一种玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将生姜清洗后去皮,切分后将其投入沸水中烫4-6分钟,加入到柠檬酸溶液中护色6-8分钟,打浆后过滤,滤液静置沉淀4-6小时后的上清液即为姜汁;
2)将干玫瑰花去蒂后清洗,按照固液比为1:3-4的比例加入纯化水,加热到60-80℃浸提1-2小时后过滤,即得玫瑰花汁;
3)按照以下重量份数比原料:姜汁20-25份,玫瑰花汁20-25份,黑糖10-12份,麦芽糊精6-8份,黄原胶3-5份,葡萄糖酸亚铁0.5-0.7份,将其充分混合均匀后制粒,将颗粒干燥整形后包装,即可得到玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料。

本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果在于:本发明通过将玫瑰汁、黑糖、姜汁三者联合使用在调节经期腹痛和失血量过大的问题,其配合麦芽糊精、黄原胶以及葡萄糖酸亚铁使用并具有显著的补血作用。其调经保健效果显著优于现已上市的饮品。同时本发明将其通过合适工艺制备成固体饮料,具有冲饮便利,方便携带的特点,方便女性在出行或工作时使用。

2)将干玫瑰花去蒂后清洗,按照固液比为1:4的比例加入纯化水,加热到60℃浸提2小时后过滤,即得玫瑰花汁;
3)按照以下重量份数比原料:姜汁20份,玫瑰花汁25份,黑糖10份,麦芽糊精8份,黄原胶3份,葡萄糖酸亚铁0.7份,将其充分混合均匀后制粒,将颗粒干燥整形后包装,即可得到玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料。

3)按照以下重量份数比原料:姜汁25份,玫瑰花汁20份,黑糖12份,麦芽糊精6份,黄原胶5份,葡萄糖酸亚铁0.5份,将其充分混合均匀后制粒,将颗粒干燥整形后包装,即可得到玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料。
实施例6本发明玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料调经作用
选取门诊月经不调女性100人作为研究人群,年龄跨度在18-45岁之间,患者均自述月经期间出现腹痛、失血过多等症状,自月经期前一周冲服本发明所述的玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料,直至经期结束,服用时使用50度的温开水冲服,每日30g,设定阳性对照组和阴性对照组,阳性对照组服用黑糖姜水。通过问询法测定腹痛率和经期总失血量。腹痛率为出现腹痛症状的女性占组内女性的比率。

实验结果显示,本发明所述的固体饮料具有很好的调经作用,不仅可以显著降低经期的腹痛率,而且可以显著降低经期的总失血量。其调经效果显著优于阳性对照黑塘姜水。这表明三种物质联合使用时在调经方面具有显著的协同作用,其中实施例1对应的固体饮料的调经效果最佳。同时在试验中发现,月经期间痛经或失血量过大的女性在长期服用本发明所述的固体饮料中可以纠正长期失血过多引发的贫血现象,本发明固体饮料体现出显著的补血作用。
Claims (3)
1.一种玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将生姜清洗后去皮,切分后将其投入沸水中烫4-6分钟,加入到柠檬酸溶液中护色6-8分钟,打浆后过滤,滤液静置沉淀4-6小时后的上清液即为姜汁;
2)将干玫瑰花去蒂后清洗,按照固液比为1:3-4的比例加入纯化水,加热到60-80℃浸提1-2小时后过滤,即得玫瑰花汁;
3)按照以下重量份数比原料:姜汁20-25份,玫瑰花汁20-25份,黑糖10-12份,麦芽糊精6-8份,黄原胶3-5份,葡萄糖酸亚铁0.5-0.7份,将其充分混合均匀后制粒,将颗粒干燥整形后包装,即可得到玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料,其特征在于,所述的玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料的制备方法具体包括如下步骤:
1)将生姜清洗后去皮,切分后将其投入沸水中烫5分钟,加入到柠檬酸溶液中护色7分钟,打浆后过滤,滤液静置沉淀5小时后的上清液即为姜汁;
2)将干玫瑰花去蒂后清洗,按照固液比为1:3.5的比例加入纯化水,加热到60-80℃浸提1-2小时后过滤,即得玫瑰花汁;
3)按照以下重量份数比原料:姜汁22.5份,玫瑰花汁22.5份,黑糖11份,麦芽糊精7份,黄原4份,葡萄糖酸亚铁0.6份,将其充分混合均匀后制粒,将颗粒干燥整形后包装,即可得到玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料。
3.权利要求1或2所述的玫瑰黑糖姜汁固体饮料在调经补血中的应用。
