本发明涉及解酒保健品技术领域,特别涉及一种用于解酒的固体组合物:低聚果糖30-38份、赤藓糖醇25-30份、L-谷氨酰胺5-10份、玉米肽6-8份、葛根粉4-8份、枳椇子2-5份、山楂5-10份、酸梅3-5份、二氧化硅1.0-1.5份、甜菊糖0-0.28份。饮酒后服用可加速降低血液中的酒精含量,促进酒精在体内的代谢和排出;降低肝损伤,避免乙醇侵害肝脏产生脂肪肝,有护肝保肝功效;本发明解酒固体饮料制备方法简单,成本低;配伍合理,酸甜可口;而且由于创新性地添加赤藓糖醇,不仅给产品带来了清凉的甜味口感,而且可以遮蔽中草药的后苦味、中药味道等,极大地扩展了消费人群,具有广阔的市场前景。

本发明涉及解酒保健品技术领域,特别涉及一种用于解酒的固体组合物。
背景技术
早在2000年前,我国就发明了酿酒技术,后经工艺的不断改善和发展,各种香型、浓度的酒以及含酒饮料不断面世,极大的丰富了酒文化。通常,依据制作方法的不同,酒分为蒸馏酒和非蒸馏酒两大类,前者可见于一般的白酒,后者为黄酒、葡萄酒等。研究表明,适当饮酒可促进血液循环,有通经活络,祛风湿等功效,还可和药同煎或与药液兑服;但是过量饮酒甚至酗酒,则容易引起人体肝脏损伤、胃溃疡等多种并发症并造成神经系统伤害,严重时会造成死亡。
酒精进入人体后,经消化系统在血液停留,直至酒精被肝脏分解或是随尿液排出体外。因此人们长期大量饮酒几乎无可避免地会导致肝脏的损伤,引起肝硬化。CN200810025697公开了一种醒酒护肝茶,主要由茶叶、柿饼、柑橘汁、灵芝、黄芪、白茅根、甘草和蜂蜜经科学方法制成,可醒酒解醉、解毒利尿,还可保肝护肾;CN200610021649.7提供了一种醒酒护肝可乐的制备方法—选用葛花、乌梅等中草药原生药材为原料,经精选、清洗、破碎、配料、提取、过滤、澄清、离心分离、调配、灭菌等工艺后,在无菌条件下灌装制成。
但上述饮品均存在解酒不及时、所需时间长的问题。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有的解酒保健品存在的解酒不及时、所需时间长的问题,本发明提供了一种解酒快速、所需时间短、见效快的用于解酒的固体组合物。选取具有解酒醒酒功能的中药材和低聚果糖、赤藓糖醇、玉米肽为主要原料,经科学有效地配合,配制出来的饮料具有解酒、护肝作用,而且口味酸甜可口,无中药味,极大地扩大了消费者的选择范围。

一种用于解酒的固体组合物,原料重量配比如下:
低聚果糖30-38份、赤藓糖醇25-30份、L-谷氨酰胺5-10份、玉米肽6-8份、葛根粉4-8份、枳椇子2-5份、山楂5-10份、酸梅3-5份、二氧化硅1.0-1.5份、甜菊糖0-0.28份。

