本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体公开一种用于解酒的富氢中药组合物、食品、保健食品、富氢解酒片及其制备方法。所述用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:富氢原料:100‑300份,玉米肽:200‑500份,青梅:200‑500份,葛根:100‑300份,山楂:100‑300份,佛手:100‑300份,枳椇子:30‑80份,菊粉:30‑70份。本发明采用清‑调‑补‑防四维度解酒方式,通过清‑清除酒精,调‑调节代谢,补‑修复肝脏机能,防‑防御法预防酒精对人体的持续性伤害,四效合一,深度调节饮酒对人体的综合性伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于解酒的富氢中药组合物、食品、保健食品、富氢解酒片及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国的酒文化源远流长,是中国文化不可或缺的一部分。有统计表明目前国内饮用白酒的年消费量估计已达到9亿箱,中国人年均啤酒、葡萄酒和烈酒的消费量达11.6升。餐桌上的饮酒行为在中国的社会生活中扮演着重要角色。但过量饮酒对人体健康造成的损害日益严重,人是否醉酒,取决于血液中乙醇的浓度。当血液中乙醇浓度在0.05%-0.1%时,开始对人的意识产生一定影响;而达到0.3%时,人就会口齿不清,步态蹒跚,进入酒醉状态;如果达到了0.7%,人就会有酒精中毒死亡的风险。对于乙醇的承受力,人与人的差异很大,这是由于胃肠吸收能力和肝脏的代谢处理能力不同所致。同时酒后行为失控也是造成社会不安定的因素之一。
为降低因饮酒造成的健康损害,目前国内已有多种解酒的配方及应用,但大多为饮酒后服用,且效果参差不齐,各类文献亦未见有明显解酒功效的证据报道。而且市面上常见的解酒药,会对肝脏、肾脏造成代谢负担而产生不同程度的伤害,甚至部分产品的成分刺激胃部,含有添加剂模糊药物本身功效。
发明内容
针对现有解酒产品解酒效果参差不齐,且增加人体肝脏代谢负担的问题,本发明提供一种用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。

为达到上述发明目的,本发明实施例采用了如下的技术方案:
一种用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:富氢原料:100-300份,玉米肽:200-500份,青梅:200-500份,葛根:100-300份,山楂:100-300份,佛手:100-300份,枳椇子:30-80份,菊粉:30-70份。
玉米肽是从玉米中提取的蛋白质,经过定向酶切及特定小肽分离技术获得的小分子多肽物质。含有高比例的丙氨酸和亮氨酸,摄入以内后能抑制胃对酒精的吸收,增加体内乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,促进酒精在体内的代谢和排出,从而达到抑制酒精中毒作用;玉米肽中除含降血压小肽外,其它的小肽具有抗疲劳、保肝、提高机体免疫力等功能。氢分子在此过程中,防止在代谢过程中产生的恶性自由基对机体的伤害。同时玉米肽中含有丰富的氨基酸,补充人体在大量饮酒后,机体蛋白质的过量代谢。
葛根促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防止酒精对肝脏的损伤。枳椇子清热利尿。山楂酸甘,能助消化,具有养肝去脂功效。佛手疏肝理气、和胃止痛、燥湿化痰。用于肝胃气滞,胸胁胀痛、胃脘痞满、食少呕吐、咳嗽痰多。
青梅含有丰富的柠檬酸、苹果酸和儿茶酸,儿茶酸能促进肠子蠕动和调理肠子,同时又有促进收缩肠壁的作用,柠檬酸和苹果酸的酸味能刺激唾液腺、胃腺等分泌消化液,促进消化,滋润肠胃,改善肠胃功能,并促进肠道的吸收。同时含有丙酮酸和齐墩果酸等活性物质对肝脏有保护作用,能提高肝脏的解毒功能,增强人体解食毒、水毒、血毒的能力,在饮酒之后,青梅与氢分子共同配合,促进内脏排毒,起到保护肝脏的作用。
富氢原料进入人体后可24小时持续释放氢分子,对饮酒后24小时进行持续化防护,并加速其他营养成分细胞的吸收率,预防饮酒引起的身体应激反应,造成的恶性自由基问题。
