本发明涉及一种提供能量的杂粮休闲食品及制备方法。
背景技术
在2千多年前《黄帝内经》已经提出健康饮食的合理结构。现代人生活水平提高,饮食精细化,鱼肉、果菜等在饮食结构中所占比例增加,导致饮食失调,疾病横生。因此,重建合理饮食对健康生活有相当意义。
从世界食品工业发展趋势来看,随着社会的进步、科学技术的发展,人们对自身的健康日益关注,由于现在社会节奏快,人们往往长时间处于疲劳状态,并且没有合理的饮食,从而很容易被各种疾病侵扰,杂粮休闲食品即满足了人们食用杂粮的需要,同时增加了杂粮食用渠道。虽然现在市面上的杂粮休闲食品繁多,但多数杂粮休闲食品普遍存在,并且价格昂贵,很难普及。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种提供能量的杂粮休闲食品,该杂粮休闲品具有人体所需各种营养物质,具有促进消化吸收的作用,能快速让身体吸收的作用,并且原料来源广,为了满足市场对杂粮休闲食品的需求,同时解决杂粮食用口感粗糙、杂粮产品单一的问题,制作简单,价格低廉。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种提供能量的杂粮休闲食品,杂粮品成分包括原料和辅料,所述原料包括以下重量份数配比: 黑米15g、小麦10g、红薯5g、小豆10g、玉米20g、小米10g、绿豆10g、荞麦10g、糜子10g、高粱10g、豌豆10g、薏米15g、、燕麦15g、黑豆15g、核桃15g;辅料包括以下重量份数配比:蔗糖粉25g、可可粉20g;
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种提供能量的杂粮休闲食品的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比提取黑米15g、小麦10g、红薯5g、小豆10g、玉米20g、小米10g、绿豆10g、荞麦10g、糜子10g、高粱10g、豌豆10g、薏米15g、、燕麦15g、黑豆15g、核桃15g,除去杂质,低温烘焙待自然冷却后,磨成粉末备用;
2)取步骤1)中研磨的粉末放置于砂锅里加水,水量为粉末重量的6-8倍,然后用大火煮沸,改小火煎熬,煎熬时搅拌粉料2-3次,煎熬时间为60-90min,完成煎熬后过滤;
3)取步骤2)中过滤后的粉末置于容器内,加入粉末重量6-8倍的水,进行第二次煎熬,煎熬方式与上述相同,煎熬时间为30-60min,完成煎熬后过滤;
4)将两次的滤液进行合并,用离心机离心,收集上清液后加入蔗糖粉20g、可可粉20g搅拌均匀后进行浓缩直至所得溶液重量为浓缩前溶液重量的6%-8%;
5)取步骤4)中所得的溶液用喷雾干燥机进行干燥,得到的成品即为本发明提供能量的杂粮休闲食品。
本发明提供能量的杂粮休闲食品的有益效果是:本发明的配方不仅可发挥组分的各自功效,又可体现上述组分的协同功效,利于人们接受,具有人体所需各种营养物质,具有促进消化吸收的作用,能快速让身体吸收的作用,从而到达快速补充能量的作用。

实施例:
本发明的一种提供能量的杂粮休闲食品,食品成分包括原料和辅料,所述原料包括以下重量份数配比: 黑米15g、小麦10g、红薯5g、小豆10g、玉米20g、小米10g、绿豆10g、荞麦10g、糜子10g、高粱10g、豌豆10g、薏米15g、、燕麦15g、黑豆15g、核桃15g;辅料包括以下重量份数配比:蔗糖粉25g、可可粉20g;
所述一种提供能量的杂粮休闲食品及制备方法的制作过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取黑米15g、小麦10g、红薯5g、小豆10g、玉米20g、小米10g、绿豆10g、荞麦10g、糜子10g、高粱10g、豌豆10g、薏米15g、、燕麦15g、黑豆15g、核桃15g,除去杂质,低温烘焙待自然冷却后,磨成粉末备用;

实验对象:120名参与实验人员。
实验方法:让120名参与实验人员每天休闲时食用本发明提供能量的杂粮休闲食品,实验时间一个月,并在实验完成后进行问卷调查。

李某,男,24岁,因为工作繁忙及压力原因,并且用餐时间不规律很多时候都是随便吃点东西应付,长期以来都精神萎靡,疲乏无力,没有食欲,后食用了本发明提供能量的杂粮休闲食品后,疲乏无力的感觉都消失,食欲增加,整个人的精神状态都变好了。

Claims (1)
1.一种提供能量的杂粮休闲食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比称取黑米15g、小麦10g、红薯5g、小豆10g、玉米20g、小米10g、绿豆10g、荞麦10g、糜子10g、高粱10g、豌豆10g、薏米15g、、燕麦15g、黑豆15g、核桃15g,除去杂质,低温烘焙待自然冷却后,磨成粉末备用;
2)取步骤1)中研磨的粉末放置于砂锅里加水,水量为粉末重量的6-8倍,然后用大火煮沸,改小火煎熬,煎熬时搅拌粉料2-3次,煎熬时间为60-90min,完成煎熬后过滤;
3)取步骤2)中过滤后的粉末置于容器内,加入粉末重量6-8倍的水,进行第二次煎熬,煎熬方式与上述相同,煎熬时间为30-60min,完成煎熬后过滤;
4)将两次的滤液进行合并,用离心机离心,收集上清液后加入蔗糖粉20g、可可粉20g搅拌均匀后进行浓缩直至所得溶液重量为浓缩前溶液重量的6%-8%;
