本发明涉及动脉康袋泡茶领域,尤其涉及一种动脉康袋泡茶的生产方法。
背景技术

葛根:《本经》“主消渴、身大热、呕吐、诸痹,起阴气,解诸毒”。又《实用药物手册》:“经试验有扩张冠状动脉、脑血管作用,另外有降血压、降胆固、降血糖、解热作用”可用来治疗或预防高血压、心绞痛等。”山里人用葛根切成的薄片,用沸水冲泡当茶饮,特别是夏季有清热、解毒、止泻、健胃等作用。山区人还把鲜葛根洗净捣烂取汁加工成“葛根粉”作为冲剂。
灵芝:《本经》“主耳弾、利关节、保神益气坚筋骨好颇色”又《实用药物手册):“经试验能增强中枢神经系统功能,强心、改善冠脉血循环、降低血脂、调节血压、保护肝脏、促进血中白细胞增加、增强机体免疫功能,并有抗过敏作用,又能止咳、祛痰。”灵芝素有“仙草”之称,今民间用来煎取浓汁,以汁煮瘦肉、鸡、鸭等作为营养补充,还可煎水、泡酒作饮料。
丹参:《重庆堂随笔》“丹参降而行血,血热而滞者宜之故为调经产后要药丹参清血中之火,故能安神定志神志安则心得其益矣……”又《实用药物手册)“经试验有扩张冠状血管、增加冠状动脉血流量,改善心肌收缩力和降压作用,还有镇静、镇痛作用。”民间把鲜丹参洗净切碎,干净锅中爆炒烫手起锅,然后烘干或晒干,单味泡茶饮。
山楂:《衷中参西录》“山楂味酸至酸微甘,性平,皮赤,肉红黄,故善入血分,为化療之要药…化瘀血而不伤新血,开郁气而不伤正气,故对消化饮食积聚,以治肉积尤效又《实用药物手册》:“经试验有降血压、降血清胆固醇,扩张血管,增加冠状动脉血流量,强心、收缩子官等作用,另外对痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌等有抑制作用。山楂山里人又叫它“山里红”。切片或生用或炒黑作饮剂,能消食积,散淤血。
首乌藤:《本草再新》“补中,行经络,通血脉,治劳伤”。叉《实用药物手册》:“安神、养血、活络。经试验有镇静、催眠作用。”首乌藤,又名夜交藤,民间将鲜者连叶切碎,炒香,搓出汁后晒干。沸水冲作茶饮,好睡眠为什么民间对诸药如此深切关注呢?因为现在的生活水平不断提高,人们都希望身体健康延缓衰老从而长寿。众所周知,人体的衰老死亡,就是经络不断堵塞的过程,必须经常疏通经络才能健康长寿。正常人在青少年时期就发生动脉硬化,至中老年时期逐渐加重,在其血管病变过程中,动脉血管内壁开始増厚、变硬、失去弹性,血管腔变狭小、造成人体动脉硬化。如果心脏动脉硬化,可诱发心肌梗死;如果脑动騄硬化,可诱发“脑溢血”或“脑梗死”;如果颈动脉硬化则会造成脑组织缺血、缺氧,人会头晕目眩、四肢麻木、思维能力下降,甚者会导致脑萎缩、失眠等。
