Abstract
本发明公开了一种花生冲调粉及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中减肥食品蛋白质及维生素含量低,花生冷榨油后仅能用作饲料或肥料的问题。本发明花生冲调粉由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉60-90份,小米粉10-20份,山药粉40-60份,莲子粉15-35份,黄精粉12-27份;其中花生粉为花生经冷榨油后,粉碎所得。本发明制备方法为取冷榨油后的花生,粉碎,过筛,得花生粉;按重量份称取原料,混合均匀,熟化,干燥,包装,即得。本发明油脂含量低,富含蛋白质、膳食纤维等营养物质,适于有减肥需求的人使用。本发明方法工艺简单,操作简便,生产成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于农业加工技术领域,具体涉及一种花生冲调粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
肥胖症是一种由多种因素引起的慢性代谢性疾病,以体内脂肪细胞的体积和细胞数增加致体脂占体重的百分比异常增高并在某些局部过多沉积脂肪为特点。肥胖不仅影响形体美,而且给生活带来不便,更重要是容易引起多种并发症,加速衰老和死亡。对于肥胖的治疗和预防,除了药物和运动外,饮食控制具有重要意义。但是现有的减肥食物中,过多地追求低热量和膳食纤维,导致人体必需的蛋白质等营养物质含量不足。长期使用这类食物,会对人体健康带来威胁。
花生富含油脂和多种营养成分。被榨取油脂后的花生仍然富富蛋白质、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分。将花生用冷榨油方法榨取油脂后,一般用作饲料或肥料,十分可惜。
因此提供一种油脂含量低,富含蛋白质、膳食纤维等营养物质的食物,供有减肥需求的人使用,成为了本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种花生冲调粉,解决现有技术中减肥食品蛋白质及维生素含量低,花生冷榨油后仅能用作饲料或肥料的问题。
本发明还提供了一种花生冲调粉的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种花生冲调粉,由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉60-90份,小米粉10 -20份,山药粉40-60份,莲子粉15-35份,黄精粉12-27份;其中花生粉为花生经冷榨油后,粉碎所得。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉70-80份,小米粉12-19 份,山药粉45-55份,莲子粉20-30份,黄精粉15-22份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉75份,小米粉15份,山药粉50份,莲子粉25份,黄精粉19份。
本发明所述的一种花生冲调粉的制备方法,该方法取冷榨油后的花生,粉碎,过筛,得花生粉;按重量份称取所述原料,混合均匀,熟化,干燥,包装,即得。
进一步地,所述原料的粒度均为80-120目。
进一步地,所述原料的水分均不高于9%。
本发明所述的小米即粟米,能开肠胃、补虚损、益丹田,可用于气血亏损、体质虚弱、胃纳欠佳者进补,适于产妇乳少、产后虚损而引起的乏力倦怠、饮食不香,可作早餐食用。小米含有多种维生素、氨基酸、脂肪和碳水化合物,营养价值较高,每100克小米含蛋白质9.7克、脂肪3.5克,都不低于稻、麦。一般粮食中不含有的胡萝卜素,而小米每100克含量达0.12毫克,维生素B1 的含量位居所有粮食之首。小米含糖也很高,每百克含糖72.8克,产热量比大米高许多。另外,小米因富含维生素B1.B2等,还具有防止消化不良及口角生疮的功能。
本发明所述的山药又称薯蓣、土薯、山薯蓣、怀山药、淮山、白山药,是《中华本草》收载的草药,药用来源为薯蓣科植物山药干燥根茎。山药具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。山药平均含粗蛋白质14.48%,粗纤维3.48%,淀粉43.7%,糖1.14%,钾2.62%,磷0.2%,钙0.2%,镁0.14%,灰分5.51%,铁53.57ppm,锌29.22ppm,铜10.58ppm,锰5.38ppm。人类所需的18种氨基酸中,山药中含有16种。近些年来的研究表明,山药具有诱导产生干扰素,增强人体免疫功能的作用。其所含胆碱和卵磷脂有助于提高人的记忆力,常食之可健身强体、延缓衰老,是人们所喜爱的保健佳品。以山药为主、辅以魔芋做成的仿生食品,具有营养丰富、滋补健身、养颜美容之功效,是不可多得的健康营养美食。
本发明所述的莲子为睡莲科植物莲Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.的干燥成熟种子。分布于我国南北各省。具有补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神之功效。常用于脾虚泄泻,带下,遗精,心悸失眠。
本发明所述的黄精其学名为Polygonatum sibiricum),黄精属植物,根茎横走,圆柱状,结节膨大。叶轮生,无柄。药用植物,具有补脾,润肺生津的作用。黄精的根状茎含甾体皂甙,已分离出2个呋甾烯醇型皂甙和2个螺甾烯醇型皂甙。属于前者的是:26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-22-O-甲基-(25)S-呋甾-5-烯 -3β,26-二醇3-O-β-石蒜四糖甙(26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-22-O-methyl-25(S) -furost-5-ene-3β,26-diol3-O-β-lycotetraoside)即西伯利亚蓼甙A(sibiricoside-A) 和26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-22-O-甲基-25(S)-呋甾-5-烯-3β,14α,26-三醇3-O-β- 石蒜四糖甙(26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-22-O-methyl-25(S)-fruost-5-ene-3β,14α, 26-triol 3-O-β-lycotetraoside)即14α-羟基西伯利亚蓼甙A(14α-hydroxysibiricoside A);属于后者的是:((23S,25R)螺甾-5-烯-3β,14α,23-三醇3-O-β-lycotetraoside) 即西伯利亚蓼甙B(sibiricoside B)和新巴拉次薯蓣皂甙元-A3-O-β-石蒜四糖甙 (neoprazerigeninA 3-O-β-lycotetraoside)。另含黄精多糖A、B、C,三者的相对分子质量均大于20万,均由葡萄糖(glucose)、甘露糖(mannose)和半乳糖醛酸(galacturonicacid)按照摩尔比6:26:1缩合而成;又含黄精低聚糖A、B、C,相对分子质量分别为1630、862和472,系由果糖(fructose)与葡萄糖按摩尔比8:1.4:1和2:1缩合而成。
