背景技术
曾经,北方人喜爱的馒头和南方人喜爱的大米粥,成为人们日常生活中的主食之一,传统的馒头或者大米粥,由小麦或大米制成,成分简单,营养价值有限,随着社会发展,人们生活水平提高,对食品的营养价值和保健价值越来越重视,这些主食的营养,对人们的身体健康有着密不可分的关系,现代人生活压力,学习压力,工作压力较大,身体会产生很多毒素,使人们的脾胃肾功能失调,加上食品本身的农药残留,化肥残留,添加剂,防腐剂的增加使用,会使身体慢性中毒,使人免疫功能下降,加速人体衰老,引发各种疾病,而现代的很多食品成品或者半成品,只是某几种食品的简单搭配,没有考虑到食品的性味和对身体各个器官的影响和偏向,加上添加剂防腐剂过度使用,而造成身体越吃越坏,三高人群越来越多的结果。根据我国营养学会调查发现,我国人群普遍缺乏维生素A、维生素B族和微量元素钙,铁,锌,硒,其中老年人缺维生素C,膳食纤维等。作为主食的馒头或者单纯的大米粥和简单拼凑在一起的食品,已经不能满足人们对食品营养和对身体健康影响的需求。根据中医养生保健的“肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本”的原理,人们主动采取包括生活规律,饮食,运动,精神等多种方法达到“阴平阳秘,精神乃治"的目的。
据中医养生保健理论,药物和食物的划分只是相对的,通常意义上的食物,其副作用小,有很大的用量范围,主要用于滋补强壮,而药物有一定的副作用,用量范围比较小,主要用于治疗疾病,其中一些被经验证明,既具有食物充饥作用,又具有强壮疗疾作用的中药,因其具有药食双重功能,而被饮食养生选用,这就是中医的“药食同源”原理。而目前绝大多数人不懂得并使用。
“肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本”,“以食为补”,“食得其法”等经验内容,在历代医书中有记载,但用于肾,脾这根本上养生的配方则很少。
药物和食物都各有其各自的性能,包括性味(寒热温凉四气与酸苦甘辛咸五味),归经,升降沉浮,补泻等内容,不同性能的食物可以通过不同配伍,产生不同的功能,纠正脏腑阴阳气血失调,达到养生保健作用。现代人生活工作压力大,惊恐,思虑过多,不良的睡眠习惯或熬夜,易损伤肾,脾,肝的功能,加速衰老和患病的机率。
目前急需一种营养全面,针对人们肾,脾,肝等各器官功能修复,加工制作方便,简单、新鲜、天然,大众化的保健食品。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种营养全面、吸收效果好的补肾健脾抗衰养生保健食品,具体方案如下:
一种补肾健脾抗衰养生保健食品,该食品主要由以下天然原料按重量份制成:
进一步地,将所述天然原料经高温烘熟、粉碎、干燥。
进一步地,所述食品的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将红枣破开,与百合、黑芝麻、黑米和大米按重量份一起加水浸泡1-2h后,去水;
(2)另将薏米、大黑豆、小黑豆、核桃、山药籽和莲子按重量份一起加水浸泡6-8h后,去水;
(3)先将步骤(2)的天然原料重新加水后进行加热,然后停止加热15-25分钟,再混合加入步骤(1)的天然原料继续加热,即成。
进一步地,将红糖按重量份加入所述步骤(3)加热好的食品中,并搅拌均匀。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)的加热温度为95-110℃,加热时间为15-25分钟。
