本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种健胃消食八宝粥及其制作方法。
背景技术
八宝粥”的原意是指用八种不同的原料熬制成粥;但是在今天,许多“八宝粥”的用料已经超出八种,“八宝粥”一般以粳米、糯米或黑糯米为主料,再添加辅料熬制成粥;我国不同地区的人们根据自己饮食喜爱,选用不同的用料,不同品牌的罐装“八宝粥”其用料也不同,但是基本上是四大类原料 :米、豆类、干果类、中药材;家庭熬制“八宝粥”,有时还会加板栗、胡萝卜、香肠、咸肉等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种健胃消食八宝粥及其制作方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
健胃消食八宝粥,其组成原料的重量份为:玉米粒20-25、富硒黑米35-40、燕麦10-12、糯米20-25、银耳4-6、莲子8-10、猴头菌3-4、砂仁2-3、草果1-3、鸡内金3-4、山楂叶2-3、香椿叶1-2、冻干益生菌菌粉3-4、复合维生素0.5-0.6、食用碱2-3、茶籽油5-6和精盐适量。
健胃消食八宝粥,其组成原料的重量份为:玉米粒22、富硒黑米38、燕麦12、糯米22、银耳5、莲子9、猴头菌3.5、砂仁2.5、草果2、鸡内金3.5、山楂叶2.5、香椿叶1.5、冻干益生菌菌粉3.5、复合维生素0.5、食用碱2.5、茶籽油5.5和精盐适量。
健胃消食八宝粥的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将猴头菌、砂仁、草果、鸡内金、山楂叶、香椿叶洗净晒干混合,然后加入其混合总量的4-5倍量去离子水,打磨成浆过滤取滤液,然后在相对真空度为 -0.1-0Mpa,温度60-70℃条件下浓缩 4-5h,得到浸膏;
(2)称取玉米粒、富硒黑米、燕麦、糯米、银耳、莲子;放入炒锅中文火炒制20-30分钟,炒熟后迅速加入适量50-60℃去离子水和冻干益生菌菌粉,搅拌均匀,冷却后放入零下4-6℃温度下冰冻成块;
(3)将步骤(2)的冰冻混合物放入煎煮锅中,慢慢加热直至煮沸,然后向其中加入步骤(1)的浸膏和其他剩余原料,熬制30-40分钟,冷却后即得八宝粥。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的八宝粥,以玉米粒、富硒黑米、燕麦等粗粮为主料,营养丰富,能够为人体提供必须的微量元素,营养价值高,而且添加了多味保健中草药,具有健胃消食功效,而且益生菌可以促进消化道的蠕动,健胃消食,预防消化器官疾病的发生。
具体实施方式
实施例1:健胃消食八宝粥,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:玉米粒22、富硒黑米38、燕麦12、糯米22、银耳5、莲子9、猴头菌3.5、砂仁2.5、草果2、鸡内金3.5、山楂叶2.5、香椿叶1.5、冻干益生菌菌粉3.5、复合维生素0.5、食用碱2.5、茶籽油5.5和精盐适量。
健胃消食八宝粥的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将猴头菌、砂仁、草果、鸡内金、山楂叶、香椿叶洗净晒干混合,然后加入其混合总量的5倍量去离子水,打磨成浆过滤取滤液,然后在相对真空度为 -0.1-0Mpa,温度65℃条件下浓缩5h,得到浸膏;
(2)称取玉米粒、富硒黑米、燕麦、糯米、银耳、莲子;放入炒锅中文火炒制25分钟,炒熟后迅速加入适量55℃去离子水和冻干益生菌菌粉,搅拌均匀,冷却后放入零下5℃温度下冰冻成块;
(3)将步骤(2)的冰冻混合物放入煎煮锅中,慢慢加热直至煮沸,然后向其中加入步骤(1)的浸膏和其他剩余原料,熬制35分钟,冷却后即得八宝粥。
上述制得的八宝粥营养丰富,能够为人体提供必须的微量元素,而且添加了多味保健中草药,具有健胃消食功效,益生菌可以促进消化道的蠕动,健胃消食,预防消化器官疾病的发生。
Claims (3)
1.一种健胃消食八宝粥,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:玉米粒20-25、富硒黑米35-40、燕麦10-12、糯米20-25、银耳4-6、莲子8-10、猴头菌3-4、砂仁2-3、草果1-3、鸡内金3-4、山楂叶2-3、香椿叶1-2、冻干益生菌菌粉3-4、复合维生素0.5-0.6、食用碱2-3、茶籽油5-6和精盐适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的健胃消食八宝粥,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:玉米粒22、富硒黑米38、燕麦12、糯米22、银耳5、莲子9、猴头菌3.5、砂仁2.5、草果2、鸡内金3.5、山楂叶2.5、香椿叶1.5、冻干益生菌菌粉3.5、复合维生素0.5、食用碱2.5、茶籽油5.5和精盐适量。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的健胃消食八宝粥的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将猴头菌、砂仁、草果、鸡内金、山楂叶、香椿叶洗净晒干混合,然后加入其混合总量的4-5倍量去离子水,打磨成浆过滤取滤液,然后在相对真空度为 -0.1-0Mpa,温度60-70℃条件下浓缩 4-5h,得到浸膏;
(2)称取玉米粒、富硒黑米、燕麦、糯米、银耳、莲子;放入炒锅中文火炒制20-30分钟,炒熟后迅速加入适量50-60℃去离子水和冻干益生菌菌粉,搅拌均匀,冷却后放入零下4-6℃温度下冰冻成块;
(3)将步骤(2)的冰冻混合物放入煎煮锅中,慢慢加热直至煮沸,然后向其中加入步骤(1)的浸膏和其他剩余原料,熬制30-40分钟,冷却后即得八宝粥。
