固体饮料是指以糖、乳和乳制品、蛋或蛋制品、果汁或食用植物提取物等为主要原料,添加适量的辅料或食品添加剂制成的每100克成品水分不高于5克的固体制品,呈粉末状、颗粒状或块状,如豆晶粉、麦乳精,速溶咖啡、菊花晶等,固体饮料属于软饮料的一类,主要分为蛋白型固体饮料(包含氨基酸饮料)和普通型固体饮料。一直以来,固体饮料因品种多样、风味独特、易于存放而备受消费者青睐;尤其是那些富含维生素、矿物质、氨基酸等营养成分的固体饮料,可以及时补充人体代谢所需营养,更成为了许多人生活中离不开的好伴侣。随着人们保健意识的增强,人们对于固体饮料的保健要求越来越高,但令人遗憾的是,现有的固体饮料保健性能不佳,影响这固体饮料的在人群中的接受程度。
黑糖姜水是民间广为流传的一种驱寒暖胃的偏方,能温中散寒,温经止血,对治疗宫寒痛经、月经不调等症状具有一定疗效。芡实为又称鸡头米,其淀粉、膳食纤维含里较高。此外,芡实还富含铁、磷、硒、Vc、Ve、VB及β胡萝卜素等矿物质。但是,现有技术中对于芡实在饮料方面的报道较少。

选取门诊月经不调女性100人作为研究人群,年龄跨度在18-45岁之间,患者均存在月经期间腹痛、失血过多等症状。上述患者自月经期前一周冲服本发明所述的含有银杏叶和芡实的黑糖固体复合饮料,直至经期结束。服用时使用50~60℃的温开水冲服,每日一次,每次30g,设定饮用温开水为对照组。通过问询法测定腹痛率和经期总失血量。腹痛率为出现腹痛症状的女性占组内女性的比率。结果如下表所示:

Claims (6)
1.一种含有银杏叶和芡实的黑糖固体复合饮料的配方,其特征在于,按照重量份计包括以下成分:黑糖15~25份,生姜汁10~20份,红枣12~22份,银杏叶粉3~8份,蜂蜜2~6份,百合6~10份,芡实3~8份,红豆4~8份,黑米5~10份,桂花2~6份,红糖2~5份,稳定剂0.5~1.8份,矿泉水10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有银杏叶和芡实的黑糖固体复合饮料的配方,其特征在于,对所述红枣、百合、芡实、红豆、黑米进行破碎干燥处理,干燥后过200~300目筛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有银杏叶和芡实的黑糖固体复合饮料的配方,其特征在于,所述生姜汁为使用前1~2h榨取。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有银杏叶和芡实的黑糖固体复合饮料的配方,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶、低甲氧基果胶和结冷胶的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有银杏叶和芡实的黑糖固体复合饮料的配方,其特征在于,按照重量份计包括以下成分:黑糖17.5~22.5份,生姜汁12.5~17.5份,红枣15~20份,银杏叶粉4~6份,蜂蜜3~5份,百合7~9份,芡实4~6份,红豆5~7份,黑米6~9份,桂花3~5份,红糖2.75~4.25份,稳定剂0.9~1.5份,矿泉水12.5~17.5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有银杏叶和芡实的黑糖固体复合饮料的配方,其特征在于,按照重量份计包括以下成分:黑糖20份,生姜汁15份,红枣18份,银杏叶粉5份,蜂蜜4份,百合8份,芡实5份,红豆6份,黑米7.5份,桂花4份,红糖3.5份,稳定剂1.2份,矿泉水15份。
