背景技术
现代人的工作繁忙,饮食无规律,且常吃快捷食品,对自身的身体造成很大伤害,尤其是对消化系统的损伤,工作压力大,强度高,导致机体免疫力下降,易疲惫、抗病能力差。中医理论认为,人们日常使用的五谷杂粮各具药用价值,在人们的日常生活中合理地调配饮食,可以达到祛病延年、保健强身的效果。特别是针对一些疾病,无需用药,通过将一些普通食物按一定的比例搭配,并按一定的方法进行加工,使患者长期服用,即可将这些疾病治愈。杂粮是公认的无公害天然绿色食品,具有特殊的食疗食补作用,在现代安全保健食品中具有地位。杂粮中的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质、纤维素等营养成分符合人体摄入的最合理比例,具有丰富的营养价值。然而,由于杂粮口感粗糙,且不易消化,如果采用常规方法制作食用,很难引起人们的食欲。因此,为了提高人们对杂粮食品的利用率,通过深加工提高杂粮的口感和消化吸收率,显得尤为。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种红豆滋补复合保健杂粮及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:红豆滋补复合保健杂粮由以下重量份的原料组成:红豆150-155、荞麦100-102、玉米80-82、高粱65-66、小米50-54、小麦胚芽20-22、红薯40-42、青豆45-46、花生45-46、芝麻12-14、榛子仁20-23、山核桃20-23、罗勒4-5、丁葵草10-12、肉苁蓉2-3、保健营养添加剂4-5、水适量。其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:绿茶粉30-34、大麦苗粉1-2、白术1-2、姬松茸1-2、红茶2-3、蒲公英1-2、神曲1-2、蜜桶花1-2、峨参叶1-2、石榴花2-3、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。
本发明的红豆滋补复合保健杂粮制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)荞麦、高粱、小米、小麦胚芽洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.1cm-0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃-150℃,烤制15min-20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(2)花生、芝麻、榛子仁、山核桃、丁葵草取果肉,小火炒熟,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(3)红豆、青豆、玉米洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料c;
(4)红薯洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.5cm-0.6cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得红薯干粉;
(5)罗勒、肉苁蓉用5-10倍量的水煎煮40-50分钟提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到干燥颗粒d;
(6)将料a、料b、料c、红薯干粉、干燥颗粒d与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将白术、姬松茸、红茶、蒲公英、神曲、蜜桶花、峨参叶、石榴花加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

红豆滋补复合保健杂粮,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
红豆150、荞麦100、玉米80、高粱66、小米54、小麦胚芽22、红薯42、青豆45、花生45、芝麻14、榛子仁23、山核桃20、罗勒4、丁葵草12、肉苁蓉2、保健营养添加剂4、水适量。
其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:绿茶粉34、大麦苗粉2、白术1、姬松茸2、红茶3、蒲公英1、神曲2、蜜桶花2、峨参叶2、石榴花2、薏仁油2、糙米汤12、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)荞麦、高粱、小米、小麦胚芽洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃,烤制15min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(2)花生、芝麻、榛子仁、山核桃、丁葵草取果肉,小火炒熟,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(3)红豆、青豆、玉米洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料c;

(5)罗勒、肉苁蓉用6倍量的水煎煮50分钟提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到干燥颗粒d;
(6)将料a、料b、料c、红薯干粉、干燥颗粒d与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将白术、姬松茸、红茶、蒲公英、神曲、蜜桶花、峨参叶、石榴花加适量水煎煮2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

2.根据权利要求l所述的红豆滋补复合保健杂粮的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
