本发明公开了一种祛火宁神鲜花月饼的制备方法。本发明用法简单,味道可口,营养价值高,具有一定的保健功效。本发明由以下原料构成:中筋面粉100-200、黄油50-100、牛奶50-100、白糖20-50、红糖20-50、食盐10-30、金银花10-30、黄山贡菊10-20、枸杞15-20、甘草10-20、蜂蜜20-30、水适量。本发明步骤简单,操作方便,制作的产品感观好,气味芳香,味美可口,有一定的祛火宁神功效。

    本发明主要涉及食品及其制备方法的技术领域,尤其涉及一种祛火宁神鲜花月饼。
 
背景技术
月饼代表着团团圆圆,中国人中秋节爱吃月饼。但是传统的广式月饼馅料单一,口感甜腻,不能满足人们对口感和健康的追求。市场上尚未出现将月饼与保健功能相结合的产品。
 
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种祛火宁神鲜花月饼,本发明步骤简单,操作方便,制作的产品感观好,气味芳香,味美可口。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种祛火宁神鲜花月饼,其特征在于:由以下原料组成:中筋面粉100-200、黄油50-100、牛奶50-100、白糖20-50、红糖20-50、食盐10-30、金银花10-30、黄山贡菊10-20、枸杞15-20、甘草10-20、蜂蜜20-30、水适量。
其制备方法为:
(1)将中筋面粉、白糖、黄油加入适量牛奶、水,充分搅拌后,按照常规方法制成水油皮;
(2)将金银花、枸杞、甘草、贡菊用清水洗净,晾干;
(3)将晾干后的金银花、枸杞、甘草、贡菊混合均匀后撒入食盐腌渍;
(4)取一个干净消毒的瓶子,将腌渍后的花草放入瓶中,加入红糖、蜂蜜搅拌,制成馅料;
(5)将水油皮按扁后,包入油酥,收口捏紧后,收口朝下,擀开成牛舌形,翻面,由上而下卷起,制成生饼皮;
(6)将生饼皮按扁后,包入馅料,收口捏紧,整理成圆形,制成生饼;
(7)将烤箱预热后,生饼放入中层,上下火加热8-12分钟,即制成祛火宁神鲜花月饼。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
本发明中,利用花草制成月饼馅料,具有一定的保健功效,尤其是可以祛火宁神。其中金银花,又名忍冬、银花、双花等,自古被誉为清热解毒的良药。它性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪。金银花既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等证,均效果显著。枸杞含有丰富的枸杞多糖、β-胡萝卜素、维生素E、硒及黄酮类等抗氧化物质,有较好的抗氧化作用。枸杞可对抗自由基过氧化,减轻自由基过氧化损伤,从而有助于延缓衰老,延长寿命。黄山贡菊花性甘苦,微寒。内含菊苷、腺嘌呤、胆碱及维生素A1、B1、氨基酸,钾、钠盐等成分,具有清肝明目、驱邪降火、清凉解表的功效。甘草具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,清咽利嗓,缓急止痛,调和诸药的效果。
上述花草结合使用,有祛火宁神的功效,保健功能较好。
 
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种祛火宁神鲜花月饼,其特征在于:由以下原料组成:中筋面粉100克、黄油50克、牛奶50克、白糖20克、红糖30克、食盐10克、金银花10克、黄山贡菊10克、枸杞15克、甘草10克、蜂蜜20克、水适量。
其制备方法为:
(1)将中筋面粉100克、白糖20克、黄油50加入适量牛奶、水,充分搅拌后,按照常规方法制成水油皮;
(2)将金银花10克、枸杞15克、甘草10克、贡菊10克用清水洗净,晾干;
(3)将晾干后的金银花、枸杞、甘草、贡菊混合均匀后撒入食盐腌渍;
(4)取一个干净消毒的瓶子,将腌渍后的花草放入瓶中,加入红糖、蜂蜜搅拌,制成馅料;
(5)将水油皮分为5等份,按扁后,包入油酥,收口捏紧后,收口朝下,擀开成牛舌形,翻面,由上而下卷起,制成生饼皮;
(6)将生饼皮按扁后,包入馅料,收口捏紧,整理成圆形,制成生饼;
(7)将烤箱预热后,生饼放入中层,200度上下火加热8分钟,即制成祛火宁神鲜花月饼。

1.一种祛火宁神鲜花月饼,其特征在于:由以下原料组成:中筋面粉100-200、黄油50-100、牛奶50-100、白糖20-50、红糖20-50、食盐10-30、金银花10-30、黄山贡菊10-20、枸杞15-20、甘草10-20、蜂蜜20-30、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛火宁神鲜花月饼的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将中筋面粉、白糖、黄油加入适量牛奶、水,充分搅拌后,按照常规方法制成水油皮;
(2)将金银花、枸杞、甘草、贡菊用清水洗净,晾干;
(3)将晾干后的金银花、枸杞、甘草、贡菊混合均匀后撒入食盐腌渍;
(4)取一个干净消毒的瓶子,将腌渍后的花草放入瓶中,加入红糖、蜂蜜搅拌,制成馅料;
(5)将水油皮按扁后,包入油酥,收口捏紧后,收口朝下,擀开成牛舌形,翻面,由上而下卷起,制成生饼皮;
