本发明的技术方案如下:
保健粉由下列重量份的原料制成:黑豆500-510、谷朊粉30-34、莲子10-12、莱菔子1-2、大麦芽2-3、桑叶1-2、茉莉花1-2、石榴皮1-2、芝麻梗2-3、蜂蜜3-4、苦瓜6-8、保健添加剂2-3、葡萄酒200-300;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、胡萝卜30-40、葡萄20-30、紫菜20-30、绿茶6-7、山楂30-40、陈皮6-7、党参5-6、丁癸草6-7、麦冬6-7、棒棒草2-3、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法是将胡萝卜、葡萄混合,打浆得浆液;紫菜洗净后,烘干研成粉末;将绿茶、山楂、陈皮、党参、丁癸草、麦冬、棒棒草、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、浆液、紫菜粉末及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将黑豆洗净、除杂后,加入适量葡萄酒浸泡6-8小时,分离黑豆与葡萄酒,备用;
(2)将步骤1的黑豆烘干后,与莲子一块炒至黑豆皮裂开后,将两者研磨成粉,谷朊粉炒至15-20分钟,与前者混合,制成混合粉,备用;
(3)将苦瓜去籽洗净后榨成汁,与蜂蜜一起加入葡萄酒中混合均匀,制成混合物料,将莱菔子、大麦芽、石榴皮、芝麻梗分别干燥研磨成粉后,与桑叶、茉莉花一起加入到上述混合物料中,煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣后,真空浓缩、喷雾干燥,得粉状物;
(4)将步骤2的混合粉与步骤3的粉状物料、保健添加剂等其他剩余成分混合均匀后,即得。

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:大麦苗粉35、胡萝卜35、葡萄26、紫菜24、绿茶6、山楂36、陈皮7、党参5、丁癸草6、麦冬7、棒棒草2、蜜桶花5、薏仁油2、糙米汤10、水适量;制备方法是将胡萝卜、葡萄混合,打浆得浆液;紫菜洗净后,烘干研成粉末;将绿茶、山楂、陈皮、党参、丁癸草、麦冬、棒棒草、蜜桶花加水煎煮1小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、浆液、紫菜粉末及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌25分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将黑豆洗净、除杂后,加入适量葡萄酒浸泡7小时,分离黑豆与葡萄酒,备用;

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、胡萝卜30-40、葡萄20-30、紫菜20-30、绿茶6-7、山楂30-40、陈皮6-7、党参5-6、丁癸草6-7、麦冬6-7、棒棒草2-3、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法是将胡萝卜、葡萄混合,打浆得浆液;紫菜洗净后,烘干研成粉末;将绿茶、山楂、陈皮、党参、丁癸草、麦冬、棒棒草、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、浆液、紫菜粉末及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的黑豆保健粉,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将黑豆洗净、除杂后,加入适量葡萄酒浸泡6-8小时,分离黑豆与葡萄酒,备用;
(2)将步骤1的黑豆烘干后,与莲子一块炒至黑豆皮裂开后,将两者研磨成粉,谷朊粉炒至15-20分钟,与前者混合,制成混合粉,备用;
(3)将苦瓜去籽洗净后榨成汁,与蜂蜜一起加入葡萄酒中混合均匀,制成混合物料,将莱菔子、大麦芽、石榴皮、芝麻梗分别干燥研磨成粉后,与桑叶、茉莉花一起加入到上述混合物料中,煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣后,真空浓缩、喷雾干燥,得粉状物;
(4)将步骤2的混合粉与步骤3的粉状物料、保健添加剂等其他剩余成分混合均匀后,即得。
