本发明属于营养食品技术领域,具体涉及一种养生粥干粉、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
健康来自科学的养生,中医食疗法是最好的养生方法之一。在传统中医学理论指导下,将“药食同源”的食物进行科学配方,针对中医气郁体质人群,利用食物来影响机体各方面的功能,使其获得健康或愈疾防病的一种方法。本发明采用烤制、磨粉等现代科学技术加工制作,保存食物原有营养成分同时,通过研磨破坏细胞壁,使蛋白质等营养成分充分释放出来,提高人体的消化吸收率,是具有独特色、香、味、形、效的膳食食品。它即将药物作为食物,又将食物赋以药用,药借食力,食助药威,二者相辅相成,相得益彰;既具有较高的营养价值,又可防病治病,保健强身,延年益寿。
发明内容
本发明含有大量的膳食纤维和人体所必需的各种矿物质和维生素等营养成分,可使气郁者通过饮食达到调理身体,理气结郁,安神益智的目的。本发明通过烤制、磨粉等特殊工艺加工成干粉,冲泡即食,改变传统养生粥的食用方法和口感,更加方便快捷,保健效果较好。
本产品主要原料组成为:大枣3~9重量份,百合3~9重量份,莲子3~9重量份,龙眼肉3~9重量份,小麦6~18重量份,白芝麻5~15重量份,高粱3~9重量份,酸枣仁3~9重量份,佛手3~9重量份,荞麦5~15重量份,黑豆5~15重量份。
制作工艺为:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其百合、莲子、小麦、高粱、佛手、荞麦、黑豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;大枣、龙眼肉、白芝麻、酸枣仁烤制150℃,烤制15~20分钟,将烤制后的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
食用方法为:每次约取50g,开水冲成粥(糊状),一日三餐均可配餐食用。血糖不高者,根据自己口味可加入适量蜂蜜或红糖。
技术效果
本发明适用于气郁体质者食用,有理气结郁,安神益智的功效。其药理作用:红枣味甘性温、脾胃经,有补中益气,养血安神的功能。现代药理研究现,红枣能使血中含氧量增强、滋养全身细胞,是一种药效缓和的强壮剂。百合的营养成分作用于人体,不仅具有良好的滋补效用,对于虚弱、慢性支气管炎、神经官能症等患者有很大的帮助。莲子性平、味甘涩,入心、脾、肾经;补脾止泻,养心安神,对夜寐多梦,失眠,健忘,心烦口渴有良好的治愈功效。龙眼肉味甘性温,归心、脾经,既补心脾,又益气血,对思虑过度、劳伤心脾导致的心悸怔忡,失眠健忘,神疲乏力等症状有好疗效。白芝麻口感好,后味香醇,其丰富的营养物质有养血、强身等功效。酸枣仁具有养肝、宁心、安神的作用,对神经衰弱、失眠、多梦、盗汗等有治疗作用。佛手性凉味甘,归肺、胃、脾经,可健脾开胃、治疗头痛等作用。小麦、荞麦、黑豆等含有大量人体所需营养物质。综合以上,本发明对中医气郁体质者有理气结郁,安神益智的功效。
本实验病例为北京工业大学医院就诊患者中气郁体质人群30人。
气郁体质诊断标准:怒、胀,窜。平素性情急躁易怒,易于激动,或忧郁寡欢,胸闷不舒,时欲太息。若病则胸胁胀痛或窜痛,或乳房,小腹胀痛,月经不调,痛经;或咽干梗阻,如有异物;或颈项瘿瘤;或胃脘胀痛,泛吐酸水,呃逆嗳气;或腹痛肠鸣,大便泻利不爽;或气上冲逆,头痛眩晕。
治疗方案:保证健康生活方式条件下,服用本产品4—8个月。
疗效评定标准:气郁体质特征减轻,趋向平和质体质。健康状态良好,二便正常,舌色舌态趋于健康舌,无明显不适等。
数据统计:气郁质完全好转(符合通、荣、平的健康体质)3人;明显好转(气郁特征明显好转,趋于健康体质)10人,好转(气郁质特征减轻)15人,轻微好转2人,无变化0人。
结论:本发明对改善气郁体质有效。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
大枣3重量份,百合3重量份,莲子3重量份,龙眼肉3重量份,小麦6重量份,白芝麻5重量份,高粱3重量份,酸枣仁3重量份,佛手3重量份,荞麦5重量份,黑豆5重量份。
先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其百合、莲子、小麦、高粱、佛手、荞麦、黑豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;大枣、龙眼肉、白芝麻、酸枣仁150℃,烤制15~20分钟,将烤制后的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
每次约取50重量份,300ml左右开水冲成粥(糊状),一日三餐均可配餐食用。血糖不高者,根据自己口味可加入适量蜂蜜或红糖。

2.按照权利要求1的百合莲子开心粥干粉,其特征在于,主要原料组成为:大枣3重量份,百合3重量份,莲子3重量份,龙眼肉3重量份,小麦6重量份,白芝麻5重量份,高粱3重量份,酸枣仁3重量份,佛手3重量份,荞麦5重量份,黑豆5重量份。
3.制备权利要求1的百合莲子开心粥干粉的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其百合、莲子、小麦、高粱、佛手、荞麦、黑豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;大枣、龙眼肉、白芝麻、酸枣仁150℃,烤制15~20分钟,将烤制后的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
