Abstract
本发明涉及一种枸杞、生姜、蔓越莓、黑糖、当归混合巧克力及其制作工艺,主要由枸杞、生姜、蔓越莓、黑糖、当归混合可可料精磨调配而成。将各种药食材加工成粉末,通过精磨调温成型等巧克力工艺,创新制作出有一定功能性的巧克力。具有调经止痛,补血活血,养肝润肺,可预防和缓解女性月经不调,痛经等症,通过加入中药材和保健食品,补充女性经血,活血化瘀,不仅能在女性日常生活中起到调节身体机能提高免疫力的效果,更能在经期为身体提供充足的营养和保护,另外结合巧克力制造工艺,提高食品口感,更容易为女性所接受。

技术领域
本发明涉及巧克力食品加工领域,主要为枸杞,生姜,蔓越莓,黑糖,当归成分的混合巧克力及其制作方法。
背景技术
巧克力原产于南美洲,现作为休闲食品受到人们的广泛喜爱和好评,巧克力主要由可可液块、可可粉、可可脂等为原料,经过复杂工艺的处理,制成口感丝滑的成品,从营养层面分析,巧克力中的可可液块含有大量可可碱,具有增强兴奋性,提升幸福感的作用,故巧克力亦有缓解情绪低落,提高注意力,加强记忆力,增强免疫力,抗氧化衰老的功效,另外巧克力中的咖啡因对女性痛经有一定缓解的效用。现阶段,市场上大多数巧克力制品工艺成熟,口感丝滑醇厚,但更多的功能性应用较少。
黑糖是从甘蔗中取汁,通过长时间熬煮,得到的糖分结晶,它很好的保留了对人体有益的各种天然成分与微量元素,且富含铁元素,是温补佳品,并具有补血养颜、暖宫健胃、益气养身、缓解痛经、暖宫等功效,黑糖水对妇女月经顺畅有帮助。生姜既是食材又是传统中药材,《本草纲目》中有言:生用发散,熟用和中;解食毒,去冷气;益脾胃,散风寒;凡早行山行,宜含一块,不犯雾湿山岚不正之邪。生姜常用于预防和治疗胃寒胃胀,对于女性痛经的缓解和治疗具有良好作用。吃过生姜后,人会有身体发热的感觉,这是因为它能使血管扩张,血液循环加快,促使身上的毛孔张开,这样不但能把多余的热带走,同时还把体内的病菌、寒气一同带出。蔓越莓是一种天然抗菌的保健水果,对于防治女性日常泌尿系统各种细菌感染,阴、尿道炎等均有最佳效果;枸杞,性平味甘,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目、润肺的功效,常用于调经止痛,补血活血,养肝润肺,枸杞中含有丰富的枸杞多糖,具有提高免疫力、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。当归是传统中药材,其根是最常用的中药之一。具有补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效。《神农本草经》中对当归有较为详细的记载,当归轻而辛,故又能行血,既可通经调经,又能活络止痛,尤其适合女性使用,特别适合月经不调、痛经、血虚闭经等病症,被古人称为“妇科圣药”。
本产品是在巧克力的成熟工艺基础上,添加上述各种药食同源的中药材于可可料中,创新性在于使巧克力在保持原有口感的前提下,增加预防和缓解痛经的功效。本发明涉及巧克力食品加工领域,主要为枸杞,生姜,蔓越莓,黑糖,当归成分的混合巧克力及其制作方法。
发明内容
本产品以传统巧克力为基础,开发新型具有预防和缓解痛经作用的功能性食品。
本发明采取如下技术方案:
将多种营养成分粉碎到一定细度,再与可可料混合精磨,经调温成型成为巧克力。
混合巧克力:黑糖粉 1-10%,蔓越莓粉 1-10%,枸杞粉 2-10%, 玉米淀粉1-4%,姜粉2-10%,当归油 0.01-0.2%,白砂糖10-25%,可可液块 40-70%,可可脂13-40%,磷脂0.08-0.5%,香兰素0.01-0.05%。
该混合巧克力的制作方法主要包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方比例计算好每个物料的重量,分别称量好后备用;(2)将黑糖大块砸碎后,按黑糖与玉米淀粉的比例进行混合,然后粉碎机粉碎制成混合粉1备用;将盛放混合粉的器具密封好,放置于干燥、阴凉处防止吸潮;(3)将称量好的蔓越莓果粉、黑糖与玉米淀粉的混合粉过40目筛混合;加入生姜粉和枸杞粉混合均匀;(4)将可可脂与可可液块等加入精磨机;(5)将以上混合好的物料加入精磨机,开始一起精磨至细度合格;(6)调温成型。
与现有技术相比,本产品所涉及到的枸杞,生姜,蔓越莓,黑糖,当归夹心巧克力及其制作方法,所具有的有益效果是:为了更好的适合女性消费者尤其是有痛经史的女性的口感和需求,应用巧克力制作工艺,创新性的将多种具有营养保健功效的药食同源材料通过复杂工艺,与可可料配方,制成具有营养保健功效的混合巧克力,使她们在享受混合巧克力美味的同时,又能有效的调理和预防月经不调,痛经等女性疾病。
综上所述,本发明是一种具有创新意义的,是将营养保健食品与巧克力融合,保持食品保健功效的枸杞,生姜,蔓越莓,黑糖,当归混合巧克力。
Claims (2)
1. 枸杞、生姜、蔓越莓、黑糖、当归混合巧克力,其特征在于:
混合巧克力包括下面成分:黑糖粉 1-10%,蔓越莓粉 1-10%,枸杞粉 2-10%, 玉米淀粉1-4%,姜粉2-10%,当归油 0.01-0.2%,白砂糖10-25%,可可液块 40-70%,可可脂13-40%,磷脂0.08-0.5%,香兰素0.01-0.05%
混合巧克力包括下面成分:黑糖粉 4%,蔓越莓粉 4%,枸杞粉 5%, 玉米淀粉2%,姜粉5%,当归油 0.01%,白砂糖15%,可可液块 50%,可可脂15%,磷脂0.4%,香兰素0.04%。
2.根据要求1所述的混合巧克力,其特征在于:
方案一:该混合巧克力的制作方法主要包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方比例计算好每个物料的重量,分别称量好后备用
(2)将黑糖大块砸碎后,按黑糖与玉米淀粉按比例进行混合,然后粉碎机粉碎制成混合粉1备用;将盛放混合粉的器具密封好,放置于干燥、阴凉处防止吸潮
(3)将称量好的蔓越莓果粉、黑糖与玉米淀粉的混合粉过40目筛混合;加入生姜粉和枸杞粉混合均匀
(4)将可可脂与可可液块等加入精磨机
(5)将以上混合好的物料加入精磨机,开始一起精磨至细度合格
(6)调温成型
方案二:该混合巧克力的制作方法主要包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方比例计算好每个物料的重量,分别称量好后备用
(2)将黑糖大块砸碎后,按黑糖与玉米淀粉=2:1的比例进行混合,然后粉碎机粉碎制成混合粉1备用;将盛放混合粉的器具密封好,放置于干燥、阴凉处防止吸潮
(3)将称量好的蔓越莓果粉、黑糖与玉米淀粉的混合粉过40目筛混合;加入称量好的生姜粉和枸杞粉混合均匀
(4)将称量好的可可脂与可可液块等加入精磨机
(5)将以上混合好的其他物料加入精磨机,开始一起精磨至细度合格(≤35um)
(6)调温成型。
