本发明公开了一种板栗杏仁补血蜂蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:椴树蜂蜜300-400、营养添加剂5-8、生板栗仁7-8、百合珠芽3-4、鸡汤12-13、雪莲果1-2、金橘3-4、绿豆糕2-3、蚕豆皮3-4、豆腐3-5、蛋黄果3-4、甜杏仁2-3、山药4-5、声色草2-3、辣蓼草0.8-1、菠萝叶1-1.3、胖儿草0.8-1、熟地黄1-2、鹿蹄草0.5-1;本发明风味独特,口感极好,既保留了蜂花的香味,又增添了醇香的果味,色泽浅黄,清澈透明,通过添加胖儿草、熟地黄、菠萝叶、辣蓼草等中草药,从而达到益肾、祛风除湿、活血调经、清热解毒、益精补血的目的,老少皆宜,适合于夏天食用。

本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种板栗杏仁补血蜂蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜是蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜和分泌物,通过充分酿造,储藏在巢脾里的一种黏稠状的营养物质,蜂蜜具有改善人脑循环、增强人体免疫力和应激力的功效。可是市场上的蜂蜜已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的饺子越来越受到消费者的青睐,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种板栗杏仁补血蜂蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种板栗杏仁补血蜂蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
椴树蜂蜜300-400、营养添加剂5-8、生板栗仁7-8、百合珠芽3-4、鸡汤12-13、雪莲果1-2、金橘3-4、绿豆糕2-3、蚕豆皮3-4、豆腐3-5、蛋黄果3-4、甜杏仁2-3、山药4-5、声色草2-3、辣蓼草0.8-1、菠萝叶1-1.3、胖儿草0.8-1、熟地黄1-2、鹿蹄草0.5-1;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草1-2.8、楮实子2.1-3.3、胡秃子1-2.7、扁蓄2.2-3.3、布丁8-10、鸡蛋糕9-13、鸡柳12-15、青梅汁2-3、葡萄籽油适量;
制备方法为:(1)将缬草、楮实子、胡秃子、扁蓄洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)鸡蛋糕兑青梅汁化成糊状,得鸡蛋糊,布丁倒入鸡蛋糊中稍稍搅拌,得布丁糊,葡萄籽油入锅烧热,倒入布丁糊,,煎炸1-2分钟,取出沥干油;
(3)鸡柳兑中药汁混合剁碎,与炸布丁混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉,即得。
一种板栗杏仁补血蜂蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的声色草、辣蓼草、菠萝叶等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后滤得滤液,得中药汁;
(2)绿豆糕、豆腐、金橘、山药混合剁碎,用中药汁熏蒸20-25分钟,取出混合物料,烘干研磨成粉,待用;
(3)蚕豆皮、生板栗仁与鸡汤混合入锅,煎煮至干,取出与百合珠芽、雪莲果、蛋黄果、混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉;甜杏仁入锅炒香,烘干研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(1)(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入椴树蜂蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明风味独特,口感极好,既保留了蜂花的香味,又增添了醇香的果味,色泽浅黄,清澈透明,通过添加胖儿草、熟地黄、菠萝叶、辣蓼草等中草药,从而达到益肾、祛风除湿、活血调经、清热解毒、益精补血的目的,老少皆宜,适合于夏天食用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种板栗杏仁补血蜂蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
椴树蜂蜜300、营养添加剂8、生板栗仁8、百合珠芽4、鸡汤13、雪莲果2、金橘4、绿豆糕3、蚕豆皮4、豆腐5、蛋黄果4、甜杏仁3、山药5、声色草3、辣蓼草1、菠萝叶1.3、胖儿草1、熟地黄2、鹿蹄草1;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草2.8、楮实子2.1、胡秃子2.7、扁蓄2.2、布丁8、鸡蛋糕13、鸡柳15、青梅汁2、葡萄籽油适量;
制备方法为:(1)将缬草、楮实子、胡秃子、扁蓄洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)鸡蛋糕兑青梅汁化成糊状,得鸡蛋糊,布丁倒入鸡蛋糊中稍稍搅拌,得布丁糊,葡萄籽油入锅烧热,倒入布丁糊,,煎炸1分钟,取出沥干油;
(3)鸡柳兑中药汁混合剁碎,与炸布丁混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉,即得。
一种板栗杏仁补血蜂蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的声色草、辣蓼草、菠萝叶等中草药用5倍水浸提后滤得滤液,得中药汁;

(4)将步骤(1)(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入椴树蜂蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。

1.一种板栗杏仁补血蜂蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
椴树蜂蜜300-400、营养添加剂5-8、生板栗仁7-8、百合珠芽3-4、鸡汤12-13、雪莲果1-2、金橘3-4、绿豆糕2-3、蚕豆皮3-4、豆腐3-5、蛋黄果3-4、甜杏仁2-3、山药4-5、声色草2-3、辣蓼草0.8-1、菠萝叶1-1.3、胖儿草0.8-1、熟地黄1-2、鹿蹄草0.5-1;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板栗杏仁补血蜂蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:

(2)绿豆糕、豆腐、金橘、山药混合剁碎,用中药汁熏蒸20-25分钟,取出混合物料,烘干研磨成粉,待用;
