本发明公开了一种果核冬瓜养阴蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:桂花蜜160-170、营养添加剂9-10、银耳3-4、冬瓜4-9、椰奶15-20、鹿角菜10-30、茶花6-10、黄豆蛋白粉10-12、蜂胶4-5、鱼油2-3、杨梅8-10、龙眼肉3-4、枇杷核粉5-9、玛卡1-1.2、万年青0.5-1、玉竹1-2、白鲜皮1-2、黑丑1-2、橄榄油、水适量;本发明风味独特,口感极好,既保留了蜂花的香味,又增添了醇香的果味,色泽浅黄,清澈透明,通过添加玉竹、玛卡、枇杷核、万年青等中草药,从而达到养阴润燥、清热解毒、抗疲劳、改善睡眠、增强记忆的目的,老少皆宜,适合于夏天食用。

本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种果核冬瓜养阴蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜是蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜和分泌物,通过充分酿造,储藏在巢脾里的一种黏稠状的营养物质,蜂蜜具有改善人脑循环、增强人体免疫力和应激力的功效。可是市场上的蜂蜜已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的饺子越来越受到消费者的青睐,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种果核冬瓜养阴蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种果核冬瓜养阴蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
桂花蜜160-170、营养添加剂9-10、银耳3-4、冬瓜4-9、椰奶15-20、鹿角菜10-30、茶花6-10、黄豆蛋白粉10-12、蜂胶4-5、鱼油2-3、杨梅8-10、龙眼肉3-4、枇杷核粉5-9、玛卡1-1.2、万年青0.5-1、玉竹1-2、白鲜皮1-2、黑丑1-2、橄榄油、水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草1-2.8、楮实子2.1-3.3、胡秃子1-2.7、扁蓄2.2-3.3、布丁8-10、鸡蛋糕9-13、鸡柳12-15、青梅汁2-3、葡萄籽油适量;
制备方法为:(1)将缬草、楮实子、胡秃子、扁蓄洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)鸡蛋糕兑青梅汁化成糊状,得鸡蛋糊,布丁倒入鸡蛋糊中稍稍搅拌,得布丁糊,葡萄籽油入锅烧热,倒入布丁糊,,煎炸1-2分钟,取出沥干油;
(3)鸡柳兑中药汁混合剁碎,与炸布丁混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉,即得。
一种果核冬瓜养阴蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的玛卡、万年青、玉竹等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后滤得滤液,得中药汁;
(2)银耳泡发,与杨梅、茶花、椰奶混合入锅,煎煮至干,去茶花,将剩余物料拌鱼油,烘干研磨成粉;
(3)冬瓜、龙眼肉切丝,橄榄油入锅烧热,冬瓜、龙眼肉丝丢入锅中翻炒1-2分钟,兑中药汁,小火加热,再加入枇杷核粉、蜂胶、鹿角菜;小煮10-15分钟,滤得汤液,换锅继续熬煮,慢慢加入黄豆蛋白粉以及营养添加剂,均匀搅拌调成糊状,再起锅烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入桂花蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明风味独特,口感极好,既保留了蜂花的香味,又增添了醇香的果味,色泽浅黄,清澈透明,通过添加玉竹、玛卡、枇杷核、万年青等中草药,从而达到养阴润燥、清热解毒、抗疲劳、改善睡眠、增强记忆的目的,老少皆宜,适合于夏天食用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种果核冬瓜养阴蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
桂花蜜160、营养添加剂9、银耳3、冬瓜4、椰奶20、鹿角菜30、茶花6、黄豆蛋白粉10、蜂胶4、鱼油2、杨梅10、龙眼肉4、枇杷核粉5、玛卡1.2、万年青1、玉竹2、白鲜皮2、黑丑2、橄榄油、水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草2.8、楮实子2.1、胡秃子2.7、扁蓄2.2、布丁8、鸡蛋糕13、鸡柳15、青梅汁2、葡萄籽油适量;
制备方法为:(1)将缬草、楮实子、胡秃子、扁蓄洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)鸡蛋糕兑青梅汁化成糊状,得鸡蛋糊,布丁倒入鸡蛋糊中稍稍搅拌,得布丁糊,葡萄籽油入锅烧热,倒入布丁糊,,煎炸1分钟,取出沥干油;
(3)鸡柳兑中药汁混合剁碎,与炸布丁混合剁碎,烘干研磨成粉,即得。
一种果核冬瓜养阴蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的玛卡、万年青、玉竹等中草药用5倍水浸提后滤得滤液,得中药汁;
(2)银耳泡发,与杨梅、茶花、椰奶混合入锅,煎煮至干,去茶花,将剩余物料拌鱼油,烘干研磨成粉;
(3)冬瓜、龙眼肉切丝,橄榄油入锅烧热,冬瓜、龙眼肉丝丢入锅中翻炒2分钟,兑中药汁,小火加热,再加入枇杷核粉、蜂胶、鹿角菜;小煮15分钟,滤得汤液,换锅继续熬煮,慢慢加入黄豆蛋白粉以及营养添加剂,均匀搅拌调成糊状,再起锅烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入桂花蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。

1.一种果核冬瓜养阴蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
桂花蜜160-170、营养添加剂9-10、银耳3-4、冬瓜4-9、椰奶15-20、鹿角菜10-30、茶花6-10、黄豆蛋白粉10-12、蜂胶4-5、鱼油2-3、杨梅8-10、龙眼肉3-4、枇杷核粉5-9、玛卡1-1.2、万年青0.5-1、玉竹1-2、白鲜皮1-2、黑丑1-2、橄榄油、水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
缬草1-2.8、楮实子2.1-3.3、胡秃子1-2.7、扁蓄2.2-3.3、布丁8-10、鸡蛋糕9-13、鸡柳12-15、青梅汁2-3、葡萄籽油适量;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种果核冬瓜养阴蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的玛卡、万年青、玉竹等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后滤得滤液,得中药汁;
(2)银耳泡发,与杨梅、茶花、椰奶混合入锅,煎煮至干,去茶花,将剩余物料拌鱼油,烘干研磨成粉;
(3)冬瓜、龙眼肉切丝,橄榄油入锅烧热,冬瓜、龙眼肉丝丢入锅中翻炒1-2分钟,兑中药汁,小火加热,再加入枇杷核粉、蜂胶、鹿角菜,小煮10-15分钟,滤得汤液,换锅继续熬煮,慢慢加入黄豆蛋白粉以及营养添加剂,均匀搅拌调成糊状,再起锅烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将步骤(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起加入桂花蜜反复小火加热搅拌浓缩调成膏状,即得。
