技术领域
本发明涉及功能性食品领域,尤其是一种用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
痛经和妇科炎症均是最常见的妇科疾病,痛经指行经前后或月经期出现下腹部疼痛、坠胀,伴有腰酸、乳房胀痛、肛门坠胀、胸闷烦躁、悲伤易怒、心惊失眠、头痛头晕、恶心呕吐、胃痛腹泻、倦怠乏力、面色苍白、四肢冰凉、冷汗淋漓、虚脱昏厥等症状。痛经有发病率高和不易痊愈的特点,给广大女性的学习、生活和工作带来了巨大的负面影响,降低了生活质量。
妇科炎症是困扰很多女性的问题,几乎每个女性都会遇到。但是,虽然妇科炎症发病率很高,还是有很多女性对妇科炎症没有正确的认识,很多人拖延不治疗或治疗不彻底,更有人抱着炎症会自然好的想法,其实这对身体危害无穷。妇科炎症长期得不到治疗会导致炎症在各生理部位相互蔓延和交叉感染,还会带来许多并发症,甚至导致某些部位的恶性病变。同时会对免疫功能和新陈代谢以及内分泌系统都会产生不良影响,对身体健康危害极大。
目前市场上存在能够缓解痛经症状的营养食品,但是普遍存在治疗效果差、功能单一、口味差和食用不便的问题,不能满足女性对于防治痛经和妇科炎症的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题在于提供上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,功效成分由黑糖、姜粉、茯苓提取物、蔓越莓提取物、红枣提取物、姜提取物和玫瑰速溶粉组成,按其重量份数计黑糖2-8份、姜粉1-3.5份、茯苓提取物0.4-1份、蔓越莓提取物0.3-1份、红枣提取物0.3-1份、姜提取物0.3-1份和玫瑰速溶粉0.3-1份。
优选的,上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,各组分按其重量份数计黑糖3-6份、姜粉1.5-3份、茯苓提取物0.6-0.9份、蔓越莓提取物0.4-0.8份、红枣提取物0.4-0.8份、姜提取物0.4-0.8份和玫瑰速溶粉0.4-0.8份。
优选的,上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,各组分按其重量份数计黑糖4.7份、姜粉2.5份、茯苓提取物0.8份、蔓越莓提取物0.5份、红枣提取物0.5份、姜提取物0.5份和玫瑰速溶粉0.5份。
优选的,上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,所述黑糖是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)以含糖量高于15%的甘蔗作为原料,将所述甘蔗清洗去皮;
(2)压榨所述清洗去皮后的甘蔗,收集汁液;
(3)将所述汁液加热杀菌,加热温度在85-95℃,保温后,进行过滤和浓缩,得到一级浓缩汁液;
(4)将所述一级浓缩汁液冷却后加入复合酶进行酶解反应,得到甘蔗酶解汁;
(5)将所述甘蔗酶解汁进行二次浓缩,得到二次浓缩汁液;
(6)将所述二次浓缩汁液加热24-26小时,温度控制在48-52℃条件下不断搅拌24-26小时后转移到平底容器中均匀的铺开,待其凝固后得到黑糖。
优选的,上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,所述复合酶是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶或β-葡聚糖酶中的至少两种酶的组合物。
优选的,上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,所述复合酶是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶或β-葡聚糖酶中的至少两种酶的任意组合。
优选的,上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,所述茯苓提取物是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)将茯苓粉碎并与80-90%乙醇/水溶液按比例混合成混合液,所述茯苓与所述乙醇/水溶液的质量比为1:5;
(2)微波提取10-15分钟;
(3)将经微波提取的混合液过滤,弃掉滤渣,收集滤液;
(4)将滤液浓缩后,经真空冷冻干燥机冷冻干燥至溶剂完全挥发,得到茯苓提取物。
