技术领域
本发明属于营养食品技术领域,具体涉及一种养生粥干粉、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
健康来自科学的养生,中医食疗法是最好的养生方法之一。在传统中医学理论指导下,将“药食同源”的食物进行科学配方,针对中医阴虚体质人群,利用食物来影响机体各方面的功能,使其获得健康或愈疾防病的一种方法。本发明采用烤制、磨粉等现代科学技术加工制作,保存食物原有营养成分同时,通过研磨破坏细胞壁,使蛋白质等营养成分充分释放出来,提高人体的消化吸收率,是具有独特色、香、味、形、效的膳食食品。它即将药物作为食物,又将食物赋以药用,药借食力,食助药威,二者相辅相成,相得益彰;既具有较高的营养价值,又可防病治病,保健强身,延年益寿。
发明内容
本发明含有大量的膳食纤维和人体所必需的各种矿物质和维生素等营养成分,可使阴虚者通过饮食达到调理身体,滋阴润肺,补益气血的目的。本发明通过烤制、磨粉等特殊工艺加工成干粉,冲泡即食,改变传统养生粥的食用方法和口感,更加方便快捷,保健效果较好。
本产品主要原料组成为:百合3~9重量份,黑芝麻5~15重量份,枸杞子3~9重量份,糯米15~45重量份,杏仁5~15重量份,绿豆3~9重量份,桑葚3~9重量份,葡萄干3~9重量份。
制作工艺为:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其百合、糯米、绿豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;黑芝麻、杏仁、桑葚、葡萄干、枸杞子150℃,烤制15~20分钟,烤制后的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
食用方法为:每次约取50g,开水冲成粥(糊状),一日三餐均可配餐食用。血糖不高者,根据自己口味可加入适量蜂蜜或红糖。
技术效果
本发明适用于阴虚体质者食用,有滋阴润肺,补益气血的功效。其药理作用:百合甘凉清润,主入肺心,可用于清肺润燥止咳,清心安神定惊,治肺阴虚的燥热咳嗽等症状。糯米味甘性温,入脾、胃、肺经,有补中益气,健脾养胃,补虚补血等作用。绿豆性味甘凉,有清热解毒之功,其中的某些成分有抑菌作用,可以增强机体免疫功能。黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、钙、铁、铬等营养成分,有益肝、补肾、养血、润燥等作用。杏仁能止咳平喘,润肠通便,可治疗肺病,咳嗽等。偏于滋润。有一定的补肺作用。桑葚味甘、酸、性微寒。归心、肝、肾经。桑葚中含有脂肪酸、苹果酸等营养物质,能促进脂肪、蛋白质及淀粉的消化,故有健脾胃、助消化之功效。葡萄干含有大量葡萄糖,防治冠心病,其多种矿物质和维生素、氨基酸对神经衰弱和过度疲劳等有较好的补益作用。枸杞子有提高机体免疫力则作用,可以补气强精,滋补肝肾、暖身体等作用。本发明按照一定比例配比以上食材,对中医阴虚体质者有滋阴润肺,补益气血的功效。
本实验病例为北京工业大学医院就诊患者中阴虚体质人群50人。
阴虚体质诊断标准:红、干、热、数。紅是两颧潮红,舌色红;干是咽干口燥,小便短赤,大便干结,形体消瘦;热是潮热盗汗,手心脚心发热,烦躁;数是脉搏跳动快,每分钟超过90次。
治疗方案:保证健康生活方式条件下,服用本产品4—8个月。
疗效评定标准:阴虚体质特征减轻,趋向平和质体质。健康状态良好,二便正常,舌色舌态趋于健康舌,其口燥咽干、手足心热等阴虚特征有所减轻;气血津液运行通畅,营养充足,体重在标准范围(身高(厘米)-105=体重,在标准体重加减10%范围内)内,无明显不适等。
数据统计:阴虚质完全好转(符合通、荣、平的健康体质)6人;明显好转(阴虚症状明显减轻,趋于健康体质)18人,好转(症状减轻)16人,轻微好转10人,无变化0人。
结论:本发明对改善阴虚体质有效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例说明本发明。但本发明并不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
百合3重量份,黑芝麻5重量份,枸杞子3重量份,糯米15重量份,杏仁5重量份,绿豆3重量份,桑葚3重量份,葡萄干3重量份。
先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其百合、糯米、绿豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;黑芝麻,杏仁,桑葚,葡萄干150℃,烤制15~20分钟,烤制后的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
食用方法为:每次约取50g,300ml开水冲成粥(糊状),一日三餐均配餐食用。

1.百合五谷润脏粥干粉,其特征在于,要原料组成为:百合3~9重量份,黑芝麻5~15重量份,枸杞子3~9重量份,糯米15~45重量份,杏仁5~15重量份,绿豆3~9重量份,桑葚3~9重量份,葡萄干3~9重量份。
2.权利要求1所述的百合五谷润脏粥干粉,其特征在于,要原料组成为:百合3重量份,黑芝麻5重量份,枸杞子3重量份,糯米15重量份,杏仁5重量份,绿豆3重量份,桑葚3重量份,葡萄干3重量份。
3.制备权利要求1的百合五谷润脏粥干粉的方法,其特征在于,先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其百合、糯米、绿豆烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;黑芝麻、杏仁、桑葚、葡萄干、枸杞子150℃,烤制15~20分钟,烤制后的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将干粉进行密封包装。
