十宝养生粥干粉、制备方法及应用,营养食品技术领域。主要原料包括:莲子、红枣、薏米、红小豆、糯米、黄豆、黑豆、扁豆、芝麻、花生、小米、杏仁,经高温杀菌和烤制并磨粉得到粉末混合物,粉末细度为80~100目,最后将十宝养生粉进行密封包装。本发明可使人们通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。冲泡即食,改变传统养生粥的食用方法和口感,更加方便快捷,保健效果较好。

本发明属于营养食品技术领域,具体涉及一种养生粥干粉、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
健康来自科学的养生,中医食疗法是最好的养生方法之一。在传统中医学理论指导下,将“药食同源”的食物进行科学配方,利用食物来影响机体各方面的功能,使其获得健康或愈疾防病的一种方法。本发明采用烤制、磨粉等现代科学技术加工制作,保存食物原有营养成分同时,通过研磨破坏细胞壁,使蛋白质等营养成分充分释放出来,提高人体的消化吸收率,是具有独特色、香、味、形、效的膳食品。它即将药物作为食物,又将食物赋以药用,药借食力,食助药威,二者相辅相成,相得益彰;既具有较高的营养价值,又可防病治病,保健强身,延年益寿。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种十宝养生粥干粉、制备方法及应用。本发明含有大量的膳食纤维和人体所必需的各种矿物质和维生素等营养成分,可使人们通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。并且本发明通过烤制、磨粉等特殊工艺加工,冲泡即食,改变传统养生粥的食用方法和口感,更加方便快捷,保健效果较好。
十宝养生粥干粉,其特征在于,主要原料包括:莲子、红枣、薏米、红小豆、糯米、黄豆、黑豆、扁豆、芝麻、花生、小米、杏仁,经高温杀菌和烤制并磨粉得到粉末混合物,其中莲子、红枣、薏米、红小豆、糯米、黄豆、黑豆、扁豆、芝麻、花生、小米、杏仁的质量比优选:2:2:3:2:15:4:3:4:7:2:4:2。
制作工艺为:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用食品烤箱进行高温杀菌和烤制,其中莲子、薏米、红小豆、糯米、黄豆、黑豆、扁豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟,红枣、芝麻、花生、小米、杏仁150℃,烤制15~20分钟,采用食品磨粉机进行磨粉,细度为80~100目,最后将十宝养生粉进行密封包装。
食用方法为:每次取50g,开水冲成糊状粥,优选300ml水,一日三餐均可配餐食用。血糖不高者,根据自己口味可加入适量蜂蜜或红糖。
技术效果
有助于健脾养胃,养心安神,益血补虚,滋阴补肾等,健康体质食用亦可平衡营养,强身健体。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。
莲子2g,红枣2g,薏米3g,红小豆2g,糯米15g,黄豆4g,黑豆3g,扁豆4g,芝麻7g,花生2g,小米4g,杏仁2g。
本发明已进行市场调研,共有500名志愿者,进行两个月(四-八个疗程)实验,暂无不良反应案例,其中平和质人群试验后,健康状态良好,营养均衡,本专利有利于对其进行平补;阴虚体质人试验后其口燥咽干、大便干燥、舌红少津现象有所改善,对其有滋阴补肾效果;气虚者食试验后健康状态良好,二便正常,睡眠质量有所改善,舌象齿痕数减少,本产品对其有养心安神、补气健脾功效;湿热、痰湿体质者试验后健康状态良好,身体轻便,二便趋于正常,舌质舌苔颜色趋于淡红薄白健康舌象,本产品对其有化痰利湿功效;阳虚者试验后健康状态良好,精力较充沛,精神状况良好,懒散状态有所改善,本产品对其有温补脾肾功效。
Claims (4)
1.十宝养生粥干粉,其特征在于,主要原料包括:莲子、红枣、薏米、红小豆、糯米、黄豆、黑豆、扁豆、芝麻、花生、小米、杏仁,经高温杀菌和烤制并磨粉得到粉末混合物。
2.权利要求1所述的十宝养生粥干粉,其特征在于,莲子、红枣、薏米、红小豆、糯米、黄豆、黑豆、扁豆、芝麻、花生、小米、杏仁的质量比为:2:2:3:2:15:4:3:4:7:2:4:2。
3.制备权利要求1或2所述的十宝养生粥干粉的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用食品烤箱进行高温杀菌和烤制,其中莲子、薏米、红小豆、糯米、黄豆、黑豆、扁豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟,红枣、芝麻、花生、小米、杏仁150℃,烤制15~20分钟,采用食品磨粉机进行磨粉,细度为80~100目,最后将十宝养生粉进行密封包装。
4.权利要求1或2所述的十宝养生粥干粉的使用方法,其特征在于,每次取50g,开水冲成糊状粥。