优选的,上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,所述蔓越莓提取物中的原花青素含量为25-30%,所述蔓越莓提取物是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)将清洗过的蔓越莓鲜果进行打浆,收集浆液和残渣;
(2)将浆液与残渣加入其体积6倍量的70-75%乙醇/水溶液,充分混合后,置于超声波提取器中进行超声波提取,提取时间2-3h,提取温度为45-55℃;
(3)将滤液进行减压蒸馏,除去液体成分,即得到固体蔓越莓提取物。
优选的,上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,所述姜提取物中的姜辣素含量为10%-13%,所述姜提取物是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)将姜破碎,用95%乙醇在提取罐中回流提取两次,冷却过滤,合并过滤后的提取液,回收乙醇至无醇味,将提取液在50~60℃下浓缩成姜膏体;
(2)将浓缩后的姜膏体用正己烷萃取三次,合并三次的萃取液,真空浓缩成姜膏体;
(3)取萃取后的姜膏体用N-C变性淀粉溶液在30~50℃下包合处理30~60分钟;
(4)将包合后的溶液打入储罐进行喷雾干燥,收集干粉得到姜提取物。
优选的,上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,所述玫瑰速溶粉是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)选用无损、清洗干净后的玫瑰进行烘干,再将玫瑰采用超微粉碎机粉碎,然后收集粉碎样品,备用;

(3)将步骤(2)中的料液A和料液B进行合并,然后将合并后的料液采用陶瓷膜进行过滤,得到微滤液;
(4)将上述微滤液倒入浓缩膜的循环罐中进行浓缩,至密度1.02-1.04g/cm3,收集后得到玫瑰浓缩液;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的玫瑰浓缩液加热至40℃-50℃,然后均匀放入冷冻干燥机内进行冷冻干燥,结束后收集玫瑰速溶粉。

(1)根据组方量称取各组分备用;
(2)将各组分混合均匀制成混合料;
(3)用微波瞬时灭菌机对混合料进行灭菌,灭菌温度为80~90℃,微波灭菌时间为5~8min,即得。
上述所得固体饮料,可以在灭菌后将混合料进行独立包装。

一种用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,功效成分由黑糖、姜粉、茯苓提取物、蔓越莓提取物、红枣提取物、姜提取物和玫瑰速溶粉组成,其中,黑糖4.7kg、姜粉2.5kg、茯苓提取物0.8kg、蔓越莓提取物0.5kg、红枣提取物0.5kg、姜提取物0.5kg和玫瑰速溶粉0.5kg。
上述用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)根据组方量称取各组分备用;
(2)将各组分混合均匀制成混合料;
(3)用微波瞬时灭菌机对混合料进行灭菌,灭菌温度为85℃,微波灭菌时间为7min,即得,所得固体饮料进行独立包装。
实施例2

一种用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,功效成分由黑糖、姜粉、茯苓提取物、蔓越莓提取物、红枣提取物、姜提取物和玫瑰速溶粉组成,其中,黑糖6kg、姜粉1.5kg、茯苓提取物0.6kg、蔓越莓提取物0.8kg、红枣提取物0.8kg、姜提取物0.8kg和玫瑰速溶粉0.4kg。
上述固体饮料的制备方法,同实施例1。
上述各实施例中组分或组分原料均为市售产品,其中,
所述黑糖是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)以含糖量高于15%的甘蔗作为原料,将所述甘蔗清洗去皮;
(2)压榨所述清洗去皮后的甘蔗,收集汁液;
(3)将所述汁液加热杀菌,加热温度在85-95℃,保温后,进行过滤和浓缩,得到一级浓缩汁液;
(4)将所述一级浓缩汁液冷却,向其中加入一级浓缩汁液质量的0.5%的复合酶,其中复合酶是由等比例的果胶酶和纤维素酶组成;在室温条件下酶解2h,灭酶,离心(5000r/min,40min),收集上清液,得澄清甘蔗酶解汁;
(5)将所述甘蔗酶解汁进行二次浓缩,得到二次浓缩汁液;
