由于生活压力的加重,生活节奏也在加快,人们生活越来越不规律,许多人都处于各种亚健康状态:身体疲乏、腰酸背痛、头昏头痛、失眠多梦、记忆衰退、焦虑烦躁、食欲不佳、精神不振等等。所以现在越来越多的人开始注重养生,然而当前市场上繁杂的各类养生食品中,不同程度存在着添加食品添加剂和配比不合理的现象,营养、功效单一,收效甚微,甚至对人体有一定副作用。本发明的膳食养生保健粉,是一种以天然食材作为原料,具有食用安全放心、易吸收、保健效果显著等功效。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种膳食养生保健粉及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
保健粉由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦35-45、血糯30-40、蚕豆20-25、淀粉10-13、白术1-2、南芎1-3、人参1-2、冰草2-3、火龙果10-12、西葫芦11-13、桑葚9-12、柠檬6-8、猪血7-10、营养添加剂1-2,水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、灵芝孢子粉1-2、葛根5-6、桂枝5-6、绞股蓝5-6、二色补血草1-2、苹果叶4-5、薰衣草2-3、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入灵芝孢子粉小火翻炒至薏仁油吸收;将葛根、桂枝、绞股蓝、二色补血草、苹果叶、薰衣草、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、灵芝孢子粉及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将白术、南芎、人参、冰草粉碎后置于3-5倍水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液;
(2)将蚕豆洗净去皮后与小麦、血糯一起放入步骤1的煎煮液中,加热至水分蒸干,与猪血一起放入烘干机中烘干,粉碎成末,得混合粉;
(3)将火龙果、西葫芦洗净去皮后与桑葚、柠檬一起放入榨汁机中,榨成果蔬汁,加热浓缩后,喷雾干燥,得果蔬粉;
(4)将淀粉放入炒锅中,炒制10-15分钟,再与步骤2的混合粉、步骤3的果蔬粉与其他剩余成分混合均匀后,灭菌,即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的膳食养生保健粉,是一种以天然食材作为原料,具有食用安全放心、易吸收、保健效果显著等功效。血糯具有养肝、养颜、泽肤等功效。桑葚具有滋阴补血,生津,润肠等功效。猪血中含铁量较高,可以防治缺铁性贫血,猪血含有维生素K有止血作用;猪血还能为人体提供多种微量元素,对营养不良、肾脏疾患、心血管疾病的病后的调养都有益处。除此之外,猪血还能较好地清除人体内的粉尘和有害金属微粒,是人体污物的“清道夫”。西葫芦具有消肿散结、清热利尿、润肺止咳、润泽肌肤、提高免疫力等作用。
具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:小麦40、血糯35、蚕豆20、淀粉12、白术2、南芎2、人参1、冰草2、火龙果12、西葫芦12、桑葚10、柠檬7、猪血8、营养添加剂1,水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:大麦苗粉35、灵芝孢子粉2、葛根5、桂枝5、绞股蓝6、二色补血草1、苹果叶4、薰衣草3、蜜桶花5、薏仁油1、糙米汤11、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入灵芝孢子粉小火翻炒至薏仁油吸收;将葛根、桂枝、绞股蓝、二色补血草、苹果叶、薰衣草、蜜桶花加水煎煮1小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、灵芝孢子粉及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将白术、南芎、人参、冰草粉碎后置于4倍水中,文火煎煮1.5小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液;
(2)将蚕豆洗净去皮后与小麦、血糯一起放入步骤1的煎煮液中,加热至水分蒸干,与猪血一起放入烘干机中烘干,粉碎成末,得混合粉;
(3)将火龙果、西葫芦洗净去皮后与桑葚、柠檬一起放入榨汁机中,榨成果蔬汁,加热浓缩后,喷雾干燥,得果蔬粉;
(4)将淀粉放入炒锅中,炒制12分钟,再与步骤2的混合粉、步骤3的果蔬粉与其他剩余成分混合均匀后,灭菌,即可。

1.一种膳食养生保健粉,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦35-45、血糯30-40、蚕豆20-25、淀粉10-13、白术1-2、南芎1-3、人参1-2、冰草2-3、火龙果10-12、西葫芦11-13、桑葚9-12、柠檬6-8、猪血7-10、营养添加剂1-2,水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、灵芝孢子粉1-2、葛根5-6、桂枝5-6、绞股蓝5-6、二色补血草1-2、苹果叶4-5、薰衣草2-3、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;
