背景技术
健康来自科学的养生,中医食疗法是最好的养生方法之一。在传统中医学理论指导下,将“药食同源”的食物进行科学配方,针对中医阳虚体质人群,利用食物来影响机体各方面的功能,使其获得健康或愈疾防病的一种方法。本发明采用烤制、磨粉等现代科学技术加工制作,保存食物原有营养成分同时,通过研磨破坏细胞壁,使蛋白质等营养成分充分释放出来,提高人体的消化吸收率,是具有独特色、香、味、形、效的膳食食品。它即将药物作为食物,又将食物赋以药用,药借食力,食助药威,二者相辅相成,相得益彰;既具有较高的营养价值,又可防病治病,保健强身,延年益寿。
发明内容
本发明含有大量的膳食纤维和人体所必需的各种矿物质和维生素等营养成分,可使阳虚体质者通过饮食达到温肾助阳,益智健脑,明目乌发目的。本发明通过烤制、磨粉等特殊工艺加工成干粉,冲泡即食,改变传统养生粥的食用方法和口感,更加方便快捷,保健效果较好。
本产品主要原料为:黑豆3~9重量份、黑米5~15重量份、黑芝麻3~9重量份、枸杞子3~9重量份、高粱2~6重量份、山药5~15重量份、糯米5~15重量份、龙眼肉3~9重量份、核桃仁2~6重量份、栗子3~9重量份、豇豆2~6重量份、复盆子3~9重量份。
制作工艺为:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其中黑豆、黑米、高粱、糯米、栗子、豇豆、复盆子烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;黑芝麻、山药、核桃仁150℃烤制15~20分钟,枸杞子、龙眼肉不做烤制处理,处理后的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
食用方法为:每次约取50g,开水冲成粥(糊状),一日三餐均可配餐食用。血糖不高者,根据自己口味可加入适量蜂蜜或红糖。
技术效果
本发明适用于阳虚体质者食用,有温肾助阳,益智健脑,明目乌发的功效。药理作用:黑豆味甘、性平,黑豆的油脂中主要是不饱和脂肪酸,促进血液中胆固醇的代谢。有解表清热、养血平肝、补肾补虚之功效。黑米含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、钙、磷、钾等营养元素,改善贫血、低血糖,控制血压等功效。黑芝麻作为食疗品,有益肝、补肾、养血、润燥乌发美容之功效。枸杞子味甘、性平,擅长明目,具有提高机体免疫力,补气強精、滋肝补肾等功效。高粱味甘、性温、涩,入脾、胃经;具有和胃、消积、主治脾虚湿困、消化不良等。山药有利于脾胃消化吸收,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品,能强健机体,滋肾益精等。糯米味甘、性温,入脾、胃、肺经;具有补中益气,健脾养胃,补虚补血等功效。龙眼肉性温味甘,益心脾,具有良好的滋养补益、补气血、益智宁心、安神定志的功效。核桃仁营养丰富,具有补气养血、润燥化痰、温肺润肠等功能,是最好的健脑食物,又是神经衰弱的治疗剂。栗子性温,味甘平,入脾、胃、肾经,养胃健脾,补肾强筋,活血止血等功效。豇豆性平、味甘咸,归脾、胃经;具有理中益气、健胃补肾、和五脏、调颜养身的功效。覆盆子味酸、甘,性平,益肾,固精,主治肾虚遗尿,阳痿早泄,遗精滑精等。综上,本发明按照一定比例配比以上食材,对中医阳虚体质者具有温肾助阳,益智健脑,明目乌发的功效。
本实验病例为北京工业大学医院就诊患者中阳虚体质人群30人。
阳虚体质诊断标准:少、白、稀、冷。少是少气懒言,神疲乏力;白是面色白,舌淡白;稀是大便溏薄,小便清稀;冷是畏寒肢冷,或腹痛喜温喜按。
治疗方案:保证健康生活方式条件下,服用本产品4—8个月。
疗效评定标准:阳虚质特征减轻,趋向健康体质。二便正常,睡眠质量有所改善,舌色舌态趋于健康舌,其畏寒怕冷、手足不温等阳虚特征有所减轻;气血津液运行通畅,营养充足,体重在标准范围(身高(厘米)-105=体重,在标准体重加减10%范围内)内,无明显不适等。
数据统计:阳虚质完全好转(符合通、荣、平的健康体质)4人;明显好转(阳虚症状明显减轻,趋于健康体质)15人,好转(症状减轻)16人,轻微好转5人,无变化0人。
结论:本发明对改善阳虚体质有效。