(6)将所述二次浓缩汁液加热24-26小时,温度控制在48-52℃条件下不断搅拌24-26小时后转移到平底容器中均匀的铺开,待其凝固后得到黑糖。
所述茯苓提取物是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)将茯苓粉碎并与90%乙醇/水溶液按比例混合成混合液,所述茯苓与所述乙醇/水溶液的质量比为1:5;
(2)微波提取15分钟;
(3)将经微波提取的混合液过滤,弃掉滤渣,收集滤液;
(4)将滤液浓缩后,经真空冷冻干燥机冷冻干燥至溶剂完全挥发,得到茯苓提取物。
所述蔓越莓提取物中的原花青素含量为28%,所述蔓越莓提取物是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)将清洗过的蔓越莓鲜果进行打浆,收集浆液和残渣;
(2)将浆液与残渣加入其体积6倍量的75%乙醇/水溶液,充分混合后,置于超声波提取器中进行超声波提取,提取时间3h,提取温度为50℃;
(3)将滤液进行减压蒸馏,除去液体成分,即得到固体蔓越莓提取物。
所述姜提取物中的姜辣素含量为12%,所述姜提取物是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)将姜破碎,用95%乙醇在提取罐中回流提取两次,冷却过滤,合并过滤后的提取液,回收乙醇至无醇味,将提取液在55℃下浓缩成姜膏体;
(2)将浓缩后的姜膏体用正己烷萃取三次,合并三次的萃取液,真空浓缩成姜膏体;
(3)取萃取后的姜膏体用N-C变性淀粉溶液在40℃下包合处理45分钟;
(4)将包合后的溶液打入储罐进行喷雾干燥,收集干粉得到姜提取物。
所述玫瑰速溶粉是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)选用无损、清洗干净后的玫瑰进行烘干,再将玫瑰采用超微粉碎机粉碎,然后收集粉碎样品,备用;
(2)按照步骤(1)中粉碎样品12倍质量在萃取罐中加入纯水,加热至70℃后,再加入粉碎样品,搅拌萃取45分钟后,放出料液后过120目筛网,得料液A;再次在萃取罐中加入粉碎样品8倍质量的纯水,加热至65℃后,搅拌萃取30分钟后放出料液过120目筛网,得料液B;
(3)将步骤(2)中的料液A和料液B进行合并,然后将合并后的料液采用陶瓷膜进行过滤,得到微滤液;
(4)将上述微滤液倒入浓缩膜的循环罐中进行浓缩,至密度1.03g/cm3,收集后得到玫瑰浓缩液;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的玫瑰浓缩液加热至45℃,然后均匀放入冷冻干燥机内进行冷冻干燥,结束后收集玫瑰速溶粉。
组分分析:
姜:味辛性微温。归肺、脾、胃经。具解表散寒,温中止呕,化痰止咳等功效。用于风寒感冒,胃寒呕吐,寒痰咳嗽等。其特有的“姜辣素”能刺激胃肠黏膜。使胃肠道充血,消化能力增强,能有效地治疗吃寒凉食物过多而引起的腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。吃过姜后,人会有身体发热的感觉,这是因为它能使血管扩张,血液循环加快,促使身上的毛孔张开,这样不但能把多余的热量带走,同时还能把体内的病菌、寒气一同带出。当身体吃了寒凉之物,受了雨淋或在空调房间里呆久了,吃姜就能及时消除因肌体寒重造成的各种不适。
红枣:味甘性湿,归脾胃经,有补中益气,养血安神,缓和药性的功能。红枣可健脾益胃,脾胃虚弱、腹泻,倦怠无力等症。红枣可增强人体免疫力,红枣含有大量的糖类物质,主要为葡萄糖,含有果糖、蔗糖以及由葡萄糖和果糖组成的低聚糖,阿拉伯聚糖及半乳醛聚糖等;并含有大量的维生素C、核黄素、硫胺素、有胡萝卜素和尼克酸等多种维生素,具有较强的补养作用,能提高人体免疫功能,增强抗病能力。
黑糖中含有丰富的矿物质,如钙和铁,以及丰富的维生素,如胡萝卜素和核黄素等。黑糖的营养物质更易被人体吸收。黑糖性温味甘,入脾,具有补中益气、缓中、化食,健脾暖胃的功能,还有止疼、行、活血散寒的效用。适于体质虚弱,产后及经期妇女食用。黑糖中还有一种叫做“糖蜜”的多糖,它具有较强的抗氧化功效。
茯苓是一种食药用真菌,是中药“四君八珍”之一,具有利水渗湿,健脾宁心之功效,现代医学研究更进一步证明茯苓具有抗肿瘤、利水消肿、增强免疫、镇定安神和抑菌等多种作用。茯苓的主要成份为茯苓聚糖、三萜类化合物、蛋白质、脂肪及无机盐等。其中茯苓多糖和三萜为其主要活性成分。茯苓多糖具抗肿瘤活性、抑制肿瘤生长、抗炎、抗衰老、调节机体免疫、减轻放化疗毒副反应等多种功能。茯苓三萜成分具有抗肿瘤活性、抗炎作用、免疫调节作用、胰岛素作用增强活性和利尿作用等。
