Abstract
본 발명은 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 당귀, 녹용 및 DHA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 한약재 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 건강기능식품을 제공하며, 본 발명의 한약재 조성물은 두뇌발달, 집중력 향상, 기억력 강화 및 피로회복증진 등의 효과를 나타내면서도 인체 안정성이 뛰어나므로 안전하고 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 DHA 함유 기억력 강화 및 피로회복 증진용 한약재 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 사향, 녹용, 당귀 및 DHA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 기억력 강화 및 피로회복을 위한 건강기능식품으로 이용 가능한 한약재 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
최근 피로회복 및 영양보급 등을 목적으로 판매되고 있는 에너지 음료는 고 카페인 함유 성분으로 인해 졸음을 쫓아주는 효과가 탁월하여 수험생들 또는 직장인들 사이에서 선호도가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 학습의 집중력을 높이고 피로회복 목적으로 섭취되고 있는 이러한 고 카페인 에너지음료의 식음에 대해, 그 중독성과 부작용이 사회문제가 되고 있다. 특히 카페인을 다량 섭취 직후에는 각성 효과로 일시적으로나마 정신을 맑게 하고 잠을 쫓는 효과가 있을 수 있으나, 시간이 지나면 더욱 피로해지며, 위액분비를 촉진시키므로 위염, 궤양환자는 고 카페인 음료를 피해야 한다. 또한 카페인은 이뇨작용을 촉진시키지만 한편으론 소변량을 증가시켜 신장에 부담을 주며, 장기간 과잉 섭취하면 신경과민, 근육경련, 불면증 등의 부작용이 생길 수 있고 골밀도가 낮아져 골다공증의 원인이 될 수 있다. 무엇보다도 고 카페인 음료를 장기간 다량을 복용할 경우 카페인 중독을 야기하며 내성이 생겨 효과가 약해진다. 따라서, 이러한 부작용을 야기하지 않으면서도 피로회복 및 집중력 향상에 도움이 되는 안전한 약물 또는 식품의 필요성이 요구된다.
한편으로는, 최근 아동들 중에서 주의산만, 과잉행동 또는 학습능력저하 등으로 나타나는 주의력결핍 과잉운동장애문제 또한 사회적인 관심을 받고 있다. 이는 7 내지 11세 연령의 아동들에서 가장 흔히 관찰되는 질환들 중의 하나로 100 명 중 약 3 내지 20 명 (3 내지 20 %)의 아동들이 이 질환을 갖고 있으며, 특히 남자아이들이 여자 아이들에 비하여 3 내지 9 배 정도 더 흔한 것으로 보고 되어 있다. 그 원인은 특별히 밝혀진 것은 없으나, 쌍생아에서의 높은 일치율을 통해 유전적 요인이나, 뇌손상, 뇌혈류 저하 현상으로 신경해부학적 요인을 추정하거나, 신경전달물질계의 이상현상 또는 신경생화학적 요인의 이상현상이거나, 뇌파 이상을 통한 뇌 성숙의 지연 또는 심리사회적 요인 등의 복합적인 원인들에 의한 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 경우, 진단은 위에서 말한 여러 가지 증상과 심리 검사(지능검사, 집중력변수검사) 전반적인 신체검사 그리고 개인적인 면담을 통해 내리며, 이 질환은 중추신경 흥분제, 항우울제 그리고 일부 항정신병 약물 같은 약으로서 치료를 하고 있으나 이러한 약물치료의 경우 연령이 낮은 아동들에게 안정성 이나 효과가 보장되지 않고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명의 목적은, 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 사향, 녹용, 당귀 및 DHA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 한약재 조성물과 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 사향, 녹용, 당귀 및 DHA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 한약재 조성물을 포함하는 건강기능식품을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 제1 측면은, 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 사향, 녹용, 당귀 및 DHA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 한약재 조성물을 제공한다.
상기 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀는 각각 15 내지 35 중량%로; 상기 사향은 2 내지 10 중량%로; 및 상기 DHA는 0.001 내지 2 중량%로; 포함될 수 있다.
상기 DHA는, DHA 함유 우유와 함께 볶은 후 분쇄된 녹용가루로 포함되거나, 또는 DHA 추출물로 포함될 수 있다.
