-3、椰肉5-6、小黄鱼3-4、虎尾兰1-2.1、鸡骨草0.5-1.5、红背竹0.6-1.4、爬山虎根1-2.1、当归0.5-1.3、板蓝根2.1-3.2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草1-2.8、楮实子2.1-3.3、胡秃子1-2.7、扁蓄2.2-3.3、布丁8-10、鸡蛋糕9-13、鸡柳12-15、青梅汁2-3、葡萄籽油适量;
制备方法为:(1)将缬草、楮实子、胡秃子、扁蓄洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)鸡蛋糕兑青梅汁化成糊状,得鸡蛋糊,布丁倒入鸡蛋糊中稍稍搅拌,得布丁糊,葡萄籽油入锅烧热,倒入布丁糊,煎炸1-2分钟,取出沥干油;
(3)鸡柳兑中药汁混合剁碎,与炸布丁混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉,即得。
一种香瓜肠粉补血蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的红背竹、爬山虎根、当归等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)紫薯、香瓜混合入搅拌机搅拌成泥,与小黄鱼混合上锅蒸煮10-20分钟,取出小黄鱼,在小黄鱼表面涂抹葡萄籽油,上烤箱烘烤3-4分钟,取出小黄鱼,烘干研磨成粉;
(3)香槟大火煮沸,馒头撕碎丢入,并加入中药粉,小火熬成糊状,梅花瓣洗净温水浸泡1-2分钟,取出挂馒头糊,入油锅煎炸10-20秒,取出沥干油,烘干研磨成粉;
(4)咸蛋黄煮熟,与椰肉混合剁碎,拌猪大肠粉,得椰肉蛋泥,山楂挖洞去核,填入椰肉蛋泥,上烤炉烘烤4-5分钟,取出整体烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将步骤(2)(3)(4)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入柑桔蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明风味独特,口感极好,既保留了蜂花的香味,又增添了醇香的酒味,色泽浅黄,清澈透明,通过添加当归、虎尾兰、红背竹等中草药,从而达到清热解毒、清肺止咳、润燥滑肠的目的,老少皆宜,适合于夏天食用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种香瓜肠粉补血蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
柑桔蜜300、营养添加剂8、山楂12、猪大肠粉2、梅花瓣3、馒头3、香槟8、葡萄籽油3、紫薯5、香瓜8、咸蛋黄3、椰肉6、小黄鱼4、虎尾兰2.1、鸡骨草1.5、红背竹1.4、爬山虎根2.1、当归1.3、板蓝根2.1;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草2.8、楮实子2.1、胡秃子2.7、扁蓄2.2、布丁8、鸡蛋糕13、鸡柳15、青梅汁2、葡萄籽油适量;
制备方法为:(1)将缬草、楮实子、胡秃子、扁蓄洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)鸡蛋糕兑青梅汁化成糊状,得鸡蛋糊,布丁倒入鸡蛋糊中稍稍搅拌,得布丁糊,葡萄籽油入锅烧热,倒入布丁糊,煎炸1分钟,取出沥干油;
(3)鸡柳兑中药汁混合剁碎,与炸布丁混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉,即得。

(3)香槟大火煮沸,馒头撕碎丢入,并加入中药粉,小火熬成糊状,梅花瓣洗净温水浸泡2分钟,取出挂馒头糊,入油锅煎炸20秒,取出沥干油,烘干研磨成粉;
(4)咸蛋黄煮熟,与椰肉混合剁碎,拌猪大肠粉,得椰肉蛋泥,山楂挖洞去核,填入椰肉蛋泥,上烤炉烘烤5分钟,取出整体烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将步骤(2)(3)(4)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入柑桔蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。

1.一种香瓜肠粉补血蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
柑桔蜜300-400、营养添加剂5-8、山楂10-12、猪大肠粉2-3、梅花瓣2-3、馒头2-3、香槟7-8、葡萄籽油2-3、紫薯3-5、香瓜4-8、咸蛋黄2-3、椰肉5-6、小黄鱼3-4、虎尾兰1-2.1、鸡骨草0.5-1.5、红背竹0.6-1.4、爬山虎根1-2.1、当归0.5-1.3、板蓝根2.1-3.2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草1-2.8、楮实子2.1-3.3、胡秃子1-2.7、扁蓄2.2-3.3、布丁8-10、鸡蛋糕9-13、鸡柳12-15、青梅汁2-3、葡萄籽油适量;
制备方法为:(1)将缬草、楮实子、胡秃子、扁蓄洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)鸡蛋糕兑青梅汁化成糊状,得鸡蛋糊,布丁倒入鸡蛋糊中稍稍搅拌,得布丁糊,葡萄籽油入锅烧热,倒入布丁糊,煎炸1-2分钟,取出沥干油;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种香瓜肠粉补血蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的红背竹、爬山虎根、当归等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)紫薯、香瓜混合入搅拌机搅拌成泥,与小黄鱼混合上锅蒸煮10-20分钟,取出小黄鱼,在小黄鱼表面涂抹葡萄籽油,上烤箱烘烤3-4分钟,取出小黄鱼,烘干研磨成粉;
(3)香槟大火煮沸,馒头撕碎丢入,并加入中药粉,小火熬成糊状,梅花瓣洗净温水浸泡1-2分钟,取出挂馒头糊,入油锅煎炸10-20秒,取出沥干油,烘干研磨成粉;
(4)咸蛋黄煮熟,与椰肉混合剁碎,拌猪大肠粉,得椰肉蛋泥,山楂挖洞去核,填入椰肉蛋泥,上烤炉烘烤4-5分钟,取出整体烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将步骤(2)(3)(4)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入柑桔蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。
