本发明提供一种含虾青素的代餐粉,它由如下重量份数的原料提取制备得到:黑米20‑40份、黑小米15‑35份、黑豆15‑25份、黑花生10‑30份、糯米20‑40份、紫米15‑35份、黑芝麻10‑20份、植脂末10‑20份、麦芽糊精20‑30份、木糖醇10‑20份以及虾青素5‑15份,并采用了相应的制备方法,本发明具有提高免疫力的功效。

本发明属于保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种含虾青素的代餐粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
虾青素式为C40H52O4,分子结构中有两个β-紫罗兰酮环,11个共轭双键。虾青素广泛存在于自然界,如大多数甲壳类动物和鲑科鱼类体内,植物的叶、花、果,以及火烈鸟的羽毛中等。虾青素具有多种生理功效,如在抗氧化性、抗肿瘤、预防癌症、增强免疫力、改善视力等方面都有一定的效果,目前复方比较少。
发明内容
以下通过实施例形式对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
发明目的:为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种玛咖的提取方法及其制备的男性保健品。
技术方案:一种含虾青素的代餐粉,它由如下重量份数的原料提取制备得到:黑米20-40份、黑小米15-35份、黑豆15-25份、黑花生10-30份、糯米20-40份、紫米15-35份、黑芝麻10-20份、植脂末10-20份、麦芽糊精20-30份、木糖醇10-20份以及虾青素5-15份。
所述含虾青素的代餐粉,它由如下重量份数的原料提取制备得到:黑米30份、黑小米25份、黑豆20份、黑花生20份、糯米30份、紫米25份、黑芝麻15份、植脂末15份、麦芽糊精25份、木糖醇15份以及虾青素10份。
所述含虾青素的代餐粉,制备方法包括如下步骤:取上述原料,蒸熟,烘干,粉碎,杀菌,消毒,真空包装制备成代餐粉。
所述含虾青素的代餐粉在制备治疗免疫力低下保健品中的应用。
有益效果:本发明能提高免疫力。

实施例1:取黑米20份、黑小米35份、黑豆15份、黑花生30份、糯米20份、紫米35份、黑芝麻10份、植脂末20份、麦芽糊精20份、木糖醇20份以及虾青素5份,制备方法包括如下步骤:取上述原料,蒸熟,烘干,粉碎,杀菌,消毒,真空包装制备成代餐粉。
实施例2:取黑米40份、黑小米15份、黑豆25份、黑花生10份、糯米40份、紫米15份、黑芝麻20份、植脂末10份、麦芽糊精30份、木糖醇10份以及虾青素15份,制备方法包括如下步骤:取上述原料,蒸熟,烘干,粉碎,杀菌,消毒,真空包装制备成代餐粉。
实施例3:取黑米30份、黑小米25份、黑豆20份、黑花生20份、糯米30份、紫米25份、黑芝麻15份、植脂末15份、麦芽糊精25份、木糖醇15份以及虾青素10份,制备方法包括如下步骤:取上述原料,蒸熟,烘干,粉碎,杀菌,消毒,真空包装制备成代餐粉。
实施例4:本发明提高免疫力的药效学研究
实验目的:用本发明实施例1-3制备的含虾青素的代餐粉,灌胃小鼠30d,每次0.1ml/10g,比较本发明和正常组小鼠受ConA诱导的脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的差别,来判断本发明是否增强脾脏淋巴细胞增殖。
实验动物:昆明种小鼠,雄性,体重18-22g,本公司提供。
实验药物:按上述实施例1-3的制备方法制备。
实验步骤:小鼠,按体重分层随机分组,每组10只。如下表所示,正常组灌胃给水;盐酸左旋咪唑组灌胃盐酸左旋咪唑;实施例1-3灌胃2g·kg-1,各组连续灌胃给药30d。无菌取脾,按照常规制成单个细胞悬液,调整细胞浓度为5×105个/mL。将脾细胞混悬液加在24孔板中,每孔1mL,每只动物设二个复孔,一孔正常培养(加50uL PRMI1640培养液);一孔加50uL刀豆蛋白A(ConA)液(终浓度为4.76ug/mL)。置于5%CO2,37℃ CO2孵箱中培养48h。实验结束前4h,每孔吸去上清液700uL,再加入700uL不含胎牛血清的PRMI1640培养液,同时每孔加入50uL 5mg/mL的MTT液。培养结束后,每孔加1mL酸性异丙醇,小心吹打均匀至紫色的结晶全部溶解。检测前分装到96孔培养板中,每孔作4个复孔,在570nm波长处测定其光密度值。
实验结果:
本发明对脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响
注:与正常组相比★★P<0.01,P<0.05。
结论:本发明实施例1-3含虾青素的代餐粉小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞受ConA诱导后的增殖率转化值高于正常组小鼠,说明本发明具有提高免疫力作用。

1.一种含虾青素的代餐粉,其特征在于:它由如下重量份数的原料提取制备得到:黑米20-40份、黑小米15-35份、黑豆15-25份、黑花生10-30份、糯米20-40份、紫米15-35份、黑芝麻10-20份、植脂末10-20份、麦芽糊精20-30份、木糖醇10-20份以及虾青素5-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述含虾青素的代餐粉,其特征在于:它由如下重量份数的原料提取制备得到:黑米30份、黑小米25份、黑豆20份、黑花生20份、糯米30份、紫米25份、黑芝麻15份、植脂末15份、麦芽糊精25份、木糖醇15份以及虾青素10份。
3.如权利要求1所述含虾青素的代餐粉,其特征在于:制备方法包括如下步骤:取上述原料,蒸熟,烘干,粉碎,杀菌,消毒,真空包装制备成代餐粉。
4.如权利要求3所述含虾青素的代餐粉在制备治疗免疫力低下保健品中的应用。