상기 한약재 조성물은, 용뇌, 산수유 또는 이 둘을 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 한약재 조성물은, 결명자, 숙지황, 건지황, 복령, 산약, 육종용, 황기, 감초, 진피, 생강, 대추, 인삼, 홍삼, 천궁, 용안육, 현삼 및 맥문동으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 제2 측면은, 상기 한약재 조성물을 포함하는 기억력 강화 및 피로회복 증진용 건강기능식품을 제공한다.
상기 건강기능식품은 환제 형태일 수 있다.
본 발명의 제3 측면은, 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀를 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀를, 사향가루 및 DHA 추출물과 혼합하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합물에 꿀을 첨가하며 반죽하는 단계;를 포함하는 한약재 조성물 제조방법을 제공한다.
상기 혼합하는 단계는, 상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀는, 각각 15 내지 35 중량%로; 상기 사향가루는 2 내지 10 중량%로; 및 상기 DHA 추출물은 0.001 내지 2 중량%로; 혼합하는 것일 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은, 녹용을 DHA 함유된 우유, 졸인 양젖 또는 이 둘로 볶는 단계; 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 당귀 및 상기 볶은 녹용를 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 당귀 및 볶은 녹용을 사향가루와 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합물에 꿀을 첨가하며 반죽하는 단계; 를 포함하는, 한약재 조성물 제조방법을 제공한다.
상기 혼합물을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 당귀 및 볶은 녹용은 각각 15 내지 35 중량%로; 및 상기 사향가루는 2 내지 10 중량%로; 혼합하는 것일 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 사향, 녹용, 당귀 및 DHA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 한약재 조성물은 두뇌발달, 집중력 향상, 기억력 강화 및 피로회복증진 등의 효과를 나타내면서도 인체 안정성이 뛰어나 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 한약재 조성물을 포함하는 건강기능식품은 환제 형태로 가공시 간편하게 휴대가 가능하고 언제 어디서든 가볍게 섭취 가능하다는 장점을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1 측면은, 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 사향, 녹용, 당귀 및 DHA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 한약재 조성물을 제공한다.
한약재들을 사용하여 전통적으로 이용되어 온 한방 처방으로서, 주의력 향상, 학습능력 발달, 집중력 향상 또는 피로회복을 도울 수 있는 대표적인 것들로는 총명탕, 귀비탕, 팔진탕, 육사탕이 있다. 이중에서 가장 널리 알려진 보편적인 처방은 총명탕이며, 이 외에도 좀 더 세분된 내용으로는 주로 수험생들을 대상으로 한 귀비탕, 팔진탕(팔물탕), 육사탕(육미지황탕) 등의 처방이 있다. 귀비탕은 학생들 또는 수험생을 위한 보편적인 처방이고, 팔진탕은 주로 여학생을 위한 처방이며, 이 이외에도 청뇌탕, 공자가 기억력을 높이고 체력을 돋우기 위해 즐겨 먹었다는 공자대성침중방, 주자독서환, 과거를 준비하던 선비들이 먹던 장원환, 수석환, 수석액등이 있다. 본 발명은 전통적으로 사용되어온 한약재와 DHA 성분이 동시에 함유된 한약재 조성물에 관한 것으로써, 종래의 한방 처방보다 개선된 효능을 갖는다.
본 발명의 구성요소인 백복신은 다공균과(Polyporaceae)에 속한 진균인 복령(Poria Cocos)의 균핵을 건조한 것으로 가운데 소나무의 뿌리가 있는 것을 복신이라고 하고 소나무의 뿌리가 없는 것을 백복신이라고 한다. 백복신은 이수삼습, 건비령심의 효과가 있으며, 가슴이 두근거리는 증상과 건망, 불면증, 소변불리 등의 증상을 치료하는 목적으로 사용한다.
원지(Polygalae Radix)는 쌍떡잎식물 쥐손이풀목 원지과(polygalaceae)의 여러해살이풀인 원지(polygala tenuifolia)의 뿌리를 말린 것으로 사포닌 성분인 테누게닌(tenuigenin) A, B, 폴리가리톨(polygalytol), 테누이딘(tenuidine) 등이 함유되어 있으며, 거담, 강장, 강정, 진정 목적으로 사용한다.
석창포(Acori Graminei Rhizoma)는 천남성목 천남성과(Araceae)의 여러해살이풀인 석창포나무(Acorus gramineus)의 뿌리줄기로 베타아사론(β-asarone), 아사론(asarone), 카리오필렌(caryophyllene), 휴물렌(α-humulene), 세키손 (sekishone), 아미노산, 유기산 및 당류가 함유되어 있으며, 진통제, 진정제, 건위제로 사용하고, 민간에서는 목욕물에 넣기도 한다.
