Abstract
本发明涉及一种姜制红枣黑方糖块,其有效成份为新鲜生姜、大枣、黑糖,经特殊工艺设备制成。属于饮用冲剂技术领域。主要适合于日常虚寒体质人群饮用,尤其适合胃寒体虚的人群和女性经期食用或饮用。本发明能有效调节虚寒体质、促进气血流通、治疗风热感冒、缓解经期不适、改善手脚冰凉等功效,而且具有携带便捷、食用方便的特点。本发明具有以下优点:可直接食用或冲水饮用,方便简捷易于溶解;冲制出的汤液色泽清透、气味怡人,饮用后温暖舒心;红枣黑糖与生姜的搭配使食用效果更好、营养更丰富;即有效保留生姜的有效成分,又无过多残渣使食用或饮用时口感更佳。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种姜制红枣黑方糖块,其有效成份为新鲜生姜、大枣、黑糖,经特殊工艺设备制成。属于饮用冲剂技术领域。主要适合于日常虚寒体质人群饮用,尤其适合胃寒体虚的人群和女性经期食用或饮用。本发明能有效调节虚寒体质、促进气血流通、治疗风热感冒、缓解经期不适、改善手脚冰凉等功效,而且具有携带便捷、食用方便的特点。
背景技术 随着社会的发展,人们的生活节奏越来越快,日积月累在精神和身体上的疲惫不仅不利于人体健康,更是妨碍我们每日工作的精神状态。过去每天早晨喝一杯温姜水,可起到有效促进气血流通、调解胃部寒凉的作用,在春秋季节可预防感冒、夏季润喉,在冬天则可暖身祛寒。除此以外还有止呕止泻 治咳化痰、预防手脚冰冷等多种好处。主要是因为姜本身有去湿祛寒的作用,还可以减轻口干舌燥时人口中的苦涩味道,因此特别适合南方潮湿气候下,以及北方多雨季节时食用,有温经养血活血的作用。另外,人体常受寒腹痛、月经来时易感冒者,也可用黑糖姜汤来袪寒。对于老年体弱,特别是大病初愈的人,黑糖亦有极佳的疗虚进补作用,老人吃些黑糖能散瘀活血,利肠通便,缓肝明目,可起益气健胃、温补心肺作用。黑糖姜汤是一种适合于寒湿凝滞型痛经,经前或经期小腹冷痛,得热症状减轻,经期量少,色紫黑夹有血块,四肢发冷,面色发白者服用的进补品。为更好的提高黑糖生姜对人体的良好作用,大枣则是首选的中药药材。大枣重补益,性味甘温,具有补中益气、养血安神的作用:生姜重补暖,性味辛温,具有温中止呕、解表散寒的作用;黑糖有养血、活血作用,三者合用,可充分发挥相互作用,促进气血流通,改善手脚冰凉的症状,同时对治疗寒凉引起的胃病也有非常好的疗效,可健胃整肠、驱寒解热、促进血液循环、缓和经期的不适现象。
生姜具有解毒杀菌的作用,其中的姜辣素进入体内,能产生一种抗氧化本酶,它有很强的对付氧自由基的本领,比维生素E还要强得多;生姜能刺激胃粘膜,引起血管运动中枢及交感神经的反射性兴奋,促进血液循环,振奋胃功能,达到健胃、止痛、发汗、解热的作用;姜还能增强胃液的分泌和肠壁的蠕动,从而帮助消化;生姜中的姜烯、姜酮还有明显的止呕吐作用;生姜有抑制癌细胞活性、降低癌的毒害作用,可以起到防癌的功效。生姜具有发汗解表,温肺止咳,解毒的功效,可治外感风寒、胃寒呕吐、风寒咳嗽、腹痛腹泻、中鱼蟹毒等病症。而红枣性温味甘,含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖、钙、磷、铁、镁及丰富的维生素A、维生素C、维生素B1.维生素B2,此外还含有胡萝卜素等,营养十分丰富,民间有“天天吃红枣,一生不显老”之说。红枣不仅是人们喜爱的果品,也是一味滋补脾胃、养血安神、治病强身的良 药。产妇食用红枣,能补中益气、养血安神,加速机体复原;老年体弱者食用红枣,能增强体质,延缓衰老;尤其是一些从事脑力劳动的人及神经衰弱者,用红枣煮汤代茶,能安心守神,增进食欲。素有茶癖的人,晚间过饮,难免辗转不眠,若每晚以红枣煎汤代茶,可免除失眠之苦。春秋季节,乍寒乍暖,在红枣中加几片桑叶煎汤代茶,可预防伤风感冒;夏令炎热,红枣与荷叶同煮可利气消暑;冬日严寒,红枣汤加生姜红糖 ,可驱寒暖胃。除此以外,红枣还是天然的美容食品,还可益气健脾,促进气血生化循环和抗衰老。本发明提供的一种姜制红枣黑方糖块,集合了天然生姜、大枣,加入黑糖经特殊工艺制成,有效提升了其原料本身的药理作用,且将其营养物质牢牢的锁定在小方块塘片之中,不仅方便消费者的随身携带,更是提供一种即食、冲饮多种选择的食用方式。另外该发明不采用的化学添加剂,还是一种天然绿色健康的保健食品。
发明内容 本发明选择的配方如下(组分及其重量百分比%):新鲜生姜30.0-50.0、大枣20.0-30.0、黑糖50.0-70.0,净水至100。