玫瑰花味辛、甘,性微温。理气解郁,化湿和中,活血散瘀。含挥发油(玫瑰油),主要为香茅醇、橙花醇、丁香油酚、苯乙醇、壬醇、苯甲醇、芳樟醇、乙酸苯乙酯,以及槲皮甙、苦味质、鞣质、没食子酸、胡萝卜素、红色素等成分。用于肝胃不和,脘腹疼痛,胸闷呕恶,饮食减少,或腹泻;妇女月经不调,跌打损伤,瘀肿疼痛;血瘀出血,吐血,咯血;痈肿或乳痈初起。
蔓越莓中的主要生物活性物质有原花青素和黄酮醇类物质等,原花青素是目前国际上公认的清除人体内自由基最有效的天然抗氧化剂。具有抗细菌粘附特性。黄酮醇类物质具有良好的抗氧化活性,所以能抑制低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的初级氧化,有效降低血液中甘油三酯的水平,有助于防护心血管系统疾病和促进心血管健康。
实验例
对比例1
按照如下重量份的组分备料:黑糖10份、姜粉2份、茯苓提取物3份、蔓越莓提取物2份、红枣提取物0.2份、姜提取物0.3份和玫瑰速溶粉1份。
制备方法同实施例1。
对比例2
按照如下重量份的组分备料:红糖12份、姜粉2份、紫苏粉4份、肉桂粉2份、红枣粉0.2份、当归粉0.8份和茯苓粉1份。
以上各组分均为市售。
对比例2制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)根据组方量称取各组分备用;
(2)将各组分混合均匀制成混合料;
(3)用微波瞬时灭菌机对混合料进行灭菌,灭菌温度为85℃,微波灭菌时间为7min,即得,所得固体饮料进行独立包装。
对比例3
按照如下重量份的组分备料:红糖8份、姜粉3份、山楂粉2份、肉桂粉4份、红枣粉6份、龙眼肉粉4份、玫瑰花粉2份和炙甘草粉1份。
以上各组分均为市售。
对比例3制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)根据组方量称取各组分备用;
(2)将各组分混合均匀制成混合料;
(3)用微波瞬时灭菌机对混合料进行灭菌,灭菌温度为85℃,微波灭菌时间为7min,即得,所得固体饮料进行独立包装。
随机抽取年龄在15-45岁之间的痛经人群,共800人,分为8组,每组100人,分别饮用实施例1-3及对比例1所述固体饮料,坚持每天服用一次,一天2次,每次10克。共计6个月,疗效判定标准:①显效:痛经状况明显改善;②好转:痛经状况有所改善;③无效:痛经状况无明显改善。
1.痛经治疗效果:假设服用产品前的疼痛度为10分,服用产品后的疼痛感在0-3分判定为明显改善,4-7分判定为好转,8-10分判定为无效。
妇科炎症治疗改善效果:
对于白带异常增多者。假设服用产品前白带量为10分,服用后白带量为
0-3分判定为明显改善,4-7分判定为好转,8-10分判定为无效。
对于白带有异味者。假设服用产品前异味程度为10分,服用后异味程度
为0-3分判定为明显改善,4-7分判定为好转,8-10分判定为无效。
对于阴部瘙痒者。假设服用产品前瘙痒程度为10分,服用后瘙痒程度为0-3分判定为明显改善,4-7分判定为好转,8-10分判定为无效。
调查结果如下表1所示。

综上可以看出,本发明所述固体饮料防治痛经效果显著,适合女性作为月经期以及月经间期的常备饮品。
上述参照实施例对该一种用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料及其制备方法进行的详细描述,是说明性的而不是限定性的,可按照所限定范围列举出若干个实施例,因此在不脱离本发明总体构思下的变化和修改,应属本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:功效成分由黑糖、姜粉、茯苓提取物、蔓越莓提取物、红枣提取物、姜提取物和玫瑰速溶粉组成,按其重量份数计黑糖2-8份、姜粉1-3.5份、茯苓提取物0.4-1份、蔓越莓提取物0.3-1份、红枣提取物0.3-1份、姜提取物0.3-1份和玫瑰速溶粉0.3-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:各组分按其重量份数计黑糖3-6份、姜粉1.5-3份、茯苓提取物0.6-0.9份、蔓越莓提取物0.4-0.8份、红枣提取物0.4-0.8份、姜提取物0.4-0.8份和玫瑰速溶粉0.4-0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:各组分按其重量份数计黑糖4.7份、姜粉2.5份、茯苓提取物0.8份、蔓越莓提取物0.5份、红枣提取物0.5份、姜提取物0.5份和玫瑰速溶粉0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述黑糖是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)以含糖量高于15%的甘蔗作为原料,将所述甘蔗清洗去皮;