사향이란 향료의 일종으로서 사향노루의 사향선(腺)을 건조시켜 얻는 분비물. 사향선은 사향노루 수컷의 배와 배꼽의 뒤쪽 피하에 있는 향낭(香囊) 속에 있으며, 생식기에 딸려 있다. 사향은 성질이 따뜻하며 위장과 정신을 맑게 해주고 강심제나 각성제로 사용한다.
녹용(Cervi Parvum Corun)은 보통 사슴의 뿔을 말하며, 구체적으로 자라기 시작한지 2개월 이내의 아직 각질화가 되지 않아 만져보면 약간 물렁할 정도로 조직이 연하고 털이 골고루 덮여 있는 수컷의 뿔을 말한다. 가을이 되면 물렁거리던 뿔이 단단하게 각질화가 되는데, 이는 발정기에 암컷을 차지하기 위한 싸움을 위한 것으로, 이렇게 각질화된 뿔이 바로 녹용에 비해 효능이 떨어지는 녹각이다. 이 녹각이 채취시기를 놓쳐 칼슘화된 후 단단해져서 저절로 떨어진 것을 낙각이라 한다. 녹용은 강장작용, 보혈작용, 강정작용, 진통작용, 조혈작용, 생장발육촉진작용, 심부전증 치료작용 및 기능항진작용 등의 치료학적 효과뿐만 아니라, 피로회복, 신체활력증강 및 신장의 이뇨기능강화효과 등 많은 효능을 갖고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다.
당귀(Angelicae Gigantis Radix)는 산형과(Umbelliferae)의 여러해살이풀인 당귀(Angelica sinensis D.)로, 한국에서는 당귀(Angelicae gigas), 왜당귀 (Ligusticum acutilobum)를 약용으로 사용한다. 함유성분으로는 주성분인 버갑텐 (Bergaptene), 부틸리덴프탈리드(butylidenephthalide)와 함께 지방유, 비타민 (vitamin)류 물질등이 있고, 진통ㆍ배농(排膿)ㆍ지혈ㆍ강장작용이 있으므로 복통ㆍ종기ㆍ타박상 및 부인병에 이용되고 있다.
DHA는 고도 불포화지방산의 일종으로, 두뇌발달에 도움이 된다고 알려져 있으며, 자연계의 담수, 해수 중에 서식하는 식물 플랭크톤 및 해조류가 주로 생합성한다. 스스로 DHA를 만들 수 없는 어류, 갑각류, 조개류 등은 먹이연쇄에 의해 DHA를 함유한 식물을 섭취함으로써 체내에 중성지방의 형태로 DHA를 축적하고 있으며, 일반적으로 차가운 물 속에 생식하는 어패류가 높은 DHA 함유량을 나타내고 있는데 주로 등푸른 생선에 함량이 높다. 따라서 특히 참치ㆍ방어ㆍ고등어ㆍ꽁치ㆍ정어리 등에 많으며, 최근에는 이와 같은 생선의 기름을 분리한 후 DHA만을 추출할 수 있는 기술이 개발되어 사용되고 있다.
사람 또한 DHA를 생합성하는 데 필요한 효소가 체내에 존재하지 않기 때문에 필요로 하는 DHA를 함유하는 음식의 섭취에 의존하지 않으면 안 된다. DHA는 두뇌작용을 활발하게 하고, 혈중 콜레스테롤을 낮추는 작용을 하는 것으로 연구되어 오고 있으며, 1989년 영국의 뇌영양화학연구소의 마이클 클로포드 교수는 일본 어린이의 지능이 높은 것은 DHA가 풍부한 생선을 많이 먹기 때문이라고 발표한 바 있다. 본 발명은 DHA 성분이 함유된 한약재 조성물에 관한 것으로써, 보다 개선된 기억력 강화, 주의력 향상, 학습능력 발달, 집중력 향상 및 피로회복을 증진시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 한약재 조성물 내의 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀는 각각 15 내지 35 중량%로 상기 사향은 2 내지 10 중량%로 및 상기 DHA는 0.001 내지 2 중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 구성성분의 중량%는 이에 한정되지 않고 본 발명의 한약재 조성물이 적용될 대상의 상태에 따라 유연하게 변화될 수 있으나, 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀는 각각 35 중량% 이하로 포함될 때 세포 독성을 나타내지 않으며, 15 중량% 이상으로 포함될 때 최적의 기억력 강화, 집중력 향상 및 피로회복 효능을 나타낼 수 있다.