赤藓糖醇天热、零热值,以赤藓糖醇替代蔗糖作为甜味剂添加于饮料,大大降低了饮料的热值;低血糖反应和非致龋齿特性使得糖尿病人、肥胖病人和龋齿患者也可放心饮用;同时赤藓糖醇具有较强的遮蔽异味功能,与中药混合后,能明显降低中药的后苦味、中药味。
L-谷氨酰胺可保持和增加组织细胞内的GSH(谷胱甘肽,可抑制乙醇侵害肝脏所产生的脂肪肝)储备,提高机体抗氧化能力,达到保护肝脏的目的。
玉米肽是从玉米中提取的蛋白质,经过定向酶切及特定小肽分离技术获得的小分子多肽物质。能抑制胃对酒精的吸收,增加体内乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,促进酒精在体内的代谢和排出,从而达到抑制酒精中毒作用;玉米肽中除含降血压小肽外,其它的小肽具有抗疲劳、保肝、提高机体免疫力等功能。
葛根主治伤寒温热、头痛项强(颈僵)、烦热消渴、泄泻、痢疾、麻疹不透、高血压、心绞痛、耳聋等证。
枳椇子清热利尿。
山楂酸甘,能助消化,具有养肝去脂功效。
酸梅低糖高酸,生津止渴,可益肝养胃、提神醒脑。
二氧化硅作为抗结剂可用于蛋粉,奶粉,可可粉,可可脂,糖粉,植脂性粉末,速溶咖啡,粉状汤料。
甜菊糖是天然低热量甜味剂,味感近似白糖,甜度约为蔗糖的150~300倍,其热值仅为蔗糖的1/300,摄入人体后不被吸收,不产生热量,是糖尿病和肥胖病患者适用的甜味剂。而且甜菊糖与富含有机酸的酸梅、含苹果酸的山楂一同使用时,对甜菊糖本身的后味有消杀作用,可起到矫味、提高甜菊糖甜味质量的有益效果。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的解酒固体饮料根据中国传统中药的不同作用机理及其之间的协同作用,选取四种药食同源中药-葛根粉、枳椇子、山楂、酸梅,四种高科技产品-低聚果糖、赤藓糖醇、L-谷氨酰胺、玉米肽和国家允许的食品添加剂精心研制而成。饮酒后服用可加速降低血液中的酒精含量,促进酒精在体内的代谢和排出;降低肝损伤,避免乙醇侵害肝脏产生脂肪肝,有护肝保肝功效;
2、本发明解酒固体饮料制备方法简单,成本低;配伍合理,酸甜可口;而且由于创新性地添加赤藓糖醇,不仅给产品带来了清凉的甜味口感,而且可以遮蔽中草药的后苦味、中药味道等,极大地扩展了消费人群,具有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步阐述。
实施例1
低聚果糖30份、赤藓糖醇30份、L-谷氨酰胺5份、玉米肽8份、葛根粉4份、枳椇子5份、山楂5份、酸梅5份、二氧化硅1.0份、甜菊糖(视情况而定,最多不超过0.28份)。将上述原料混合均匀,经高温灭菌处理后,进行包装,包装规格:每袋7g。
实施例2
低聚果糖38份、赤藓糖醇25份、L-谷氨酰胺10份、玉米肽6份、葛根粉8份、枳椇子2份、山楂10份、酸梅3份、二氧化硅1.5份、甜菊糖(视情况而定,最多不超过0.28份)。将上述原料混合均匀,经高温灭菌处理后,进行包装,包装规格:每袋7g。
实施例3
低聚果糖35份、赤藓糖醇28份、L-谷氨酰胺8份、玉米肽7份、葛根粉6份、枳椇子4份、山楂7份、酸梅4份、二氧化硅1.3份、甜菊糖(视情况而定,最多不超过0.28份)。将上述原料混合均匀,经高温灭菌处理后,进行包装,包装规格:每袋7g。
饮酒前或后服用1-2袋,温开水冲服。
对比实施例1
L-谷氨酰胺5份、玉米肽8份、葛根粉4份、枳椇子5份、二氧化硅1.0份。将上述原料混合均匀,经高温灭菌处理后,进行包装。
解酒效果试验
下面通过试验例进一步阐述本发明醒酒效果。
1、试验中选取36名饮酒者,依据饮酒者情况将其分为三组:轻度饮酒者、中度饮酒者和重度饮酒者,每一组为12人;每一组又分为两组:试验组和对照组,每组6人,试验组和对照组无明显统计学差异。
试验组饮酒前或后服用实施例3制备得到的组合物,对照组自行解酒。试验结果如表1所示,结果表明,本解酒固体组合物有良好的解酒醒脑效果,并且无不良反应。

2、选取24名中度饮酒者,分为1、2、3、4组,4组无明显统计学差异,分别食用实施例1-3和对比实施例4制备得到的解酒固体组合物7g,解酒试验结果如表2所示。

上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受实施例的限制,其它任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所做的改变、修饰、组合、替代、简化均应为等效替换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于解酒的固体组合物,其特征在于原料重量配比如下:
低聚果糖30-38份、赤藓糖醇25-30份、L-谷氨酰胺5-10份、玉米肽6-8份、葛根粉4-8份、枳椇子2-5份、山楂5-10份、酸梅3-5份、二氧化硅1.0-1.5份、甜菊糖0-0.28份;
饮酒前或后服用7-14g,温开水冲服。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体组合物,其特征在于原料重量配比如下:
低聚果糖30份、赤藓糖醇30份、L-谷氨酰胺5份、玉米肽8份、葛根粉4份、枳椇子5份、山楂5份、酸梅5份、二氧化硅1.0份、甜菊糖0-0.28份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固体组合物,其特征在于原料重量配比如下:
低聚果糖38份、赤藓糖醇25份、L-谷氨酰胺10份、玉米肽6份、葛根粉8份、枳椇子2份、山楂10份、酸梅3份、二氧化硅1.5份、甜菊糖0-0.28份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固体组合物,其特征在于原料重量配比如下:
低聚果糖35份、赤藓糖醇28份、L-谷氨酰胺8份、玉米肽7份、葛根粉6份、枳椇子4份、山楂7份、酸梅4份、二氧化硅1.3份、甜菊糖0-0.28份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的固体组合物,其特征在于将原料混合均匀,灭菌后包装。
