本发明属于营养食品技术领域,具体涉及一种养生粥干粉、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
健康来自科学的养生,中医食疗法是最好的养生方法之一。在传统中医学理论指导下,将“药食同源”的食物进行科学配方,针对中医特禀体质人群,利用食物来影响机体各方面的功能,使其获得健康或愈疾防病的一种方法。本发明采用烤制、磨粉等现代科学技术加工制作,保存食物原有营养成分同时,通过研磨破坏细胞壁,使蛋白质等营养成分充分释放出来,提高人体的消化吸收率,是具有独特色、香、味、形、效的膳食食品。它即将药物作为食物,又将食物赋以药用,药借食力,食助药威,二者相辅相成,相得益彰;既具有较高的营养价值,又可防病治病,保健强身,延年益寿。
发明内容
本发明含有大量的膳食纤维和人体所必需的各种矿物质和维生素等营养成分,可使特禀体质者通过饮食达到调理身体,补气润肺,健脾固肾的目的。本发明通过烤制、磨粉等特殊工艺加工成干粉,冲泡即食,改变传统养生粥的食用方法和口感,更加方便快捷,保健效果较好。
本产品主要原料为:山药5~15重量份,茯苓5~15重量份,乌梅3~9重量份,粳米5~15重量份,枸杞子3~9重量份,百合3~9重量份,黑豆5~15重量份,大枣5~15重量份。
制作工艺为:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,茯苓、粳米、百合、黑豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;山药、乌梅、枸杞子、大枣150℃烤制15~20分钟,烤制后的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
食用方法为:优选每次约取50g,开水冲成粥(糊状),一日三餐均可配餐食用。血糖不高者,根据自己口味可加入适量蜂蜜或红糖。
技术效果
本发明适用于特禀体质者食用,有补气润肺,健脾固肾的功效。药理作用:山药有利于脾胃消化,能强健机体,滋肾益精,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品。茯苓味甘、淡、性平,健脾和胃,宁心安神,利水、消肿、固精等功能。乌梅味酸、微涩,性平,归肝、脾、胃、大肠经。可帮助清扫血液,使血液流动量正常化,排除过量酸素。枸杞子有提高机体免疫力的作用,可以补气强精,滋肝补肾。百合润肺止咳、甘凉清润,主入肺心,长于清肺润燥,治肺阴虚的燥热咳嗽,虚烦不安等。黑豆味甘、性平,养血平肝,补肾壮阴,补虚黑发。红枣健脾益胃,能补中益气,达到增强食欲、止泻等作用。综上,本发明安装一定比例配比食材,对中医特禀体质者有补气润肺,健脾固肾的功效。
本实验病例为北京工业大学医院就诊患者中特禀体质人群25人。
特禀体质诊断标准:询问病史,可有多次过敏性疾病发生。其家族往往有相同病史。
治疗方案:保证健康生活方式条件下,服用本产品4—8个月。
疗效评定标准:特禀质特征减轻,趋向健康体质。健康状态良好,二便正常,舌色舌态趋于健康舌,其易过敏特征有所减轻;气血津液运行通畅,营养充足,无明显不适等。
数据统计:明显好转(特禀体质症状明显减轻,抗过敏能力提高)6人,好转(过敏症状减轻)11人,轻微好转8人,无变化0人。
结论:本发明对改善特禀体质有效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
山药5重量份,茯苓5重量份,乌梅3重量份,粳米5重量份,枸杞子3重量份,百合3重量份,黑豆5重量份,大枣5重量份。
制作工艺为:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,茯苓、粳米、百合、黑豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;山药、乌梅、枸杞子、大枣150℃烤制15~20分钟,烤制后的材料再经过专用食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
食用方法为:每次约取50g,开水冲成粥(糊状),一日三餐均可配餐食用。

1.乌梅百合山药粥干粉,其特征在于,主要原料为:山药5~15重量份,茯苓5~15重量份,乌梅3~9重量份,粳米5~15重量份,枸杞子3~9重量份,百合3~9重量份,黑豆5~15重量份,大枣5~15重量份。

3.制备权利要求1的乌梅百合山药粥干粉的方法,其特征在于,先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,茯苓、粳米、百合、黑豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;山药、乌梅、枸杞子、大枣150℃烤制15~20分钟,烤制后的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
4.利要求1的乌梅百合山药粥干粉的食用方法,每次取50g,开水冲成粥。
5.利要求1的乌梅百合山药粥干粉作为特禀体质者补气润肺、健脾固肾的食品。
