背景技术
中国是一个具有悠久酒文化的国家,“酒”早已成为人们社会活动并不可少的工具。虽然,适量饮酒有益于健康,但饮酒过量会给社会和人体健康带来危害。对人体的危害主要表现为一次性过量饮酒所致的急性酒精中毒和急性酒精中毒后的延续效应,及长期大量饮酒引起的慢性酒精中毒。而酒精在肝脏中大量蓄积引发的中毒,会造成肝脏损伤、肝功能下降,从而导致酒精性肝病、肝硬化等。
姜黄素是从姜科、天南星科植物的根茎中提取得到的一种化学成分,是植物界很稀少的具有二酮的色素,已被国内外允许作为食品添加剂使用,可用于肠类制品、罐头、酱卤制品等产品的着色。医学研究表明,姜黄素具有降血压、抗肿瘤、抗炎、利胆、抗氧化等作用,对高血脂、癌症、糖尿病、肝损伤等多种疾病具有预防和治疗的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其不仅可改善大量饮酒后酒精蓄积引起的肝损伤,还可明显缓解饮酒后口干舌燥的症状,具有良好预防和治疗的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其所用主要原料按重量份计包括:姜黄素8-10份、桂花露20-25份、醋林子6-8份、东风菜3-5份、吐烟花2-3份、新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮0.02-0.05份。
所述解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将东风菜、吐烟花粉碎后,加入其总重2-3倍的水,于80-100℃下煎煮30-50min后过滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的一半,待浓缩液冷却后加入新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮混匀,得提取液备用;
2)将醋林子研磨成粉后,加入与其等重量的桂花露继续研磨10-20min,再加入剩余桂花露搅拌混匀,然后去除底层残渣,将姜黄素分2-3次加入所得上层清液中,搅拌使其充分溶解,再在搅拌条件下缓慢加入步骤1)所得提取液,继续搅拌20-30min使其充分混合后干燥、粉碎,即得。
制备所述解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物的原料还可包括绿豆花、苦竹叶、荸荠汁、蚌泪中的一种或几种。
桂花露为木犀科植物木犀的花经蒸馏而得到的液体,其味微辛、微苦,性温,具有疏肝理气、醒脾开胃、润喉化痰的功效。醋林子为蔷薇科光叶石楠的干燥果实,其味酸、性温,具有生津、解酒的功效。东风菜为菊科植物东风菜和短冠东风菜的根茎及全草,其味辛、甘,性寒,具有清热解毒、利咽明目的功效。吐烟花为荨麻科赤车属植物吐烟花的全草,其味甘、微涩,性凉,具有清热利湿、宁心安神的功效。新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮是从柑橘类天然植物中提取的新橙皮苷经氢化而成的黄酮类衍生物,其甜度高、能量低,可作为甜味剂起到抑制苦味、改良风味的效果,同时,其具有抗氧化、降低胆固醇、保护肝脏的功效。

实施例1
一种解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其所用原料按重量份计为:姜黄素8份、桂花露20份、醋林子6份、东风菜3份、吐烟花2份、新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮0.02份。
其制备方法如下:
1)将东风菜、吐烟花粉碎后,加入其总重2倍的水,于80℃下煎煮30min后过滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的一半,待浓缩液冷却后加入新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮混匀,得提取液备用;
2)将醋林子研磨成粉后,加入与其等重量的桂花露继续研磨10min,再加入剩余桂花露搅拌混匀,然后去除底层残渣,将姜黄素分2次加入所得上层清液中,搅拌使其充分溶解,再在搅拌条件下缓慢加入步骤1)所得提取液,继续搅拌20min使其充分混合后干燥、粉碎,即得。
实施例2
一种解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其所用原料按重量份计为:姜黄素8份、桂花露22份、醋林子6份、绿豆花3份、东风菜3份、吐烟花2份、新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮0.03份。
其制备方法如下:
1)将东风菜、吐烟花粉碎后,与绿豆花一同加入其总重2倍的水中,于100℃下煎煮30min后过滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的一半,待浓缩液冷却后加入新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮混匀,得提取液备用;
2)将醋林子研磨成粉后,加入与其等重量的桂花露继续研磨10min,再加入剩余桂花露搅拌混匀,然后去除底层残渣,将姜黄素分2次加入所得上层清液中,搅拌使其充分溶解,再在搅拌条件下缓慢加入步骤1)所得提取液,继续搅拌25min使其充分混合后干燥、粉碎,即得。
实施例3
一种解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其所用原料按重量份计为:姜黄素9份、桂花露20份、醋林子7份、苦竹叶3份、东风菜4份、吐烟花2份、新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮0.05份。
其制备方法如下:
1)将东风菜、吐烟花、苦竹叶粉碎后,加入其总重3倍的水,于90℃下煎煮40min后过滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的一半,待浓缩液冷却后加入新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮混匀,得提取液备用;
2)将醋林子研磨成粉后,加入与其等重量的桂花露继续研磨15min,再加入剩余桂花露搅拌混匀,然后去除底层残渣,将姜黄素分3次加入所得上层清液中,搅拌使其充分溶解,再在搅拌条件下缓慢加入步骤1)所得提取液,继续搅拌25min使其充分混合后干燥、粉碎,即得。
实施例4
一种解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其所用原料按重量份计为:姜黄素10份、桂花露24份、醋林子8份、荸荠汁2份、东风菜5份、吐烟花3份、新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮0.04份。
其制备方法如下:
1)将东风菜、吐烟花粉碎后,加入其总重3倍的水,于80℃下煎煮50min后过滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的一半,待浓缩液冷却后加入新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮,混匀,得提取液备用;
2)将醋林子研磨成粉后,加入与其等重量的桂花露继续研磨20min,再加入剩余桂花露搅拌混匀,然后去除底层残渣,将姜黄素分3次加入所得上层清液中,搅拌使其充分溶解,再在搅拌条件下缓慢加入步骤1)所得提取液及荸荠汁,继续搅拌30min使其充分混合后干燥、粉碎,即得。
实施例5
一种解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其所用原料按重量份计为:姜黄素10份、桂花露25份、醋林子6份、蚌泪5份、东风菜3份、吐烟花2份、新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮0.05份。
其制备方法如下:
1)将东风菜、吐烟花粉碎后,加入其总重2倍的水,于90℃下煎煮40min后过滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的一半,待浓缩液冷却后加入新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮,混匀,得提取液备用;
2)将醋林子研磨成粉后,加入与其等重量的桂花露继续研磨15min,再加入剩余桂花露搅拌混匀,然后去除底层残渣,将姜黄素分2次加入所得上层清液中,搅拌使其充分溶解,再在搅拌条件下缓慢加入步骤1)所得提取液及蚌泪,继续搅拌30min使其充分混合后干燥、粉碎,即得。
解酒试验
将2g实施例1~5所得组合物及姜黄素分别加入到100mL 50wt%的酒精及100mL 30wt%的酒精中,每隔1h对两份酒精中的乙醇质量浓度进行检测,结果见表1。

