实施例三:
一种新型具有保健功能的杂粮食品,所述的新型具有保健功能的杂粮食品的主要原料包括花生、黄豆、玉米、小米、黑豆、异黄酮、紫薯、蘑菇、原花青素、苯丙氨酸、乙酰胆碱、土豆、燕麦、香蕉片。
花生 35份
黄豆 20份
玉米 20份
小米 25份
黑豆 15份
异黄酮 10份
紫薯 20份
蘑菇 10份
原花青素 15份
苯丙氨酸 10份
乙酰胆碱 15份
土豆 5份
燕麦 20份
香蕉片 10份。
实验例四:
各对照组的服用材料准备如下:
1、准备根据实施例1制作的具有保健功能的杂粮食品。
2、取花生25份、黄豆10份、玉米15份、小米20份、黑豆10份,制备得到组分一食品。
3、取花生25份、玉米15份、黑豆10份、异黄酮5份、紫薯10份、苯丙氨酸5份、土豆1份、燕麦10份,制备得到组分二食品。
4、取黄豆10份、小米20份、蘑菇5份、原花青素10份、乙酰胆碱10份、香蕉片5份,制备得到组分三食品。
上述中所述的制备可采用食品行业中常见的混合、添加等制法,不再累述。
实验对象:40名实验者,年龄11至65岁,体质较差,均有较严重的易感冒、头晕、失眠、记忆力差、无力、易疲劳、无精神等症状;其中18名男性,22名为女性,随机分成4组(组分一对照组、组分二对照组、组分三对照组、具有保健功能的杂粮食品对照组)每组10人。
实验方法与时间:组分一对照组食用组分一食品,组分二对照组食用组分二食品,组分三对照组食用组分三食品,具有保健功能的杂粮食品对照组服用实施例1制作的具有保健功能的杂粮食品。
上述各组每天食用两次,实验时间为两个月,实验完成后对实验人员进行问卷调查,其中很好为“不易感冒、不头晕、不失眠、记忆力好、有活力、不易疲劳、精神良好”,好为“偶有感冒、基本不头晕、偶有失眠、记忆力好转、较有活力、偶有疲劳、精神好转”,一般为“时有感冒、时有头晕、失眠减轻、记忆力略好转、无力、易疲劳、无精神”,差为“仍然易感冒、头晕、失眠、记忆力差、无力、易疲劳、无精神”。
实验结果:

由实验结果可知,本发明中的花生、玉米、黑豆、异黄酮、紫薯、苯丙氨酸、土豆、燕麦的特殊配比;以及黄豆、小米、蘑菇、原花青素、乙酰胆碱、香蕉片的特殊配比,上述两组成分均可起到保健功能,且两组成分的组合后制成的具有保健功能的杂粮食品更是加强了功效。
最后所应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明而非限制本发明的技术方案,尽管参照上述实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应该理解:依然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明的精神和范围的任何修改或局部替换,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.一种新型具有保健功能的杂粮食品,其特征在于:所述的新型具有保健功能的杂粮食品的主要原料包括花生、黄豆、玉米、小米、黑豆、异黄酮、紫薯、蘑菇、原花青素、苯丙氨酸、乙酰胆碱、土豆、燕麦、香蕉片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型具有保健功能的杂粮食品,其特征在于:各原料的消耗量(质量份数)为:
花生 25-35份
黄豆 10-20份
玉米 15-20份
小米 20-25份
黑豆 10-15份
异黄酮 5-10份
紫薯 10-20份
蘑菇 5-10份
原花青素 10-15份
苯丙氨酸 5-10份
乙酰胆碱 10-15份
土豆 1-5份
燕麦 10-20份
香蕉片 5-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型具有保健功能的杂粮食品,其特征在于:各原料的消耗量(质量份数)为:
