背景技术
膏滋饮品,又叫膏剂,以其剂型为名,属于中医里丸、散、膏、丹、酒、露、汤、锭八种剂型之一;膏滋饮品一般由多味中药组成,具有很好的滋补作用。根据中医理论,冬季是一年四季中进补的最好季节,而冬令进补,更以膏滋饮品为最佳;膏滋饮品历史悠久,起于汉唐,在《黄帝内经》中就有关于膏剂的记载;近年来,随着百姓健康意识的提高,中医养生保健、治未病理念不断深入人心。
中医学关于脾胃有丰富的论述。如《黄帝内经》提出了脾胃的生理功能、病理变化规律.李东垣提出“内伤脾胃,百病由生”,《景岳全书·泄泻》云“:泄泻之本,无不由于脾胃,盖胃为水谷之海,而脾主运化,使脾健胃和,则水谷腐熟,而化气化血,以行营卫……若饮食失节,起居不时,致脾胃受损,则水反为湿,谷反为滞,精化之气,不能输化,致合污下降而泻利作矣”。《诸病源候论·小儿杂病诸候》提出“:小儿肠胃嫩弱,因解脱逢风冷乳食不消而变生吐利也”。以上著作都明确指出了脾胃运化功能失常,水谷不化,则会停聚成为湿滞,使清浊相干,下趋大肠而为泄泻。
小儿不是成人简单的缩影,其形体、生理、病理诸方面与成人均不同,小儿出生之后,五脏六腑均较娇嫩脆弱,其形体结构、精血津液和气化功能都是不够成熟和相对不足,脾为后天之本,主运化水谷精微,为气血生化之源,小儿生长发育迅速,生长旺盛,对气血精微需求较成人相对为多,但小儿脾胃薄弱,运化未健,饮食稍有不节,便易损伤脾胃而患病。
目前市场上针对儿童健脾开胃消食的药品、保健品种类繁多,但是多种产品成分复杂,副作用大,会破坏人体内平衡,对人体健康存在威胁,且目前的药品口感较差,人们常常难以服用,有一定的副作用。针对儿童生理特点所做的相关研究相对较少。

为了解决现有技术存在的以上问题,本发明提供了一种具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品及其制备方法,本发明的膏滋饮品由药食同源原料制备而成,主要适用于脾虚、胃弱、厌食、疳积、消化不良和消瘦等,口感较好,同时治疗效果较好。
本发明的第一目的,提供了一种具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品,包括如下原料制成:玉竹、鸡内金、麦芽、山楂、薏苡仁、山药、白扁豆、茯苓、桔梗、砂仁、冰糖。
进一步的,按照重量份,包括如下原料制成:玉竹3-16份、鸡内金3-8份、麦芽2-6份、山楂3-8份、薏苡仁4-10份、山药1-5份、白扁豆1-3份、茯苓1-4份、桔梗1-3份、砂仁1-3份、冰糖2-10份。
进一步的,按照重量份,包括如下原料制成:玉竹9.5份、鸡内金5.5份、麦芽4份、山楂5.5份、薏苡仁7份、山药3份、白扁豆2份、茯苓2.5份、桔梗2份、砂仁2份、冰糖6份。
本发明中的各原料均为药材,涉及成分符合中国药典对药材功效成分的要求。
玉竹属滋阴养气补血之品,古人称玉竹平补而润,兼有除风热之功,故能驻颜润肤,祛病延年。玉竹补而不腻,不寒不燥,故有"补益五脏,滋养气血,平补而润,兼除风热"之功,常服玉竹可抗衰老,延年益寿。
鸡内金消食健胃,涩精止遗。消积滞,健脾胃。治食积胀满,呕吐反胃,泻痢,疳积,消渴,遗溺,喉痹乳蛾,牙疳口疮。味甘性平,入脾胃膀胱经,具有健胃消食,化积排石,固摄缩尿等作用。现代药理研究认为,鸡内金主要含有胃激素,角蛋白,氨基酸等成分。有增加胃液分泌量和胃肠消化能力,加快胃的排空速率等作用。
麦芽消食健胃、回乳除胀。麦芽甘平,归脾胃肝经,有消食健胃,回乳除胀的作用。促进淀粉类食物消化,所以最适合米面类食物消化不良的人群,可跟山楂、神曲同用。治疗小儿积食单用有效,治疗脾虚食欲不振,可以配伍白术、陈皮、人参熬水送服。
山楂果可生吃或作果脯果糕,干制后可入药,是中国特有的药果兼用树种,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。
薏苡仁利水渗湿、健脾除痹、清热排脓。中药薏苡仁,性味甘、淡,微寒。归肺、脾、胃经。功效主要为利水渗湿,健脾除痹,清热排脓。它的主要作用为用于小便不利,水肿,脚气,及脾虚泄泻等。本品甘补淡渗,一般的功效类似于茯苓。对于脾虚湿滞者尤为适用。
山药含有黏蛋白、淀粉酶、皂苷、游离氨基酸、多酚氧化酶等物质,具有滋补作用,山药含大量的多糖类蛋白质黏液,有预防脂肪沉积,保持血管弹性,防止动脉粥样硬化的作用,山药粘液还可防止黏膜损伤,且在胃蛋白酶的作用下保护胃壁,预防胃溃疡和胃炎。
白扁豆能健脾、化湿,用于治疗痢疾、腹泻、脚气、浮肿等。
茯苓利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
桔梗有止咳祛痰,宣肺,排脓等作用。
砂仁性温味辛归脾,胃经。具有温脾开胃、止呕止泻、理气安胎的功效。
本发明的第二目的,提供了一种所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量,分别称取备用;
(2)将山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金炒进行炒制备用,玉竹切片清洗进行蒸煮;
(3)将经过处理后的山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金和玉竹与剩余的其他原料混合,加水进行提取,提取过程保持沸腾状态,提取液静置,去渣,备用;
(4)将提取液进行浓缩,灭菌,得到所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品。
