本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种安神鱼香桂花蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜是蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜和分泌物,通过充分酿造,储藏在巢脾里的一种黏稠状的营养物质,蜂蜜具有改善人脑循环、增强人体免疫力和应激力的功效。可是市场上的蜂蜜已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的饺子越来越受到消费者的青睐,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种安神鱼香桂花蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种安神鱼香桂花蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
桂花蜜500-600、营养添加剂9-20、花生20-30、干啤酒糟6-10、燕麦片6-10、葡萄柚5-6、豆瓣酱6-7、蔗糖3-4、柚子皮13-20、鲫鱼肉10-12、小麦胚芽粉4-6、彩椒7-11、乌灵参1-1.3、腰果油1-2、和合草1-2、福参根0.8-1、茜草1-1.3、虎刺2-3、茯神1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草1-2.8、楮实子2.1-3.3、胡秃子1-2.7、扁蓄2.2-3.3、布丁8-10、鸡蛋糕9-13、鸡柳12-15、青梅汁2-3、葡萄籽油适量;
制备方法为:(1)将缬草、楮实子、胡秃子、扁蓄洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)鸡蛋糕兑青梅汁化成糊状,得鸡蛋糊,布丁倒入鸡蛋糊中稍稍搅拌,得布丁糊,葡萄籽油入锅烧热,倒入布丁糊,煎炸1-2分钟,取出沥干油;
(3)鸡柳兑中药汁混合剁碎,与炸布丁混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉,即得。
一种安神鱼香桂花蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的茜草、虎刺、茯神等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后滤得滤液,得中药汁;
(2)干啤酒糟、鲫鱼肉、燕麦片混合入锅,兑中药汁煎煮至干,去干啤酒糟,将剩余物料烘干研磨成粉;花生入锅加蔗糖炒香,取出烘干研磨成粉;
(3)彩椒、葡萄柚混合打浆,滤得汁液,柚子皮切丝,倒入汁液中小火加热腌渍5-10分钟,取出,挂一层豆瓣酱,滚上小麦胚芽粉,待用;腰果油烧热,将滚好小麦胚芽粉的柚子皮放入油锅中煎炸1-2分钟,取出沥干,烘干研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入桂花蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明风味独特,口感极好,既保留了蜂花的香味,又增添了醇香的酒味,色泽浅黄,清澈透明,通过添加福参根、茯神、和合草、茜草等中草药,从而达到清热解毒、宁心安神、温中益气、的目的,老少皆宜,适合于夏天食用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种安神鱼香桂花蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
桂花蜜500、营养添加剂9、花生30、干啤酒糟10、燕麦片10、葡萄柚6、豆瓣酱6-7、蔗糖4、柚子皮20、鲫鱼肉12、小麦胚芽粉6、彩椒11、乌灵参1.3、腰果油2、和合草2、福参根1、茜草1.3、虎刺3、茯神2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草2.8、楮实子2.1、胡秃子2.7、扁蓄2.2、布丁8、鸡蛋糕13、鸡柳15、青梅汁2、葡萄籽油适量;
制备方法为:(1)将缬草、楮实子、胡秃子、扁蓄洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)鸡蛋糕兑青梅汁化成糊状,得鸡蛋糊,布丁倒入鸡蛋糊中稍稍搅拌,得布丁糊,葡萄籽油入锅烧热,倒入布丁糊,煎炸1分钟,取出沥干油;
(3)鸡柳兑中药汁混合剁碎,与炸布丁混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉,即得。

(4)将步骤(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入桂花蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。

1.一种安神鱼香桂花蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
桂花蜜500-600、营养添加剂9-20、花生20-30、干啤酒糟6-10、燕麦片6-10、葡萄柚5-6、豆瓣酱6-7、蔗糖3-4、柚子皮13-20、鲫鱼肉10-12、小麦胚芽粉4-6、彩椒7-11、乌灵参1-1.3、腰果油1-2、和合草1-2、福参根0.8-1、茜草1-1.3、虎刺2-3、茯神1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
