背景技术
解毒指解除病毒的一种治法，“毒”有热毒、寒毒、疫毒、蛊毒、湿毒、火毒及食物中毒等，因病情不同，有内服和外治等各种不同方法。临床上以热毒症较为多见，常用清热解毒药物，祛瘀又称去瘀生新、活血生新、化瘀行血，是用活血祛瘀药通畅血脉的方法，用于血行不畅或血分瘀滞所致的各种瘀血证，药物疗法主要使用药物，药物性质刚烈，自古有“毒药”之称，主要是为治病而设，因此药物疗法适应范围较局限，主要针对患者，是治疗疾病和预防疾病的重要手段。食物疗法和药物疗法有很大的不同。食物治病最显著的特点之一，就是“有病治病，无病强身”，对人体基本上无毒副作用。也就是说，利用食物(谷肉果菜)性味方面的偏颇特性，能够有针对性地用于某些病证的治疗或辅助治疗，调整阴阳，使之趋于平衡，有助于疾病的治疗和身心的康复。但食物毕竟是食物，它含有人体必需的各种营养物质，主要在于弥补阴阳气血的不断消耗。因此，即便是辨证不准确，食物也不会给人体带来太大的危害。《医学衷中参西录》中说“食疗病人服之，不但疗病，并可充饥，不但充饥，更可适口，用之对症，病自渐愈，即不对症，亦无他患”。因此，食物疗法适应范围较广泛，主要针对亚健康人群，其次才是患者，作为药物或其他治疗措施的辅助手段，随着日常饮食生活自然地被接受。在现有技术中，解毒祛瘀的药品繁多，但既是食品又是药物的产品不多见，随着社会经济的快速发展和生活水平的迅速提高，人们越来越重视养生和保健，采用药物治疗和饮食疗法相结合的方法，而且特别提倡饮食疗法，目前市场上解毒祛瘀的食疗产品少见，有的产品虽有一定的作用，但都存在效果不显著，携带饮用不方便，人体摄取量少等不足，因此有必要根据中医的药食同源理论和食疗养生理论，研制开发一种适合人们需要的食用方便的新型功能性现代化工业加工的解毒祛瘀食疗产品。

为解决上述存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供了在于一种解毒祛瘀的藕粉及制备方法，这种食品功效性高，解毒祛瘀，祛瘀止痛，清热解毒，保持人体健康。
本发明的一种解毒祛瘀的藕粉，包括苦菜超微粉、鹅肠草超微粉和藕粉，其中苦菜超微粉的重量份为10~20，鹅肠草超微粉的重量份为5~15，藕粉的重量份为65~85；

(1)苦菜超微粉的制备
选料：新鲜苦菜洗净、晾干；
干燥：将苦菜采用低温梯度干燥；
粉碎：干燥后的苦菜，先在粉碎机中预粉碎至40~45目，再送入超微粉碎机械，粉碎得到苦菜超微粉；
(2)鹅肠草超微粉的制备
选料：新鲜鹅肠草洗净、晾干；
干燥：将鹅肠草采用低温梯度干燥；
粉碎：干燥后的鹅肠草，先在粉碎机中预粉碎至40~45目，再送入超微粉碎机械，粉碎得到鹅肠草超微粉；
(3)调配：将苦菜超微粉、鹅肠草超微粉、藕粉，按比例调配，调配后的混料经搅拌达到充分混合，混料备用；
(4)蒸煮烘干：将步骤（3）中的混料用蒸汽处理10-20分钟，然后烘干，烘干温度为95℃，时间为30-50分钟，使混料水分降至10%以下，冷却，粉碎成40-80目细粉；
(5)灭菌包装：将细粉真空密封包装，微波灭菌，温度在70～105℃，时间约为1.5～5 min，即得解毒祛瘀的藕粉。

1.一种解毒祛瘀的藕粉，其特征在于：由苦菜超微粉、鹅肠草超微粉和藕粉制备而成，其中苦菜超微粉的重量份为10~20，鹅肠草超微粉的重量份为5~15，藕粉的重量份为65~85；
所述的解毒祛瘀的藕粉的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)苦菜超微粉的制备
选料：新鲜苦菜洗净、晾干；
干燥：将苦菜采用低温梯度干燥；
粉碎：干燥后的苦菜，先在粉碎机中预粉碎至40~45目，再送入超微粉碎机械，粉碎得到苦菜超微粉；
(2)鹅肠草超微粉的制备
选料：新鲜鹅肠草洗净、晾干；
干燥：将鹅肠草采用低温梯度干燥；
粉碎：干燥后的鹅肠草，先在粉碎机中预粉碎至40~45目，再送入超微粉碎机械，粉碎得到鹅肠草超微粉；
(3)调配：将苦菜超微粉、鹅肠草超微粉、藕粉，按比例调配，调配后的混料经搅拌达到充分混合，混料备用；
(4)蒸煮烘干：将步骤（3）中的混料用蒸汽处理10-20分钟，然后烘干，烘干温度为95℃，时间为30-50分钟，使混料水分降至10%以下，冷却，粉碎成40-80目细粉；
(5)灭菌包装：将细粉真空密封包装，微波灭菌，温度在70～105℃，时间为1.5～5 min，即得解毒祛瘀的藕粉。