由表1可见,与单纯使用姜黄素相比,本发明所制备的组合物可明显降低酒精中的乙醇浓度,即可起到解酒醒酒的效果,其中以实施例2解酒效果最好,其次为实施例5。
保肝试验
取同日龄SD级Wistar大鼠80只,雌雄各半,体重220±20g,适应性饲养20天后,将大鼠随机分为8组:
第1~5组为试验组,其每周2次用50wt%酒精灌胃进行造模,每次50mL,持续6周,其余时间用10wt%酒精进行灌胃,每天1次;其中,从第3周开始,每隔1天用1.2mg/mL含实施例1~5所得组合物的10wt%酒精进行灌胃;
第6组为阳性对照组,其每周2次用50wt%酒精灌胃进行造模,每次50mL,持续6周,其余时间用10wt%酒精进行灌胃,每天1次;其中,从第3周开始,每隔1天用1.2mg/mL含姜黄素的10wt%酒精进行灌胃;
第7组为模型对照组,其每周2次用50wt%酒精灌胃进行造模,每次50mL,持续6周,其余时间用蒸馏水进行灌胃,每天1次;
第8组为空白对照组,其以蒸馏水灌胃,每天1次,每次50mL,持续6周。
处理结束后,分别采用甘油三酯(TG)试剂盒、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)试剂盒、血清冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)试剂盒和丙二醛(MDA)试剂盒进行各项指标检测,其检测结果见表2。

由表2可见,与空白对照组(第8组)相比,模型对照组(第7组)大鼠血清中ALT、AST、TG的含量和肝组织中MDA含量均显著升高;而与模型对照组(第7组)相比,阳性对照组(第6组)与试验组(第1~5组)大鼠血清中ALT、AST、TG的含量和肝组织中MDA含量均有所降低,其中,以试验组效果明显,说明本发明组合物具有良好保肝、修复肝损伤的效果。
由上述试验证明,本发明通过原料搭配制备的姜黄素组合物具有协同的解酒保肝功效,其中以实施例5综合效果最好。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其特征在于:所用主要原料按重量份计包括:姜黄素8-10份、桂花露20-25份、醋林子6-8份、东风菜3-5份、吐烟花2-3份、新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮0.02-0.05份。
2.根据权利要求1所述解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将东风菜、吐烟花粉碎后,加入其总重2-3倍的水,于80-100℃下煎煮30-50min后过滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的一半,待浓缩液冷却后加入新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮混匀,得提取液备用;
2)将醋林子研磨成粉后,加入与其等重量的桂花露继续研磨10-20min,再加入剩余桂花露搅拌混匀,然后去除底层残渣,将姜黄素分2-3次加入所得上层清液中,搅拌使其充分溶解,再在搅拌条件下缓慢加入步骤1)所得提取液,继续搅拌20-30min使其充分混合后干燥、粉碎,即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述解酒保肝的姜黄素组合物,其特征在于:所用原料还包括绿豆花、苦竹叶、荸荠汁、蚌泪中的一种或几种。