(2)压榨所述清洗去皮后的甘蔗,收集汁液;
(3)将所述汁液加热杀菌,加热温度在85-95℃,保温后,进行过滤和浓缩,得到一级浓缩汁液;
(4)将所述一级浓缩汁液冷却后加入复合酶进行酶解反应,得到甘蔗酶解汁;
(5)将所述甘蔗酶解汁进行二次浓缩,得到二次浓缩汁液;
(6)将所述二次浓缩汁液加热24-26小时,温度控制在48-52℃条件下不断搅拌24-26小时后转移到平底容器中均匀的铺开,待其凝固后得到黑糖。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述复合酶是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶或β-葡聚糖酶中的至少两种酶的任意组合。
6.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述茯苓提取物是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)将茯苓粉碎并与80-90%乙醇/水溶液按比例混合成混合液,所述茯苓与所述乙醇/水溶液的质量比为1:5;
(2)微波提取10-15分钟;
(3)将经微波提取的混合液过滤,弃掉滤渣,收集滤液;
(4)将滤液浓缩后,经真空冷冻干燥机冷冻干燥至溶剂完全挥发,得到茯苓提取物。
7.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述蔓越莓提取物中的原花青素含量为25-30%,所述蔓越莓提取物是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)将清洗过的蔓越莓鲜果进行打浆,收集浆液和残渣;
(2)将浆液与残渣加入其体积6倍量的70-75%乙醇/水溶液,充分混合后,置于超声波提取器中进行超声波提取,提取时间2-3h,提取温度为45-55℃;
(3)将滤液进行减压蒸馏,除去液体成分,即得到固体蔓越莓提取物。
8.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述姜提取物中的姜辣素含量为10%-13%,所述姜提取物是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)将姜破碎,用95%乙醇在提取罐中回流提取两次,冷却过滤,合并过滤后的提取液,回收乙醇至无醇味,将提取液在50~60℃下浓缩成姜膏体;
(2)将浓缩后的姜膏体用正己烷萃取三次,合并三次的萃取液,真空浓缩成姜膏体;
(3)取萃取后的姜膏体用N-C变性淀粉溶液在30~50℃下包合处理30~60分钟;
(4)将包合后的溶液打入储罐进行喷雾干燥,收集干粉得到姜提取物。
9.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述玫瑰速溶粉是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)选用无损、清洗干净后的玫瑰进行烘干,再将玫瑰采用超微粉碎机粉碎,然后收集粉碎样品,备用;

(3)将步骤(2)中的料液A和料液B进行合并,然后将合并后的料液采用陶瓷膜进行过滤,得到微滤液;
(4)将上述微滤液倒入浓缩膜的循环罐中进行浓缩,至密度1.02-1.04g/cm3,收集后得到玫瑰浓缩液;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的玫瑰浓缩液加热至40℃-50℃,然后均匀放入冷冻干燥机内进行冷冻干燥,结束后收集玫瑰速溶粉。
10.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的用于防治痛经和妇科炎症的固体饮料,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)根据组方量称取各组分备用;
(2)将各组分混合均匀制成混合料;
(3)用微波瞬时灭菌机对混合料进行灭菌,灭菌温度为80~90℃,微波灭菌时间为5~8min,即得。