进一步的,步骤(2)中山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金炒制的温度为270-290℃,炒制时间为10-15min。
本申请人经过大量的试验发现,将山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金进行炒制后可以增加药效,提高制备的膏滋饮品对健脾开胃消食的作用,另外还可以增加制备的膏滋饮品的口感,人们易于接受。
进一步的,步骤(2)中玉竹蒸煮时间为5-8h。
进一步的,步骤(3)中加入水的质量为原料总重量的15-25倍,提取2-3次,合并每次的提取液。
进一步的,步骤(3)中静置2-3小时。
进一步的,步骤(4)中浓缩至收膏比重至1.2-1.3。
进一步的,步骤(4)中灭菌温度为105-115℃,灭菌时间为0.8-1.2h,优选的,灭菌温度为110℃,灭菌时间为1h。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明中各原料具有协同增效的作用,最大程度的发挥了功效,在脾虚、胃弱、厌食、疳积、消化不良和消瘦方面取得了显著的疗效,使得制备的膏滋饮品同时具有食用和保健的功效,本发明的膏滋饮品口感好,直接口服,对人体无副作用,见效快,食用方便;
(2)本发明的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品制备方法中,首先将山楂、薏苡仁和鸡内金进行炒制,且玉竹蒸煮处理,不但可以增加其药效,而且还可以改善口感,本发明的制备方法简单,可以大规模生产。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例的一种具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品,包括如下原料制成:玉竹6kg、鸡内金3kg、麦芽2kg、山楂3kg、薏苡仁4kg、山药5kg、白扁豆1kg、茯苓4kg、桔梗1kg、砂仁3kg、冰糖2kg。
本实施例的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量,分别称取备用;
(2)将山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金炒进行炒制备用,制的温度为270℃,炒制时间为15min,玉竹切片清洗进行蒸煮5h,;
(3)将经过处理后的山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金和玉竹与剩余的其他原料混合,加水进行提取,加入水的质量为原料总重量的15倍,提取2次。合并每次的提取液,提取过程保持沸腾状态,提取液静置2h,去渣,备用;
(4)将提取液置于低温减压的浓缩器进行浓缩,浓缩至收膏比重至1.2-1.3,在温度为105℃下,灭菌1.2h,得到所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品。
实施例2
本实施例的一种具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品,包括如下原料制成:玉竹9.5kg、鸡内金5.5kg、麦芽4kg、山楂5.5kg、薏苡仁7kg、山药3kg、白扁豆2kg、茯苓2.5kg、桔梗2kg、砂仁2kg、冰糖6kg。
本实施例的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量,分别称取备用;
(2)将山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金炒进行炒制备用,制的温度为280℃,炒制时间为12.5min,玉竹切片清洗进行蒸煮6.5h,;
(3)将经过处理后的山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金和玉竹与剩余的其他原料混合,加水进行提取,加入水的质量为原料总重量的20倍,提取3次。合并每次的提取液,提取过程保持沸腾状态,提取液静置2.5h,去渣,备用;
(4)将提取液置于低温减压的浓缩器进行浓缩,浓缩至收膏比重至1.2-1.3,在温度为110℃下,灭菌1h,得到所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品。
实施例3
本实施例的一种具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品,包括如下原料制成:玉竹16kg、鸡内金8kg、麦芽6kg、山楂8kg、薏苡仁10kg、山药1kg、白扁豆3kg、茯苓1kg、桔梗3kg、砂仁1kg、冰糖10kg。
本实施例的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量,分别称取备用;
(2)将山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金炒进行炒制备用,制的温度为290℃,炒制时间为10min,玉竹切片清洗进行蒸煮8h,;
