本发明涉及一种食品及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种红色杂粮保健粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医研究,红走心,红色粮食具有很大的营养与保健价值。红豆有较多的皂角甙,可刺激肠道,因此它有良好的利尿作用,能解酒、解毒,对心脏病和肾病、水肿有益。有较多的膳食纤维,具有良好的润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、解毒抗癌、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。血糯的营养价值很高,除含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物外,还含丰富的钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、B2等。还有有补血养气、护肝、美颜、泽肤等功效。红高粱味甘、性温、涩,入脾、胃经;具有和胃、消积、温中、涩肠胃、止霍乱的功效。本发明的红色杂粮保健粉发挥了红豆、血糯、红高粱、红枣的各自功效,又可体现上述成份的协同功效,可以均衡营养,互相促进吸收,且保健粉的成色均匀、质地细腻,易于被消费者喜爱和食用。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种红色杂粮保健粉及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
保健粉由下列重量份的原料制成:红豆50-60、血糯40-45、红高粱30-40、红枣12-16、杏仁9-12、紫薯15-18、卷心菜14-17、绞股蓝1-2、桂枝1-3、香薷1-2、白鲜皮1-3、车前草1-2、仙茅1-2、灵草2-3、紫菜1-2、营养添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、香菇冻干粉5-7、黑木耳冻干粉7-9、干玫瑰花10-20、蒲公英3-4、丰花草1-2、红茶8-20、槐花5-6、桑叶3-4、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入香菇冻干粉、黑木耳冻干粉小火翻炒至炒熟;将干玫瑰花、蒲公英、丰花草、红茶、槐花、桑叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、炒熟粉末及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将红豆、血糯、红高粱洗净、沥干后放于炒锅中,炒至30-40分钟,研磨成粉末,将红枣、杏仁、紫菜一起放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉,与上述的粉末混合,备用;
(2)紫薯洗净去皮与卷心菜一起放入榨汁机中,榨成果蔬汁,备用;
(3)将绞股蓝、桂枝、香薷、白鲜皮、车前草、仙茅、灵草加适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液;
(4)将步骤1的混合粉与步骤2的果蔬汁一起加入步骤3的煎煮液中,小火继续加热50-60分钟,喷雾干燥,制得粉末;
(5)将步骤4制得的粉末与其他剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
本发明的有益效果:

具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:红豆55、血糯42、红高粱35、红枣14、杏仁11、紫薯17、卷心菜16、绞股蓝1、桂枝2、香薷1、白鲜皮2、车前草1、仙茅1、灵草2、紫菜1、营养添加剂2、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:大麦苗粉35、香菇冻干粉6、黑木耳冻干粉8、干玫瑰花15、蒲公英3、丰花草1、红茶16、槐花5、桑叶3、蜜桶花6、薏仁油1、糙米汤11、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入香菇冻干粉、黑木耳冻干粉小火翻炒至炒熟;将干玫瑰花、蒲公英、丰花草、红茶、槐花、桑叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮1.5小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、炒熟粉末及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将红豆、血糯、红高粱洗净、沥干后放于炒锅中,炒至35分钟,研磨成粉末,将红枣、杏仁、紫菜一起放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉,与上述的粉末混合,备用;
(2)紫薯洗净去皮与卷心菜一起放入榨汁机中,榨成果蔬汁,备用;
(3)将绞股蓝、桂枝、香薷、白鲜皮、车前草、仙茅、灵草加适量水文火煎煮1小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液;
(4)将步骤1的混合粉与步骤2的果蔬汁一起加入步骤3的煎煮液中,小火继续加热60分钟,喷雾干燥,制得粉末;
(5)将步骤4制得的粉末与其他剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。

1.一种红色杂粮保健粉,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:红豆50-60、血糯40-45、红高粱30-40、红枣12-16、杏仁9-12、紫薯15-18、卷心菜14-17、绞股蓝1-2、桂枝1-3、香薷1-2、白鲜皮1-3、车前草1-2、仙茅1-2、灵草2-3、紫菜1-2、营养添加剂1-2、水适量;所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、香菇冻干粉5-7、黑木耳冻干粉7-9、干玫瑰花10-20、蒲公英3-4、丰花草1-2、红茶8-20、槐花5-6、桑叶3-4、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;所述营养添加剂的制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入香菇冻干粉、黑木耳冻干粉小火翻炒至炒熟;将干玫瑰花、蒲公英、丰花草、红茶、槐花、桑叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、炒熟粉末及糙米汤和大麦苗粉混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

(1)将红豆、血糯、红高粱洗净、沥干后放于炒锅中,炒至30-40分钟,研磨成粉末,将红枣、杏仁、紫菜一起放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉,与上述的粉末混合,备用;
(2)紫薯洗净去皮与卷心菜一起放入榨汁机中,榨成果蔬汁,备用;
(3)将绞股蓝、桂枝、香薷、白鲜皮、车前草、仙茅、灵草加适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液;
