本发明属于保健食品领域,特别涉及一种营养保健粥。保健粥是由多种具有药用价值的食物加入适量水熟制、罐装制成。多种具有药用价值的食物包括薏苡仁、决明子、黑米、葡萄籽、大枣、黑芝麻、枸杞子、山药、木耳、菊花。本发明食用方便,且常期食用不仅健身强体,还具有滋肾补肝、润肺益气等功能,对脾虚气弱、食少便秘及泄泻,对高血压等三高病患者及肾虚患者均具有辅助治疗效果,同时对贫血者也有一定的疗效。

背景技术
中国是世界文明古国,也是世界美食大国。在中国四千年有文字记载的历史中,粥的踪影伴随始终,粥不仅可做日常的饮食之用,还可用于药理食疗。食疗粥作为我国食粥的特色,集传统营养科学与烹饪科学于一体,对增进国民的健康发挥着更为重要的作用。它从“医食同源”、“药食同用”的观念出发,根据传统营养学的理论,以各种养生食疗食物为主,或适当佐以中药,并经过烹调加工而成的具有相应养生食疗效用的一类粥品,又属于药膳的一个组成部分。
当前人们食用的粥通常是大米粥、小米粥、高粱米粥、玉米粥等;随着人们生活水平的提高、生活节奏的加快,以及人们对自身健康的重视,市场上出现了罐装的快餐粥,如八宝粥,以其食用便捷、营养丰富、风味独特深受人们的喜爱,其主要由纯净水、白砂糖、米仁、赤豆、红芸豆、花生仁、莲子、桂圆、银耳,它赛蜜等配制而成,从八宝粥的成份看,该产品不具备保健功能,且营养价值低,满足不了现今白领一族的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种营养保健粥,长期食用可达到强身健体之效果,尤其对高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇及肾衰患者可起到预防和辅助治疗之功效。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所提供的技术方案是:
一种营养保健粥,其包括薏苡仁、决明子、黑米、葡萄籽、大枣、黑芝麻、枸杞子、山药、木耳、菊花,其配料比是薏苡仁12-35kg、黑米12-20kg、决明子4-8kg、葡萄籽0.01-0.05kg、大枣6-9kg、黑芝麻6-9kg、枸杞子3-8kg、山药3-8kg、木耳6-8kg、菊花3-4kg;
优选地,所述的配料比中可加入调味剂食盐0.2-0.8kg和/或甜菊甙0.2-0.5kg,以便增加适宜甜度和口感;
优选地,该保健粥的配料比可为:薏苡仁20kg、黑米15kg、决明子4kg、葡萄籽0.01kg、大枣6kg、黑芝麻6kg、枸杞子5kg、山药5kg、木耳6kg、菊花3kg,甜菊甙0.3kg,食盐0.35kg、水520kg;
本发明还提供了保健粥的制备方法:
1、各原料经验质、挑选后,按配方比投入容器中,用清水洗三遍,除去尘土、杂质。
2、将洗净的原料放入煎煮锅中,加入8倍量水,大火熬煮10-30分钟至滚开后,转成小火30-60分钟煮至粥汤稠浓,然后关火晾凉,待温度降至40℃左右时,加入甜菊甙,食盐等调味剂,搅拌均匀,取样检验后待罐装。
3、洗罐,用水、75%酒精、水各冲洗一次、沥干备用,用定量灌装机灌装,压盖,至水浴杀菌器中于85℃以上保持15分钟,至冷却水浴中,冷却、放冷、取出置包装车间,经贴标、装箱即为保健粥成品。
综上所述可知,本发明含有多种上等具有药用价值的食物,首先从成份上看,本产品中含有决明子、大枣、黑芝麻、葡萄籽、菊花、山药、枸杞子、薏苡仁、黑米、木耳等。
决明子——清肝火、平肝阳、明目,且对降低血清胆固醇与降血压有一定的功效,对防治血管埂塞与高血压病有一定治疗作用。