본 발명의 DHA는, DHA 함유 우유와 함께 볶은 후 분쇄된 녹용가루로 포함되거나, 또는 DHA 추출물로 포함될 수 있다. DHA를 함유하는 한약재 조성물을 제조하기 위하여, 상업적으로 판매되고 있는 DHA 추출물을 구입하여 첨가할 수 있으며, 공지의 기술을 이용하여 DHA가 다량 함유된 생물체로부터 DHA를 추출하여 첨가할 수도 있다. 또한 상업적으로 판매되고 있는 DHA 함유 식품을 이용하여 DHA 성분을 첨가할 수 있으며, 일 실시예로서, DHA 함유 우유를 이용하여 볶은 녹용을 분쇄하여 가루 형태로 제조한 후에, 본 발명의 한약재 조성물에 첨가함으로써 DHA 를 첨가할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 한약재 조성물은, 용뇌, 산수유 또는 이 둘을 더 포함할 수 있으며, 이들은 본 발명의 한약재 조성물이 적용될 대상의 신체 상태에 따라서 가감하거나 그 양을 조절할 수 있다.
용뇌는 용뇌향과의 용뇌향(Dryobalanops aromatica Gaertner:龍腦香)의 수간창구에서 흘러나온 수지 또는 수간과 가지를 썰어 수증기 증류하여 얻은 백색의 결정체로, 빙편뇌(氷片腦)라고 부르며 혹은 매화뇌(梅花腦)라고 부른다. 용뇌는 약리작용으로 항균, 항염증작용, 국소적인 진통작용 및 방부작용을 가지므로, 막힌 것을 통하게 하고 정신을 맑게 하여 정신혼몽, 의식장애 등의 열과 부기를 내리고 통증을 완화시켜주며, 고열, 경련, 소아 경기에 효과가 있으며 인후염과 구내염, 눈병, 가려움증, 충혈, 귀코의 염증 등 각종 염증에 사용된다.
산수유(Corni Fructus)는 층층나무과(Cornaceae)의 갈잎떨기나무인 산수유나무(Cornus officinalis)의 과육으로 코르닌(cornin), 모로니사이드 (Morroniside), 로가닌(Loganin), 탄닌, 사포닌 등의 배당체와 포도주산, 사과산, 주석산 등의 유기산이 함유되어 있고, 그밖에 비타민 A와 다량의 당류도 함유되어 있다. 또 종자에는 팔미틴산, 올레인산, 리놀산 등이 함유되어 있으며, 성분 중 코르닌은 부교감신경의 흥분작용이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 예로부터 한방에서는 과육을 약용하였는데, 강음, 신정과 신기, 수렴, 두통, 이명, 해수, 해열 목적으로 쓰이며 식은땀, 야뇨증 등의 민간요법에도 사용된다.
용뇌, 산수유 또는 이 둘의 총 함량은, 본 발명의 한약재 조성물의 5 내지 20 중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 바람직하게는 2 내지 10 중량%로 포함될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지는 않으며 한약재 조성물이 적용될 대상에 따라서 변화될 수 있다.
본 발명의 한약재 조성물은, 결명자, 숙지황, 건지황, 복령, 산약, 육종용, 황기, 감초, 진피, 생강, 대추, 인삼, 홍삼, 천궁, 용안육, 현삼 및 맥문동으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 더 포함할 수 있으며, 이들은 본 발명의 한약재 조성물이 적용될 대상의 신체 상태에 따라서 가감하거나 그 양을 조절할 수 있다.
상기 첨가 가능한 약재로, 결명자(Cassiae Semen)는 콩과(Leguminosae)의 초결명(Cassia obtusifolia), 긴강남차 또는 결명자(Cassia tora)의 잘 익은 씨를 말린 것으로, 루부로후사린(rubrofusarin), 베타-시토스테롤(β-sitosterol), 올레산, 리놀레산, 에모딘(emodin), 카로틴 등이 함유되어 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 잎에는 캠페린(kaemferin)을 함유한다. 결명자는 간을 밝게 하고, 눈을 밝게 하며, 소변을 잘 나오게 하고, 변을 묽게 하는 효능이 있어 간염, 간경화성 복수, 결막염, 청맹, 고혈압, 습관성변비 등 치료에 이용되고 있다. 민간에서는 보리차처럼 볶아서 차를 달이면 아름다운 색택과 향기가 있어 음료로 많이 이용하고 있다.
