本发明涉及一种蕨麻粉丝及其制备方法,属于食品技术领域。一种蕨麻粉丝,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:蕨麻50-70份、绿豆粉20-30份、玉米粉10-15份、薏米粉5-12份、马铃薯粉10-20份、山药粉5-8份、黄芪粉3-7份、肉桂粉5-9份、豆蔻粉3-7份、熟地粉6-10份、茯苓粉2-8份、大米粉3-8份、芡实粉5-10份。本发明的一种蕨麻粉丝,以蕨麻为主要原料,加入部分营养物质及中草药成分,使粉丝中含有丰富的维生素及镁、锌、钾、钙等元素,而且含有大量的淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、无机盐等,不但有健胃补脾、生津止渴、益气补血的功能,而且可以延年益寿、促进新陈代谢,是老少皆宜的一种粉丝。

本发明涉及一种蕨麻粉丝及其制备方法,属于食品技术领域。
背景技术
     蕨麻是蔷薇科委陵菜属的植物,多年生草本。含有维生素及镁、锌、钾、钙元素。具有较高的医疗和营养价值,它有着健胃补脾、生津止渴、益气补血的功能,故藏医称其为卓老沙僧,常以其入药。六七月间开花时的全草,还可用来收敛止血,止咳利痰,亦作滋补。蕨麻含有大量的淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、无机盐和维生素,故长食之,确有人参延年益寿的功效,因此被人们美誉为“人参果"。目前食用蕨麻的主要方法是在食疗方面,尤其是放在粥或汤里,还没有以蕨麻为主要原料的粉丝的出现。
发明内容
 本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种营养健康、健脾养胃、益气补血的蕨麻粉丝及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
 一种蕨麻粉丝,其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:蕨麻50-70份、绿豆粉20-30份、玉米粉10-15份、薏米粉5-12份、马铃薯粉10-20份、山药粉5-8份、黄芪粉3-7份、肉桂粉5-9份、豆蔻粉3-7份、熟地粉6-10份、茯苓粉2-8份、大米粉3-8份、芡实粉5-10份;
    所述一种蕨麻粉丝,其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:蕨麻60份、绿豆粉28份、玉米粉12份、薏米粉8份、马铃薯粉10份、山药粉6份、黄芪粉6份、肉桂粉7份、豆蔻粉4份、熟地粉9份、茯苓粉6份、大米粉5份、芡实粉6份;
    一种蕨麻粉丝的制备方法,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将蕨麻洗净、烘干、杀菌后,研磨成200-500目的蕨麻粉;
(2)将其余成分与步骤(1)的蕨麻粉混合搅拌均匀制成混合粉;
    (3)向步骤(2)的混合粉中加入水,搅拌1小时;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合物倒入粉丝机中制成粉丝,冷却定型后放入烘干机中烘干,最后进行分割、包装即可。
     本发明的一种蕨麻粉丝,以蕨麻为主要原料,加入部分营养物质及中草药成分,使粉丝中含有丰富的维生素及镁、锌、钾、钙等元素,而且含有大量的淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、无机盐等,不但有健胃补脾、生津止渴、益气补血的功能,而且可以延年益寿、促进新陈代谢,是老少皆宜的一种粉丝。

实施例1
本实施例的蕨麻粉丝,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:蕨麻50份、绿豆粉20份、玉米粉10份、薏米粉5份、马铃薯粉10份、山药粉5份、黄芪粉3份、肉桂粉5份、豆蔻粉3份、熟地粉6份、茯苓粉2份、大米粉3份、芡实粉5份。
实施例2
本实施例的蕨麻粉丝,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:蕨麻70份、绿豆粉30份、玉米粉15份、薏米粉12份、马铃薯粉20份、山药粉8份、黄芪粉7份、肉桂粉9份、豆蔻粉7份、熟地粉10份、茯苓粉8份、大米粉8份、芡实粉10份。

    一种蕨麻粉丝的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)将其余成分与步骤(1)的蕨麻粉混合搅拌均匀制成混合粉;
    (3)向步骤(2)的混合粉中加入水,搅拌1小时;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合物倒入粉丝机中制成粉丝,冷却定型后放入烘干机中烘干,最后进行分割、包装即可。

1. 一种蕨麻粉丝,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:蕨麻50-70份、绿豆粉20-30份、玉米粉10-15份、薏米粉5-12份、马铃薯粉10-20份、山药粉5-8份、黄芪粉3-7份、肉桂粉5-9份、豆蔻粉3-7份、熟地粉6-10份、茯苓粉2-8份、大米粉3-8份、芡实粉5-10份。
2.   权利要求1所述一种蕨麻粉丝,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:蕨麻60份、绿豆粉28份、玉米粉12份、薏米粉8份、马铃薯粉10份、山药粉6份、黄芪粉6份、肉桂粉7份、豆蔻粉4份、熟地粉9份、茯苓粉6份、大米粉5份、芡实粉6份。
3.    权利要求1或2所述一种蕨麻粉丝的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将蕨麻洗净、烘干、杀菌后,研磨成200-500目的蕨麻粉;
(2)将其余成分与步骤(1)的蕨麻粉混合搅拌均匀制成混合粉;
    (3)向步骤(2)的混合粉中加入水,搅拌1小时;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合物倒入粉丝机中制成粉丝,冷却定型后放入烘干机中烘干,最后进行分割、包装即可。