菊花——疏风清热、平肝明目,用于肝经风热或肝火上攻,肝风头痛及肝阳上亢与枸杞子同用可达到良好的养肝明目的作用。
枸杞子——自古为滋补、强壮药。功可滋肾补肝、润肺,为治肝肾真阴不足,益精明目之上品,与菊花等同用,为治疗肝肾阴虚之头晕目眩、视力减退的常用方剂。
山药——益气养阴、健脾,用于治疗脾虚气弱,食少便秘及泄泻,既补脾气又益脾阴、可治肺虚、喘咳又兼补肾固涩,可补气养阴止渴,是治疗高血压的良药。
薏苡仁——健脾利湿。
黑芝麻、大枣——滋阴养血润燥、补脾、肾、黑发等。
黑米——具有滋阴补肾,健脾暖肝、补益脾胃,益气活血,养肝明目等疗效。经常食用黑米,有利于防治头昏、目眩、贫血、白发、眼疾、腰膝酸软、肺燥咳嗽、大便秘结、小便不利、肾虚水肿、食欲不振、脾胃虚弱等症。
木耳——味甘性平,有凉血、止血作用,主治咯血、吐血、衄血、血痢、崩漏、痔疮出血、便秘带血等,是因其含铁量高,可以及时为人体补充足够的铁质,所以它是一种天然补血食品。
葡萄籽——能降低心脏病、癌症、早衰、关节炎等病症的发病危险,增强血管壁抵抗力,降低糖尿病的发病危险,增强皮肤弹性和柔滑性,预防太阳光线对皮肤的辐射损伤等功效。
从上述方解可知,本发明组方合理、配伍科学、营养丰富、老少食用皆宜。由于本保健粥是以中医理论为基础,是采用多种具有药用价值的食物制成,长期服用不仅能强身健体,而且具有滋补肝肾、润肺益气、平肝潜阳之功,易为高血压、高血脂、高血糖及肾虚患者所接受,是治疗高血压病的辅助之保健佳品,对食少便秘及泄泻也有一定辅助疗效,对贫血者也有一定得帮助,由于制成保健粥,食用方便,无副作用,对亚健康人群的内部机理进行了调节,从而达到强身健体的效果。
实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
保健粥,是在煎煮锅中加入薏苡仁20kg、黑米15kg、决明子4kg、葡萄籽0.01kg、大枣6kg、黑芝麻6kg、枸杞子5kg、山药5kg、木耳6kg、菊花3kg,再加入水520kg。大火熬煮30分钟至滚开后,转成小火40分钟煮至粥汤稠浓,然后关火晾凉,待温度降至40℃时,加入甜味剂甜菊甙0.3kg,食盐0.35kg搅拌均匀,取样检验后经罐装、杀菌、降温、贴标即可制成成品。

1.一种营养保健粥,其特征在于:包括薏苡仁、决明子、黑米、葡萄籽、大枣、黑芝麻、枸杞子、山药、木耳、菊花,其配料比是薏苡仁12-35kg、黑米12-20kg、决明子4-8kg、葡萄籽0.01-0.05kg、大枣6-9kg、黑芝麻6-9kg、枸杞子3-8kg、山药3-8kg、木耳6-8kg、菊花3-4kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养保健粥,其特征在于所述的配料比中可加入调味剂食盐0.2-0.8kg和/或甜菊甙0.2-0.5kg。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保健粥,其特征是该保健粥的配料比可为:薏苡仁20kg、黑米15kg、决明子4kg、葡萄籽0.01kg、大枣6kg、黑芝麻6kg、枸杞子5kg、山药5kg、木耳6kg、菊花3kg,甜菊甙0.3kg,食盐0.35kg、水520kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的营养保健粥的制备方法,其特征在于:先将各配料混合后加入适量水大火熬煮10-30分钟至滚开后,转成小火30-60分钟煮至粥汤稠浓,然后关火晾凉,最后罐装。