지황(Rehmanniae Radix)은 현삼과(Scrophulariaceae)에 속하는 지황 (Rhemannia glutinosa Liboscitz var. purpurea Makino) 또는 그밖의 동속식물의 뿌리로, 생 그대로의 것을 생지황, 건조한 것을 건지황이라 하고, 찐 것을 숙지황이라고 한다. 지황에는 레오누리드(leonuride), 아큐빈(aucubin), 캅탈폴 (catalpol) 등의 성분이 함유되어 있으며, 급성피부알러지, 염증이나 혈액의 흐름을 원활하게 하여 어혈을 푸는데 사용하거나, 간 기능을 강화, 혈압저하, 혈중 콜레스테롤 저하, 류마티스성 관절염의 치료를 위해 사용된다.
복령(Hoelen, Poria, Poria cocos)은 담자균류 민주름버섯목 구멍장이버섯과 또는 잔나비걸상과(polyporaceae)의 복령(Poria cocos Wolf)의 균핵(버섯)으로 땅속에서 소나무 등의 나무뿌리에 기생한다. 복령 중 백색인 것을 백복령(白茯笭), 적색인 것을 적복령(赤茯笭)이라 한다. 또 복령 속에 소나무 뿌리가 꿰뚫고 있는 것을 복신(茯神)이라고 한다. 모두 한약재로 강장ㆍ이뇨ㆍ진정 등에 효능이 있어 신장병ㆍ방광염ㆍ요도염에 이용한다.
산약(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)은 마과(科:Disocoreaceae)에 속한 덩굴성 참마 (Disocorea japonica Thunberg) 또는 마(Disocorea batatas)의 덩이뿌리[塊根]로, 전분이 주성분(15~20%)으로 비타민 C가 풍부하고 아미노산, 칼륨, 철분, 비타민, 단백질, 지방, 인 등과 함께 아르기닌, 디오스신, 콜린, 바타타신(Batatasin), 요노게닌(Yonogenin), 크립토게닌(Kryptogenin), 오스게닌(Diosgenin)과 관절염 치료제인 코티손(Cortisone)이 함유되어 있다. 식욕이 감퇴하며 원기가 부족할 때, 식은 땀을 흘릴 경우, 몸이 마르고 원기가 부족한 증상을 보일 때 사용된다.
육종용(Cistanches Herba 또는 Boschniakiae Herba)은 더불살이과 (Orobanchaceae)에 육종용(Cistanche deserticola) 및 동속 근연식물의 육질경으로 일명 육공용, 종용, 지정이라고도 불리며, 육질경이 거칠고 비대하며 바깥면은 쵸코렛색, 안쪽은 흑색이고 뚜렷하게 기름져 있는 것을 양품으로 치며, 시스타노시드 (cistanoside), 에키나코시드(echinacoside), 베타인, 알칼로이드 등이 함유되어 있으며, 강정, 강장약, 보신, 익정혈, 윤장통변 등의 목적으로 사용한다.
황기(Astragali Radix)는 쌍떡잎식물 장미목 콩과(Leguminosae)의 여러해살이풀인 황기(Astragalus membranaceus B.), 몽고황기(Astragalus mogolicus B.)의 뿌리를 말린것으로, 다당류, 아미노산, 단백질, 비타민 P, 미량의 광물질 등이 함유되어 있으며, 한방에서는 가을에 채취하여 노두와 잔뿌리를 제거하고 햇빛에 말린 것을 한약재의 황기라 하며, 강장, 지한, 이뇨, 소종(消腫) 등의 효능이 있어 신체허약, 피로권태, 기혈허탈, 내장하수, 식은땀 등에 사용된다.