薏米,又称薏仁,健脾渗湿而不化燥,清热排脓而不伤阴,益气而不助湿热,防止并消除粉刺,痤疮以及雀斑,老年斑,妊娠斑,蝴蝶斑等。薏仁里含有蛋白质,脂肪,淀粉,糖类,维生素B1,薏苡素,薏苡仁脂和亮氨酸,赖氨酸,精氨酸,酪氨酸等氨基酸。薏米营养价值在禾本科植物中居第1位,被誉为“世界禾本科植物之王”。适宜于一般人群,可作为病中或者病后体弱患者的补益食品,也可以用于胃癌,子宫颈癌等的疗养性食品,外用可治疗扁平疣。食用注意:孕妇慎食。
黑米,又称黑粳米,血糯米。滋阴补肾,健脾暖肝,明目活血,抗衰老,适用补肾黑发,防贫血,防癌抗癌,产后虚弱,贫血,肾虚人群等,高铜患者,火盛热燥者。黑米中膳食纤维较多,淀粉消化速度比较慢,血糖指数仅有55(,白米饭为87),因此,吃黑米不会像吃白米那样,造成血糖剧烈波动,此外,还含有黄酮活性物质,是白米的5倍,对预防动脉硬化有很大作用。
大米,又称粳米,滋阴润肺,生津,暖中,中医认为大米性味甘平,有补中益气,健脾养胃,益精强志,和五脏,通血脉,聪耳明目,止烦,止渴,止泻的功效,认为多食能强身。米粥具有补脾,和胃,清肺功效,米汤有益气,养阴,润燥的功能,能刺激胃液分泌,有助于消化,并对脂肪的吸收有促进作用。大米含有人体必需的淀粉,蛋白质,脂肪,维生素B1,烟酸,维生素C及钙、铁等营养成分,可以提供人体所需的营养,热量,用粳米煮粥,以养生延年,粳米粥最上一层粥油,能够补液填精,对滋养人体的阴液和肾精大有裨益,最适宜病人,产妇和老人。
山药籽,又称山药豆,补肺益气,健脾补虚。固肾益精,益智安神。山药籽含有充足营养元素,有蛋白质,脂肪,碳水化合物等等,还有很多淀粉酶,以及多酚氧化酶等物质,有利于脾胃虚弱的人,里面还含皂甙,粘液质,有补肺润燥之功,有健脾补肺,固肾益精功效,对气血不足,脾胃虚弱等致面色不华,皆有治疗作用,本草纲目记载,山药籽既能补气,又能养阴,补气而不带,滋阴而不腻,是培补中气最温和的圣品,同时还能有效治疗轻、中度糖尿病的消渴症及高血压,是糖尿病人的食疗佳品。助消化,平补脾胃,治脾胃虚弱,食少体卷泄泻等症。预防春困,补肾固精缩尿,治妇女白带过多属脾虚湿注者。山药籽里面还蕴含大量的叶酸,对孕妈妈来说也是非常理想的食品。
大黑豆,民间又称大冬豆,补肾乌发黑发,补血明目,调中解毒,还有许多抗氧化成分,特别是异黄酮,花青素都是很好的抗氧化剂,能促进肾脏排出毒素,具有明显的补益肾脏,强筋健骨,安神明目功效,大黑豆可以补肾,所以腰膝酸软,易疲劳的人可以多吃一些,相比小黑豆,宜多吃大黑豆。
小黑豆,又称黑小豆,小黑豆有健脾利水,消肿下气,滋肾阴润肺燥,疏散风热、凉血解毒和利尿的作用,泌尿系感染可以多食,但小黑豆平时不宜多食和久食。
大黑豆和小黑豆,除含有丰富的蛋白质,卵磷脂,脂肪及维生素外,尚含黑色素及烟酸。常食能软化血管,滋润皮肤,延缓衰老,特别是对高血压、心脏病等患者有效。
黑芝麻,性平味甘。补肝肾,润五脏,养血滋阴,润肠作用,因此,它可以促进红细胞的生长,促进头发的生长,它含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸和一定量的蛋白质,维生素,矿物质,丰富的铁。所以对肝肾精气不足引起的眩晕,白发,脱发,腰膝酸软,肠燥便秘,有较好的食疗保健作用。

实施例1至3的补肾健脾抗衰养生保健食品步骤如下:
(1)将红枣破开,与百合、黑芝麻、黑米和大米按重量份一起加水浸泡1h后,去水;
(2)另外将薏米、大黑豆、小黑豆、核桃、山药籽和莲子混合按重量份一起加水浸泡6h后,去水;