(3)将经过处理后的山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金和玉竹与剩余的其他原料混合,加水进行提取,加入水的质量为原料总重量的25倍,提取3次。合并每次的提取液,提取过程保持沸腾状态,提取液静置3h,去渣,备用;
(4)将提取液置于低温减压的浓缩器进行浓缩,浓缩至收膏比重至1.2-1.3,在温度为115℃下,灭菌0.8h,得到所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品。
对比例1
本实施例的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的原料和制备方法与实施例2相同,不同之处在于,山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金不进行炒制处理。
对比例2
本实施例的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的原料和制备方法与实施例2相同,不同之处在于,玉竹不进行蒸煮处理。
试验例1
选取医生诊断为脾胃虚弱儿童患者100名,平均分成5组,每组20人,患者表现的症状主要包括积食、腹泻、便秘、消化不良。每组分别口服实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的膏滋饮品,每日早晚两次,一次20g,连续服用四个星期,治疗效果如表1所示。
显效:积食、腹泻、便秘、消化不良症状消失;
有效:积食、腹泻、便秘、消化不良趋于正常;
无效:积食、腹泻、便秘、消化不良无明显变化。

从表1中可以看出,实施例1-3比对比例1-2的治疗效果均好,这样由于首先将山楂、薏苡仁和鸡内金进行炒制,且玉竹蒸煮处理,可以增加其药效,同时采用山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金的炒制与玉竹蒸煮的条件下,治疗效果最好。
试验例2
选取50名志愿者分别对实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的膏滋饮品进行品尝,对其口感进行打分,满分10分,最高分为10分,最低分为0分,分数越高口感越好,取平均值,结果见表2。

从表2中可以看出,本发明的方法制备的膏滋饮品的口感较好,这样由于采用山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金的炒制与玉竹蒸煮的条件下可以增加膏滋饮品的口感。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品,其特征在于,包括如下原料制成:玉竹、鸡内金、麦芽、山楂、薏苡仁、山药、白扁豆、茯苓、桔梗、砂仁、冰糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品,其特征在于,按照重量份,包括如下原料制成:玉竹3-16份、鸡内金3-8份、麦芽2-6份、山楂3-8份、薏苡仁4-10份、山药1-5份、白扁豆1-3份、茯苓1-4份、桔梗1-3份、砂仁1-3份、冰糖2-10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品,其特征在于,按照重量份,包括如下原料制成:玉竹9.5份、鸡内金5.5份、麦芽4份、山楂5.5份、薏苡仁7份、山药3份、白扁豆2份、茯苓2.5份、桔梗2份、砂仁2份、冰糖6份。
4.一种权利要求1-3任意一项所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照各原料的重量,分别称取备用;
(2)将山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金炒进行炒制备用,玉竹切片清洗进行蒸煮;
(3)将经过处理后的山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金和玉竹与剩余的其他原料混合,加水进行提取,提取过程保持沸腾状态,提取液静置,去渣,备用;
(4)将提取液进行浓缩,灭菌,得到所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中山楂、薏苡仁、鸡内金炒制的温度为270-290℃,炒制时间为10-15min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中玉竹蒸煮时间为5-8h。
7.根据权利要求4所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中加入水的质量为原料总重量的15-25倍,提取2-3次,合并每次的提取液。
8.根据权利要求4所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中静置2-3小时。
9.根据权利要求4所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中浓缩至收膏比重至1.2-1.3。
10.根据权利要求4所述的具有健脾开胃消食功能的膏滋饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中灭菌温度为105-115℃,灭菌时间为0.8-1.2h,优选的,灭菌温度为110℃,灭菌时间为1h。