감초(Glycyrrhizae Radix)는 콩과(Leguminosae)에 속하는 식물로, 국로, 미초, 밀감, 첨초라고도 부리며, 콩과에 속하는 여러해살이풀인 감초(Glycyrrhiza uralensis) 또는 곧은 감초의 뿌리를 말린 것으로, 각종 통증을 완화시킬 목적으로 다른 처방에 배합되어 들어가는데, 폐를 윤활케 하고, 해열 작용을 하며, 목이 아픈 것을 치료하는데 사용된다. 비위기능의 허약을 도와주며 정신을 안정시키는데 사용하며 독극성 물질의 해독에도 많이 사용한다. 약리실험결과 해독작용, 강심작용, 간보호작용, 항염증작용, 항궤양작용, 진정작용, 기침을 멈추게 하고 가래를 삭이는 작용, 항알레르기 작용, 억균작용, 완화작용, 항암작용, 콜레스테롤 배설촉진 작용, 위산도를 낮추는 작용등이 실험적으로 밝혀졌다. 성분으로 글리실리틴 배당체인 글리실리진(glycyrrhizin), 구루크론산, 글리시레트산, 그 밖에 칼슘, 칼륨, 당질, 섬유질, 회분 등이 들어 있다.
진피(Fraxini Cortex)는 물푸레나무과(목서과; Oleaceae)에 속한 물푸레나무(Fraxinus rhynchophylla, Fraxinus densata, Fraxinus sieboldiana, Fraxinus chiisanensis)의 가지껍질과 체간부의 껍질로 맛은 쓰고 떫으며 성질은 차갑다. 간과 담, 대장에 작용하며 차고 수렴하는 성질이 있어 습열을 없애주고 간담의 화를 내려 준다. 진피에는 애스큘린(aesculin), 애스큘레틴(aesculetin) 등이 함유되어 있고 뇨산증, 이질, 장염, 여성의 대하 등 습열이 원인이 되는 질환과 간담의 화로 눈에 염증이 생겨 붓고 아픈 경우, 눈에 예막이 생겨 잘 보이지 않는 경우 등에 광범위하게 쓰며, 약리실험 결과 장연동운동억제작용, 혈압상승작용, 항염작용, 이뇨작용, 혈액응고억제작용 등이 밝혀졌다.
생강(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens)는 생강과(Zingiberaceae)에 속한 다년생 초본인 생강(Zingiber officinale R.)의 근경으로 징기베롤(zingiberol), 징기베렌(zingiberene), 펠란드렌(phellandrene), 캄펜(camphene), 소가올(shogaol) 등이 함유되어 있으며, 구토를 멎게 하고, 부종을 없애는 효과로 가벼운 감기와 기침, 속이 차면서 구토를 하고 담이 많을 때 등에 주로 이용된다.
대추(Zizyphi inermis Fructus 또는 Jujuba Fructus)는 갈매나무과 (Rhamnaceae)의 갈잎큰키나무인 대추나무의 잘 익은 열매로 베툴린(betulin), 아미노산, 비타민류, 유기산, 점액질, 미량의 원소가 함유되어 있으며, 비위 기능 허약으로 피곤을 많이 느끼면서 기운이 없고 식욕이 줄며 변을 묽게 보는 증상이나, 혈허로 인하여 신체에 영양을 고르게 공급하지 못해서 일어나는 얼굴의 황색증, 입술이 건조하고 피부가 마르며 어지럽고 눈앞에서 꽃이나 별과 같은 것이 헛보이는 증상에 사용한다. 또 불면, 신경과민, 히스테리, 갱년기 장애, 독성을 감소시키는 목적으로 사용한다.
인삼(Ginseng Radix)은 오갈피나무과(Araliaceae)에 속하는 여러해살이풀인 인삼(Panax schinseng 또는 Panax Ginseng)의 뿌리로 가공방법에 따라 백삼, 홍삼이라고도 부르는 우리나라의 대표적인 생약이다. 비장과 폐와 심장에 작용하며, 기를 보하는 약 중에서 으뜸으로 인체 오장육부의 원기를 보하는 중요한 약재이며, 주요한 성분으로 인삼사포닌(ginsenoside), 폴리아세틸렌(polyacetylene), 항산화활성 페놀계화합물, 간장보호작용을 하는 고미신(gomisin-N, -A), 인슐린 유사작용을 하는 산성펩티드, 강압작용을 하는 콜린(cholin) 등이 들어 있다.
천궁(Cnidii Rhizoma)은 향과, 호궁, 경궁, 궁궁이라고도 불리는데, 산형과(Umbelliferae) 다년생 초목인 천궁(Lingustieum chuangxiong, Cnidium officinale)의 뿌리를 말린 것으로 혈액과 기를 잘 돌게 하는 대표적인 약재이다. 천궁에는 정유와 크니드리드, 세다노익산, 아미노산, 알카로이드, 페루릭산 등이 함유되어 있으며, 월경통, 부월경, 두통, 복통 등의 증상을 개선시켜 주며, 어지럼, 생리불순, 생리통, 복통, 외상으로 인한 타박상 등에도 사용하며, 약리실험 결과 진정작용, 혈압강하작용, 항균작용, 자궁수축작용 등이 밝혀졌다.