(3)先将步骤(2)的天然原料重新加水,在温度为105℃的条件下加热24分钟后停止加热;停止加热18分钟后,再混合加入步骤(1)的天然原料,在温度为105℃的条件下继续进行加热24分钟;
(4)将红糖按重量份加入步骤(3)加热好的食品中,搅拌均匀即成。
本实施例4的补肾健脾抗衰养生保健食品步骤如下:
(1)将红枣破开,与百合、黑芝麻、黑米和大米按重量份一起加水浸泡1.5h,去水;
(2)另将大黑豆、核桃和山药籽按重量份一起加水浸泡6.5h,去水;
(3)先将步骤(2)的天然原料重新加水,并在温度为100℃的条件下加热20分钟后停止加热;停止加热20分钟后,再混合加入步骤(1)的天然原料,在温度为100℃的条件下继续加热20分钟;
(4)将红糖按重量份混合加入步骤(3)加热好的食品中,搅拌均匀即成。
本实施例4对保健食品的配方进行了调整,由于孕妇和婴幼儿脾胃比较虚弱,而薏米、莲子和小黑豆,均性寒,有健脾胃、利水渗湿、清热排脓、活血利尿的功效,孕妇食后容易造成流产和滑胎,婴幼儿食用后会影响发育,因此本实施例4没有添加薏米、莲子和小黑豆,适合孕妇、婴幼儿和身体虚寒者食用。
本实施例5的补肾健脾抗衰养生保健食品步骤如下:
(1)将红枣破开,与百合、黑芝麻、黑米和大米按重量份一起加水浸泡2h后,去水;
(2)另将薏米、大黑豆、小黑豆、核桃、山药籽和莲子按重量份一起加水浸泡7h,去水;
(3)先将步骤(2)的天然原料重新加水,并在温度为110℃的条件下加热18分钟后停止加热;停止加热18分钟后,再混合加入步骤(1)的天然原料,在温度为110℃的条件下继续进行加热18分钟。
本实施例5的保健食品无糖,适合高血压和糖尿病患者食用。
下面列举食用本发明补肾健脾抗衰养生保健食品的案例:
案例1:
女性,57岁,脸色晦暗,有黄褐斑,皮肤松弛,白头发,肥胖,小肚腩突出,身体疲倦,容易累,睡眠间断,大便烂,每天5-7次,量少。
食用该保健食品三天后,大便成形,小便桔黄色恶臭。
食用一周后,小便黄色,恶臭味减轻,脸部皮肤稍显光滑,紧致,睡眠较深,体重减轻2斤,身体感觉较轻松。
食用三周后,体重减轻1斤,身体感觉轻松,睡眠足且质量较好,整个人精神好,色斑减少,脸色光滑紧致,下垂的脸部皮肤微微向上提升,白发逐渐变褐色。
食用二个月后,体重再减轻2斤,走路轻便,小肚腩明显变小,身材均匀,睡眠质量更好,脸色红润,皮肤光泽有弹性,色斑减少,白发变黑发,小便利索,无臭,大便成形,无恶臭,指甲光泽润滑红润,自我感觉很好。

3.根据权利要求1所述的补肾健脾抗衰养生保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将红枣破开,与百合、黑芝麻、黑米和大米按重量份一起加水浸泡1-2h后,去水;
(2)另将薏米、大黑豆、小黑豆、核桃、山药籽和莲子按重量份一起加水浸泡6-8h后,去水;
(3)先将步骤(2)的天然原料重新加水后进行加热,然后停止加热15-25分钟,再混合加入步骤(1)的天然原料继续加热,即成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的补肾健脾抗衰养生保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,将红糖按重量份加入所述步骤(3)加热好的食品中,并搅拌均匀。
5.根据权利要求3所述的补肾健脾抗衰养生保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的加热温度为95-110℃,加热时间为15-25分钟。
