本发明公开了一种酒酿营养保健粉,由下列重量份的原料制成:大米90-95、大豆40-50、黑米25-30、燕麦15-18、绞股蓝1-2、石韦1-2、刺蒺藜2-3、白芍1-3、马兰头1-2、甘草1-2、猴头菇5-6、酒酿16-18、牛肉7-8、营养添加剂1-2,水适量;本发明的酒酿营养保健粉,采用大米、大豆、黑米、燕麦等谷物作为主原料,辅以绞股蓝、石韦、刺蒺藜、白芍、马兰头、甘草这些功效甚佳的中草药,在营养补充的基础上,添加了药疗的功效,添加的猴头菇具有利五脏、助消化、健胃、补虚、抗癌、益肾精之功效,有滋补强身的作用。特别添加的酒酿,具有益气、生津、活血酿、散结、消肿的功效。

保健品正处于蓬勃发展时期,种类繁多,主要原因是我国人民的生活水平不断提高,人们的消费观念、健康观念发生极大的变化。酒酿是由糯米经过发酵而制成的一种风味食品,深受人们的喜爱,其产热量高,富含碳水化合物、蛋白质、B族维生素、矿物质等,这些都是人体不可缺少的营养成分。B族维生素有促进乳汁分泌的作用。醪糟里含有少量的酒精,而酒精可以促进血液循环,有助消化及增进食欲的功能。酒酿甘辛温,含糖、有机酸、维生素B1、B2等,可益气、生津、活血酿、散结、消肿。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种酒酿营养保健粉及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
保健粉由下列重量份的原料制成:大米90-95、大豆40-50、黑米25-30、燕麦15-18、绞股蓝1-2、石韦1-2、刺蒺藜2-3、白芍1-3、马兰头1-2、甘草1-2、猴头菇5-6、酒酿16-18、牛肉7-8、营养添加剂1-2,水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、灵芝孢子粉1-2、葛根5-6、桂枝5-6、绞股蓝5-6、二色补血草1-2、苹果叶4-5、薰衣草2-3、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入灵芝孢子粉小火翻炒至薏仁油吸收;将葛根、桂枝、绞股蓝、二色补血草、苹果叶、薰衣草、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、灵芝孢子粉及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将大米、大豆、黑米、燕麦加水浸泡3-4小时,加入酒酿研磨成浆后,加热15-20分钟,喷雾干燥,得杂粮粉;
(2)将绞股蓝、石韦、刺蒺藜、白芍、马兰头、甘草放入炒锅中,微炒至5-7分钟后,研成细末,加水煎煮1-2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液;
(3)将猴头菇洗净,用冷水浸泡10-20分钟后,与洗净的牛肉一起放入步骤2的煎煮液中,焖煮2小时,取出猴头菇、牛肉,烘干后,分别研磨成猴头菇粉与牛肉粉,煎煮液喷雾干燥,得中药粉;
(4)将步骤1的杂粮粉与步骤3的猴头菇粉、牛肉粉、中药粉以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
本发明的有益效果:

称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:大米94、大豆45、黑米26、燕麦16、绞股蓝1、石韦1、刺蒺藜2、白芍2、马兰头1、甘草2、猴头菇5、酒酿18、牛肉7、营养添加剂1,水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:大麦苗粉35、灵芝孢子粉2、葛根5、桂枝5、绞股蓝6、二色补血草1、苹果叶4、薰衣草3、蜜桶花5、薏仁油1、糙米汤11、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入灵芝孢子粉小火翻炒至薏仁油吸收;将葛根、桂枝、绞股蓝、二色补血草、苹果叶、薰衣草、蜜桶花加水煎煮1小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、灵芝孢子粉及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将大米、大豆、黑米、燕麦加水浸泡3小时,加入酒酿研磨成浆后,加热16分钟,喷雾干燥,得杂粮粉;
(2)将绞股蓝、石韦、刺蒺藜、白芍、马兰头、甘草放入炒锅中,微炒至5-7分钟后,研成细末,加水煎煮2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液;
(3)将猴头菇洗净,用冷水浸泡15分钟后,与洗净的牛肉一起放入步骤2的煎煮液中,焖煮2小时,取出猴头菇、牛肉,烘干后,分别研磨成猴头菇粉与牛肉粉,煎煮液喷雾干燥,得中药粉;
(4)将步骤1的杂粮粉与步骤3的猴头菇粉、牛肉粉、中药粉以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