용안육은 무환자나무과의 용안(Dimocarpus longan Lour.:龍眼)의 가종피를 말하며, 이는 용안이라는 열매의 껍질에 해당하는 두터운 가종피이다. 용안육은 옴균억제, 강장작용, 항산화작용, 면역 기능활성화작용을 가지므로, 지나치게 생각을 많이 하여 심장이 불규칙하게 뛰거나 건망증, 불면증, 소화불량 그리고 묽은 변을 볼 때 사용하거나, 병후 기운 없고 빈혈, 권태, 땀을 제어할 수 없을 때, 산후 기혈이 허약하고 부종이 생길 때 사용한다.
현삼은 현삼과의 다년초(Scrophulariabuergeriana)의 뿌리를 말하며, 상기 현삼과의 다년초는 중대, 현대 또는 축마라고도 한다. 현삼은 해독 및 항균 작용을 가지므로, 주로 열을 내리고 심장기능을 강화하며 인후염, 종기 또는 림프선염 등의 염증을 방지하는 용도로 사용한다.
맥문동 (Broadleaf Liriope)은 백합과의 여러해살이풀로서, 덩이뿌리를 소염, 강장, 진해거담제 및 강심제로 사용한다. 약리작용으로는, 사지통, 신경통, 류머티즘을 완화하는 기능이 있으므로 노인이나 회복기 환자, 허약 체질자 및 젖이 부족한 수유부에게 좋으며, 혈색이 몰라보게 좋아지고 살이 찌며 기분이 상쾌해지고 온몸이 부쩍 기운이 솟는 것을 느낄 수 있다. 또한, 기침을 가라앉히고 가래를 식히며 열을 내리는데도 뛰어난 약효가 있어, 폐결핵이나 만성 기관지염, 만성 인후염 등에 의한 만성 해수에 사용한다.
백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀 외의 상기 언급한 약재들의 총 함량은, 본 발명의 한약재 조성물의 5 내지 20 중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 바람직하게는 2 내지 10 중량%로 포함될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지는 않으며 한약재 조성물이 적용될 대상에 따라서 변화될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제2 측면은, 상기 한약재 조성물을 포함하는 기억력 강화 및 피로회복 증진용 건강기능식품을 제공한다. 통상적인 방법에 의하여, 본 발명의 한약재 조성물은 전통 의서에 따라서 탕약 형태로 조제하여 음료 형태의 건강기능식품으로 제공될 수 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 실시 가능한 건강기능식품의 예시로, 본 발명의 한약제 조성물을 추출과 감압건조를 통하여 분말 형태로 조제한 후에, 이를 포함하는 건강기능식품으로 제공될 수도 있으며, 또는 다양한 담체 또는 부형제와 함께 약학적 조성물로도 제공될 수 있다. 또 다른 실시예로는 본 발명의 한약제 조성물을 분쇄한 가루 형태를 갖는 건강기능식품으로 제공되거나, 또는 이를 고형화한 건강기능식품으로 제공될 수도 있다.
상기 방법에 의하여, 건강기능식품은 환제 형태일 수 있다. 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 한약재 조성물은, 약재를 달이고 탕약(액상)으로 섭취하는 것이 일반적일 수 있다. 하지만 탕약으로 조제하는 과정에는 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 하며 탕약을 개별포장 하더라도 휴대하거나 섭취하는 것이 시간과 장소에 따라서 불편한 경우가 많으므로, 이를 간편하게 소지하고 섭취할 수 있도록 환제 형태로 조제하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명은, 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀를 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀를, 사향가루 및 DHA 추출물과 혼합하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합물에 꿀을 첨가하며 반죽하는 단계;를 포함하는 한약재 조성물 제조방법을 제공한다.
상기 혼합하는 단계는, 상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀는, 각각 15 내지 35 중량%로; 상기 사향가루는 2 내지 10 중량%로; 및 상기 DHA 추출물은 0.001 내지 2 중량%로; 혼합하는 것일 수 있다.