姜,姜科姜属植物,也称“生姜”;开有黄绿色花并有刺激性香味的根茎。根茎鲜品或干品可以作为调味品。姜经过炮制作为中药的药材之一,有清热解毒的功效,也是日常烹饪常用佐料之一。姜内含有姜醇、姜烯、水芹烯、柠檬醛和芳香等油性的挥发油;还有姜辣素、树脂、淀粉和纤维等。所以,姜在炎热时节有兴奋、排汗降温、提神等作用;可缓解疲劳、乏力、厌食、失眠、腹胀、腹痛等症状;生姜还有健胃,增进食欲的作用,夏令气候炎热,唾液、胃液的分泌会减少,因而影响人的食欲,如果在吃饭时食用几片生姜,会增进食欲;生姜对胃病亦有缓解或止痛作用,胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡所引发的疼痛、呕吐、泛酸、饥饿感等用生姜50克煎水喝,可使症状迅速消除。美国和丹麦的科学家通过试验证实,生姜干粉可缓解晕动病之头痛、眩晕、恶心、呕吐等症状,有效率达90%左右,且药效可持续4小时以上。民间用吃生姜的办法防止晕车、晕船,有的用生姜片贴内关穴,有明显的防晕效果。盛夏季节,细菌生长繁殖异常活跃,容易污染食物而引起急性肠胃炎,此时适当吃些生姜或用干姜加茶用沸水冲泡后饮用,能起到防治作用。科学家通过研究发现,生姜能起到某些抗菌素的作用,尤其对沙门氏菌效果明显。生姜还有杀灭口腔致病菌和肠道致病菌的作用,用生姜水含漱治疗口臭和牙周炎,疗效显著。中医认为生姜能“通神明”,即提神醒脑。夏季中暑昏厥不省人事时,用姜汁一杯灌下,能使病人很快醒过来。对一般暑热,表现为头昏、心悸及胸闷恶心的病人,适当吃点生姜汤大有裨益。
黑糖,亦名红糖、赤糖、紫糖,为禾本科草本植物甘蔗的茎经压榨取汁炼制而成的赤色结晶体,有丰富的糖份、矿物质及甘醇酸,保留了对人体有益的各种天然成分与微元素,如钙、钾、铁、镁及叶酸和其它矿物质,是温补佳品。并具有益气养身、补血养颜、暖宫健胃、缓痛经、有利于人体内酸碱平衡等功效。可加速皮肤细胞的代谢,为细胞提供能量,补充营养,促进再生,黑糖中含独特的天然酸类和色素调节物质,可有效调节各种色素代谢过程,平衡皮肤内色素分泌数量和色素分布,减少局部色素的异常堆积。达到淡化黑色素,美白净化皮肤的作用。中医认为,黑糖性温味甘,入脾,具有补中益气、缓中、化食,健脾暖胃功能,还有止疼、行血、活血散寒的效用。
大枣,又名红枣。自古以来就被列为“五果”(桃、李、梅、杏、枣)之一,历史悠久。大枣最突出的特点是维生素含量高。在国外的一项临床研究显示:连续吃大枣的病人,健康恢复比单纯吃维生素药剂快3倍以上。因此,大枣就有了“天然维生素丸”的美誉。枣作为药用也很早,《神农本草经》即已收载,历代药籍均有记载,对其养生疗病的认识不断深化。至今,枣都被视为重要滋补品,李时珍在《本草纲目》中说:枣味甘、性温,能补中益气、养血生津,用于治疗“脾虚弱、食少便溏、气血亏虚”等疾病。常食大枣可治疗身体虚弱、神经衰弱、脾胃不和、消化不良、劳伤咳嗽、贫血消瘦,养肝防癌功能尤为突出,有“日食三颗枣,百岁不显老”之说。
本发明产品的制备方法是:
1) 将红枣洗净去核搅碎成颗粒状、生姜去泥污洗净,黑糖与适量的水混合加热至完全溶解呈黏稠状;
2)将经拍打后的生姜置于适量的水中煎煮3小时去渣取汁;
3)将生姜煮出的汤汁与黑糖液混合均匀,加热至黏稠时加入红枣颗粒混合均匀,熬制成糖;
4)冷却,切块,定量分装。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1) 可直接食用或冲水饮用,方便简捷易于溶解;
(2) 冲制出的汤液色泽清透、气味怡人,饮用后温暖舒心;
(3) 红枣黑糖与生姜的搭配使食用效果更好、营养更丰富;
(4) 即有效保留生姜的有效成分,又无过多残渣使食用或饮用时口感更佳。
具体实施方式 下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
以生产100kg为例,按照下列数据(重量百分比%)及其所述步骤进行配置:
配方如下(组分及其重量百分比%):新鲜生姜30.0-50.0、大枣20.0-30.0、黑糖50.0-70.0,净水至100。
制备工艺是:
1). 将红枣洗净去核搅碎成颗粒状、生姜去泥污洗净,黑糖与适量的水混合加热至完全溶解呈黏稠状;
2)将经拍打后的生姜置于适量的水中煎煮3小时去渣取汁;
3)将生姜煮出的汤汁与黑糖液混合均匀,加热至黏稠时加入红枣颗粒混合均匀,熬制成含水分1.5~2.5%的湿糖;
4)用成型机制成方块状,再经干燥机干燥到水分0.5%以下,冷却,定量分装。
Claims (2)
1.本发明涉及一种姜制红枣黑方糖块,其特征在于具有如下配方(组分及其重量百分比%)新鲜生姜30.0-50.0、大枣20.0-30.0、黑糖50.0-70.0,净水至100。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种姜制红枣黑方糖块,其特征在于具有如下的制备工艺:
1) 将红枣洗净去核搅碎成颗粒状、生姜去泥污洗净,黑糖与适量的水混合加热至完全溶解呈黏稠状;
2)将经拍打后的生姜置于适量的水中煎煮3小时去渣取汁;
3)将生姜煮出的汤汁与黑糖液混合均匀,加热至黏稠时加入红枣颗粒混合均匀,熬制成糖;
4)冷却,切块,定量分装。
