本发明公开了一种玉米味复合保健杂粮及其制备方法,是由玉米、胚芽米、燕麦、荞麦、黄豆、红豆、纳豆、丁葵草、紫薯、土豆、魔芋、杏仁粉等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:不同的粗粮食材精心搭配,膳食纤维和各种营养元素搭配合理,具有丰富的营养价值;低脂、低糖设计,适合老年人,高血糖患者的食用,且明显改善杂粮食品粗糙的口感。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合杂粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代人的工作繁忙,饮食无规律,且常吃快捷食品,对自身的身体造成很大伤害,尤其是对消化系统的损伤,工作压力大,强度高,导致机体免疫力下降,易疲惫、抗病能力差。中医理论认为,人们日常使用的五谷杂粮各具药用价值,在人们的日常生活中合理地调配饮食,可以达到祛病延年、保健强身的效果。特别是针对一些疾病,无需用药,通过将一些普通食物按一定的比例搭配,并按一定的方法进行加工,使患者长期服用,即可将这些疾病治愈。杂粮是公认的无公害天然绿色食品,具有特殊的食疗食补作用,在现代安全保健食品中具有地位。杂粮中的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质、纤维素等营养成分符合人体摄入的最合理比例,具有丰富的营养价值。然而,由于杂粮口感粗糙,且不易消化,如果采用常规方法制作食用,很难引起人们的食欲。因此,为了提高人们对杂粮食品的利用率,通过深加工提高杂粮的口感和消化吸收率,显得尤为。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种玉米味复合保健杂粮及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:玉米味复合保健杂粮由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米200-210、胚芽米160-165、燕麦80-82、荞麦80-82、黄豆40-42、红豆24-25、纳豆18-20、丁葵草24-25、紫薯28-30、土豆28-30、魔芋12-14、杏仁粉8-10、营养保健添加剂4-5、水适量。其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:红茶粉30-35、大麦苗粉1-2、金针菇冻干粉10-12、炒大麦粉2-3、葡萄叶3-4、葛根2-3、陈皮1-2、人参1-2、蜜桶花5-6、孔雀草1-2、薏仁油1-2、胚芽米汤10-12、水适量。
本发明的玉米味复合保健杂粮制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)玉米、胚芽米、燕麦、荞麦洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.1cm-0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃-150℃,烤制15min-20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(2)黄豆、红豆、纳豆、丁葵草洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(3)紫薯、土豆、魔芋洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.5cm-0.6cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得料c;
(4)将料a、料b、料c与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
    另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将葡萄叶、葛根、陈皮、人参、蜜桶花、孔雀草加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
本发明的有益效果:不同的粗粮食材精心搭配,膳食纤维和各种营养元素搭配合理,具有丰富的营养价值;低脂、低糖设计,适合老年人,高血糖患者的食用,且明显改善杂粮食品粗糙的口感。
具体实施方式
玉米味复合保健杂粮,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
玉米200、胚芽米165、燕麦82、荞麦80、黄豆40、红豆24、纳豆20、丁葵草25、紫薯30、土豆30、魔芋14、杏仁粉10、营养保健添加剂4、水适量。
其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:红茶粉30、大麦苗粉1、金针菇冻干粉10、炒大麦粉2、葡萄叶4、葛根3、陈皮1、人参2、蜜桶花5、孔雀草1、薏仁油2、胚芽米汤12、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)玉米、胚芽米、燕麦、荞麦洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度150℃,烤制20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(2)黄豆、红豆、纳豆、丁葵草洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(3)紫薯、土豆、魔芋洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.6cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得料c;
(4)将料a、料b、料c与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将葡萄叶、葛根、陈皮、人参、蜜桶花、孔雀草加适量水煎煮2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

Claims (4)

1.一种玉米味复合保健杂粮,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米200-210、胚芽米160-165、燕麦80-82、荞麦80-82、黄豆40-42、红豆24-25、纳豆18-20、丁葵草24-25、紫薯28-30、土豆28-30、魔芋12-14、杏仁粉8-10、营养保健添加剂4-5、水适量。
2.根据权利要求l所述的玉米味复合保健杂粮的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)玉米、胚芽米、燕麦、荞麦洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.1cm-0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃-150℃,烤制15min-20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(2)黄豆、红豆、纳豆、丁葵草洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(3)紫薯、土豆、魔芋洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.5cm-0.6cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得料c;
(4)将料a、料b、料c与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
3.根据权利要求l所述的营养保健添加剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:红茶粉30-35、大麦苗粉1-2、金针菇冻干粉10-12、炒大麦粉2-3、葡萄叶3-4、葛根2-3、陈皮1-2、人参1-2、蜜桶花5-6、孔雀草1-2、薏仁油1-2、胚芽米汤10-12、水适量。
4.根据权利要求l或权利要求3所述的营养保健添加剂,其特征在于,制备方法为:将葡萄叶、葛根、陈皮、人参、蜜桶花、孔雀草加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