本发明所述的花生果实含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素A、维生素B6、维生素E、维生素K,以及矿物质钙、磷、铁等营养成分,含有8种人体所需的氨基酸及不饱和脂肪酸,含卵磷脂、胆碱、胡萝卜素、粗纤维等物质。脂肪含量为44%-45%,蛋白质含量为24-36%,含糖量为20%左右。含有丰富的维生素 B2、PP、A、D、E,钙和铁等。并含有硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸等多种维生素。有促进人的脑细胞发育,增强记忆的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明油脂含量低,富含蛋白质、膳食纤维等营养物质,适于有减肥需求的人使用。本发明方法工艺简单,操作简便,生产成本低。
本发明利用冷榨油方法榨取油脂后的花生作原料,充分利用了花生资源。被榨取油脂后的花生仍然富富蛋白质、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分,并配以小米、山药、黄精、莲子,能为人体提供多种膳食纤维、蛋白质、维生素和微量元素等多种营养成分。同时花生因被榨取油脂,本发明油脂含量低。能保证人体必需的营养的供给,同时减少人体脂肪的摄入,有利于人体健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
本发明提供的一种花生冲调粉,油脂含量低,富含蛋白质、膳食纤维等营养物质,适于有减肥需求的人使用,本花生冲调粉由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉60-90份,小米粉10-20份,山药粉40-60份,莲子粉15-35份,黄精粉12-27份;其中花生粉为花生经冷榨油后,粉碎所得。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉70-80份,小米粉12-19 份,山药粉45-55份,莲子粉20-30份,黄精粉15-22份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉75份,小米粉15份,山药粉50份,莲子粉25份,黄精粉19份。

实施例1
花生冲调粉的制备。
原料重量比组成:花生粉75份,小米粉15份,山药粉50份,莲子粉25 份,黄精粉19份。
制备方法:具体包括以下步骤:
1:冷榨油后的花生,粉碎,过80目筛,得花生粉;
2:按重量份称取花生粉75份,小米粉15份,山药粉50份,莲子粉25份,黄精粉19份;小米粉、山药粉、莲子粉和黄精粉均过80目筛,且水分均不高于9%;
3:将上述原料混合均匀,于60℃熟化3小时;
4:将熟化后的混合物于80℃干燥,包装,即得。
使用时,将本品加沸水冲调即可食用。
实施例2
花生冲调粉的制备。
原料重量比组成:花生粉60份,小米粉20份,山药粉40份,莲子粉15 份,黄精粉27份。
制备方法:具体包括以下步骤:
1:冷榨油后的花生,粉碎,过80目筛,得花生粉;
2:按重量份称取花生粉60份,小米粉20份,山药粉40份,莲子粉15份,黄精粉27份;小米粉、山药粉、莲子粉和黄精粉均过120目筛,且水分均不高于9%;
3:将上述原料混合均匀,于80℃熟化2小时;
4:将熟化后的混合物于70℃干燥,包装,即得。
使用时,将本品加沸水冲调即可食用。
实施例3
花生冲调粉的制备。
原料重量比组成:花生粉90份,小米粉10份,山药粉60份,莲子粉35 份,黄精粉12份。
制备方法:具体包括以下步骤:
1:冷榨油后的花生,粉碎,过80目筛,得花生粉;
2:按重量份称取花生粉90份,小米粉10份,山药粉60份,莲子粉35份,黄精粉12份;小米粉、山药粉、莲子粉和黄精粉均过120目筛,且水分均不高于9%;
3:将上述原料混合均匀,于80℃熟化2小时;
4:将熟化后的混合物于70℃干燥,包装,即得。
使用时,将本品加沸水冲调即可食用。
本发明利用冷榨油方法榨取油脂后的花生作原料,充分利用了花生资源。被榨取油脂后的花生仍然富富蛋白质、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分,并配以小米、山药、黄精、莲子,能为人体提供多种膳食纤维、蛋白质、维生素和微量元素等多种营养成分。同时花生因被榨取油脂,本发明油脂含量低。能保证人体必需的营养的供给,同时减少人体脂肪的摄入,有利于人体健康。

1.一种花生冲调粉,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉60-90份,小米粉10-20份,山药粉40-60份,莲子粉15-35份,黄精粉12-27份;其中花生粉为花生经冷榨油后,粉碎所得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种花生冲调粉,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉70-80份,小米粉12-19份,山药粉45-55份,莲子粉20-30份,黄精粉15-22份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种花生冲调粉,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制得:花生粉75份,小米粉15份,山药粉50份,莲子粉25份,黄精粉19份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种花生冲调粉的制备方法,其特征在于:取冷榨油后的花生,粉碎,过筛,得花生粉;按重量份称取所述原料,混合均匀,熟化,干燥,包装,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种花生冲调粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述原料的粒度均为80-120目。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种花生冲调粉的备方法,其特征在于:所述原料的水分均不高于9%。
