一种白灵菇黑木耳保健年糕,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分制成:糯米65-75、薏米20-30、大麦6-8、红豆8-11、白灵菇8_10、香菇5_6、金针菇4_6、杏鲍菇3_4、豇豆叶2-3、牛肝菌2-3、黄花菜5-6、西红柿8-9、胡萝卜9_10、葡萄6_8、山楂核5_6、莲子3_4、三七2-3、党参3-4、芒果核1-2、黑木耳粉1-2。
所述的白灵菇黑木耳保健年糕的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米、薏米洗净,浸泡3-4小时,然后磨浆,压干,得到混合米粉;
(2)将大麦、红豆炒香,混合磨成粉;
(3)将西红柿、胡萝卜、葡萄洗净后,榨成果汁;
(4 )将白灵菇、香菇、金针菇、杏鲍菇、豇豆叶、牛肝、黄花菜,一并加3-4倍水煎煮4-5小时,然后过滤,弃去滤渣、保留滤液;
(5)将山楂核、莲子、三七、党参、芒果核,洗净后加3-4倍水,熬煮4-5小时,过滤,滤液浓缩后,喷雾干燥,得到干粉;
(6)将上述1-5所得的物料和配方中的所有粉料混合,拌匀,然后放入蒸笼中,蒸笼的底部垫上新鲜的荷叶,蒸熟;
(7)将蒸熟后的混合料经年糕挤出成型设备挤出成型。
