本发明涉及一种阿魏菇粉丝及其制备方法,属于食品技术领域。一种阿魏菇粉丝,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:阿魏菇50-70份、大米粉20-30份、玉米粉10-15份、绿豆粉5-12份、马铃薯粉10-20份、薏米粉5-8份、黄芪粉3-7份、肉桂粉5-9份、豆蔻粉3-7份、熟地粉6-10份、茯苓粉2-8份、山药粉3-8份、芡实粉5-10份、百合淀粉10-30份。本发明的一种阿魏菇粉丝,以阿魏菇为主要原料,将阿魏菇制作成具有丰富营养的粉丝类副食品,不但具有阿魏菇的消积、杀虫、治疗肉积、痞块、久疟、疳劳等药效而且其中加入的中药具有养生保健的功能,是老少皆宜的养生粉丝。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阿魏菇粉丝及其制备方法,属于食品技术领域。
背景技术
阿魏菇又名阿魏侧耳、阿魏蘑,属担子菌亚门层菌纲伞菌目侧耳科侧耳属,是干旱草原上具有代表性的蕈菌。由于其子实体脆嫩可口,香味浓郁,有草原牛肝菌的美称;又因其具有消积、杀虫、治疗肉积、痞块、久疟、疳劳等药效,当地群众誉之为天山神菇和西天白灵芝。因野生阿魏菇仅产于特定季节、产量少、采摘困难,现在市面上的阿魏菇以人工培育为主。阿魏菇营养丰富,但由于对生长条件的限制,目前人工培育的也非常有限,而且大部分阿魏菇被人们食用的也主要是制成补酒或是干品,很少有以阿魏菇为主料生产的副食品类产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种营养健康、消积杀虫、味道醇香的阿魏菇粉丝及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种阿魏菇粉丝,其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:阿魏菇50-70份、大米粉20-30份、玉米粉10-15份、绿豆粉5-12份、马铃薯粉10-20份、薏米粉5-8份、黄芪粉3-7份、肉桂粉5-9份、豆蔻粉3-7份、熟地粉6-10份、茯苓粉2-8份、山药粉3-8份、芡实粉5-10份、百合淀粉10-30份、食盐5-7份、食用植物油3-8份;
所述一种阿魏菇粉丝,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:阿魏菇60份、大米粉25份、玉米粉12份、绿豆粉8份、马铃薯粉12份、薏米粉6份、黄芪粉4份、肉桂粉6份、豆蔻粉6份、熟地粉8份、茯苓粉6份、山药粉5份、芡实粉8份、百合淀粉20份、食盐6份、食用植物油5份;
一种阿魏菇粉丝的制备方法,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将阿魏菇洗净、杀菌、风干后,研磨成200-500目的阿魏菇粉;
(2)将食盐、食用植物油以外的其余成分与步骤(1)的阿魏菇粉一起放入搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀制成混合粉;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合粉中加入水,搅拌1小时,再加入食盐及食用植物油,再搅拌30分钟得到混合物;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合物倒入粉丝机中制成粉丝,冷却定型后放入烘干机中烘干,最后进行分割、包装即可。
本发明的一种阿魏菇粉丝,以阿魏菇为主要原料,将阿魏菇制作成具有丰富营养的粉丝类副食品,不但具有阿魏菇的消积、杀虫、治疗肉积、痞块、久疟、疳劳等药效而且其中加入的中药具有养生保健的功能,是老少皆宜的养生粉丝。

本实施例的蕨麻粉丝,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:阿魏菇50份、大米粉20份、玉米粉10份、绿豆粉5份、马铃薯粉10份、薏米粉5份、黄芪粉3份、肉桂粉5份、豆蔻粉3份、熟地粉6份、茯苓粉2份、山药粉3份、芡实粉5份、百合淀粉10份、食盐5份、食用植物油3份。
实施例2
本实施例的蕨麻粉丝,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:阿魏菇70份、大米粉30份、玉米粉15份、绿豆粉12份、马铃薯粉20份、薏米粉8份、黄芪粉7份、肉桂粉9份、豆蔻粉7份、熟地粉10份、茯苓粉8份、山药粉8份、芡实粉10份、百合淀粉30份、食盐7份、食用植物油8份。

一种阿魏菇粉丝的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将阿魏菇洗净、杀菌、风干后,研磨成200-500目的阿魏菇粉;
(2)将食盐、食用植物油以外的其余成分与步骤(1)的阿魏菇粉一起放入搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀制成混合粉;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合粉中加入水,搅拌1小时,再加入食盐及食用植物油,再搅拌30分钟得到混合物;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合物倒入粉丝机中制成粉丝,冷却定型后放入烘干机中烘干,最后进行分割、包装即可。

1.一种阿魏菇粉丝,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:阿魏菇50-70份、大米粉20-30份、玉米粉10-15份、绿豆粉5-12份、马铃薯粉10-20份、薏米粉5-8份、黄芪粉3-7份、肉桂粉5-9份、豆蔻粉3-7份、熟地粉6-10份、茯苓粉2-8份、山药粉3-8份、芡实粉5-10份、百合淀粉10-30份、食盐5-7份、食用植物油3-8份。
2.权利要求1所述一种阿魏菇粉丝,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:阿魏菇60份、大米粉25份、玉米粉12份、绿豆粉8份、马铃薯粉12份、薏米粉6份、黄芪粉4份、肉桂粉6份、豆蔻粉6份、熟地粉8份、茯苓粉6份、山药粉5份、芡实粉8份、百合淀粉20份、食盐6份、食用植物油5份。
3.权利要求1或2所述一种阿魏菇粉丝的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