또한 본 발명의 다른 측면은, 녹용을 DHA 함유된 우유, 졸인 양젖 또는 이 둘로 볶는 단계; 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 당귀 및 상기 볶은 녹용를 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 당귀 및 볶은 녹용을 사향가루와 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합물에 꿀을 첨가하며 반죽하는 단계; 를 포함하는, 한약재 조성물 제조방법을 제공한다.
상기 혼합물을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 당귀 및 볶은 녹용은 각각 15 내지 35 중량%로; 및 상기 사향가루는 2 내지 10 중량%로; 혼합하는 것일 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 한약재 조성물의 제조예 및 시험예를 상세하게 설명한다.
[제조예 1]
1. 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀를 술을 이용하여 세척하여 건조한다(한약재 세척 공정).
2. 각각의 한약재를 분쇄기를 이용하여 입도가 150 내지 200 mesh가 되도록 분쇄하여 한약재 분말을 제조하였다.
3. 백복신분말 150g, 원지분말 150g, 석창포분말 150g, 당귀분말 150g, 녹용분말 150g 사향가루 20g, DHA 추출물 5g을 혼합기에 넣어 혼합하여 혼합분말을 제조하였다.
4. 혼합분말에 꿀을 넣어 버무리면서 5분 동안 반죽하였다.
5. 한약재 반죽을 24시간 동안 숙성하고, 4g 단위의 환제로 제조하여 건조과정 없이 금박을 바로 입힌 후 멸균 처리후 포장하였다.
[제조예 2]
1. 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀을 술을 이용하여 세척하여 건조한다(한약재 세척 공정).
2. DHA 함유된 우유와 졸인 양젖에 녹용을 볶는다.
3. 각각의 한약재와 볶은 녹용을 분쇄기를 이용하여 입도가 150 내지 200 mesh가 되도록 분쇄하여 한약재 분말을 제조하였다.
4. 백복신분말 150g, 원지분말 150g, 석창포분말 150g, 당귀분말 150g, 볶은 녹용분말 150g, 사향가루 25g을 혼합기에 넣어 혼합하여 혼합분말을 제조하였다.
5. 혼합분말에 꿀을 넣어 버무리면서 5분 동안 반죽하였다.
6. 한약재 반죽을 24시간 동안 숙성하고, 4g 단위의 환제로 제조하여 건조과정 없이 금박을 바로 입힌 후 멸균 처리후 포장하였다.
[시험예 1]
제조예 1 및 제조예 2에서 얻어진 환제를 임상 실험자 30명에게 2014년 3월부터 2014년 4월까지 1일 1회 1환씩 복용시키고 설문하였다.

이와 같이, 30명의 실험자 중 대부분의 실험자에게서 피로회복 개선에 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다.
이상에서 설명한 것은 본 발명을 실시하기 위한 실시예들에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명은 상기한 실시예들에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 범위를 벗어나지 않는 한 해당 기술이 속하는 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 속한다.
Claims (11)
- 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 사향, 녹용, 당귀 및 DHA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 한약재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀는 각각 15 내지 35 중량%로;
상기 사향은 2 내지 10 중량%로; 및
상기 DHA는 0.001 내지 2 중량%로;
포함하는, 한약재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 DHA는, DHA 함유 우유와 함께 볶은 후 분쇄된 녹용가루로 포함되거나, 또는 DHA 추출물로 포함되는 것인, 한약재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
용뇌, 산수유 또는 이 둘을 더 포함하는, 한약재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
결명자, 숙지황, 건지황, 복령, 산약, 육종용, 황기, 감초, 진피, 생강, 대추, 인삼, 홍삼, 천궁, 용안육, 현삼 및 맥문동으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 더 포함하는, 한약재 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는, 기억력 강화 및 피로회복 증진용 건강기능식품.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 건강기능식품은 환제 형태인 것인, 기억력 강화 및 피로회복 증진용 건강기능식품.
- 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀를 분쇄하는 단계;
상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀를, 사향가루 및 DHA 추출물과 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물에 꿀을 첨가하며 반죽하는 단계;를 포함하는,
한약재 조성물 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 혼합하는 단계는,
상기 분쇄된 백복신, 원지, 석창포, 녹용 및 당귀는, 각각 15 내지 35 중량%로;
상기 사향가루는 2 내지 10 중량%로; 및
상기 DHA 추출물은 0.001 내지 2 중량%로;
혼합하는 것인, 한약재 조성물 제조방법.
- 녹용을 DHA 함유된 우유, 졸인 양젖 또는 이 둘로 볶는 단계;