菊粉分子约由31个β-D-呋喃果糖和1~2个吡喃菊糖残基聚合而成,当食物经消化吸收后到达结肠,在肠道腐生菌的作用下,可产生许多有毒的代谢产物(如氨、亚硝胺、苯酚与甲苯酚、次级胆汁酸等),而菊粉在结肠被发酵产生的短链脂肪酸能够降低结肠pH,抑制腐生菌的生长,减少有毒产物的生成,减少其对肠壁的刺激。由于菊粉一系列代谢活动能抑制有毒物质产生,增加排便次数和重量,增加粪便酸度,对肝脏起到防护作用。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,具有以下优势:
(1)本发明的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物根据中国传统中药的不同作用机理及其之间的协同作用,选取四种药食同源中药-葛根粉、枳椇子、山楂、佛手,四种高科技产品富氢原料、青梅、菊粉、玉米肽精心研制而成。饮酒后服用可加速降低血液中的酒精含量,促进酒精在体内的代谢和排出;降低肝损伤,避免乙醇侵害肝脏产生脂肪肝,有护肝保肝功效。

步骤a、将玉米肽、青梅、葛根、山楂、佛手、枳椇子和菊粉,加水煎煮,将煎煮液过滤,减压浓缩,得到相对密度为1.08-1.12的稠膏;
步骤b、将所述稠膏与富氢原料搅拌混合,在7-8赫兹条件下,量子化处理12-24h,得到所述用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物的制备方法简单,成本低,且将原料进行量子化处理,使解酒组合物具有了符合人体频率的量子能量,将量子能带入全身各个器官,加速各器官细胞的频率向健康化改善,促进饮酒后身体各器官尤其是肝脏和肠胃迅速恢复机能。
具体地,优选地,所述步骤a中加水煎煮是以10-15倍质量的纯化水煎煮2-3次,每次2-3h。
优选地,所述步骤a中减压浓缩的真空度为-0.06Mpa~-0.08Mpa,温度为60~65℃。
优选地,所述富氢原料的制备方法为:
将珊瑚钙煅烧得到精致钙,其中煅烧条件为200-500℃,50-70min;
将精致钙在氢气气氛且无氧的条件下煅烧,煅烧条件为500-600℃,40-60min,氢气压力为1MPa-2MPa,煅烧后研磨,得到富氢原料。
进一步地,本发明还提供一种用于解酒的富氢食品,包括上述的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。
进一步地,本发明还提供一种用于解酒的富氢保健食品,包括上述的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。
优选地,所述保健食品是片剂、胶囊剂、液体制剂、粉剂、丸剂、膏剂或颗粒剂中的一种。
本发明用于解酒的富氢中药组合物在制备成保健食品时,除了包括有效的药物成分之外,还应包括制剂学上允许使用的载体如赋形剂和辅料。这些载体的作用是有助于有效成分加工成制剂,并且运载有效成分到体内作用部位。
为制备本发明用于解酒的富氢保健食品如片剂或胶囊,将本发明用于解酒的富氢中药组合物与药物载体混合,该载体为常用的制片剂或胶囊组分,如玉米淀粉、磷酸二钙、蔗糖、山梨醇、滑石、脂肪酸、硬脂酸镁、树胶、糊精和其他药用稀释剂。含有本发明用于解酒的富氢中药组合物的片剂可以包衣或复合,以提供达到延长药效作用的剂型。例如,该片剂可以包括内剂量组分和外剂量组分,后者把前者完全包覆。这两组分可以用肠溶层分隔,该肠溶层用于阻止在胃中分解和允许该内组分不受影响地进入十二指肠或延缓释放。多种载体可用作这类肠溶层或包衣,包括多种聚合酸或聚合酸的混合物,如虫胶、十六烷醇和醋酸纤维素。
本发明用于解酒的富氢保健食品亦可以制成液体制剂,如口服液或注射剂,包括水溶液、合适味道的糖浆、水或油混悬剂、带味道的乳剂(含有食用油如棉籽油、芝麻油、椰子油、花生油和其他赋形剂)。水混悬液的辅料或赋形剂包括合成自然树胶,如西黄芪胶、阿拉伯橡胶、藻酸盐、葡萄聚糖、羧甲基纤维素钠、甲基纤维素和白明胶。
进一步地,本发明还提供一种富氢解酒片,包括上述的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,还包括以下重量份数配比的原料:山梨糖醇:15-20份,麦芽糊精:10-20份,硬脂酸镁:1-2份,薄膜包衣剂:1-3份。
上述用于解酒的富氢中药组合物制备富氢解酒片,易于保存,更便于服用。
进一步地,本发明还提供一种富氢解酒片的制备方法,至少包括以下步骤:
将玉米肽、青梅、葛根、山楂、佛手、枳椇子和菊粉混合,以10-15倍质量的水煎煮2-3次,每次2-3h,将煎煮液过滤,在真空度为-0.06Mpa~-0.08Mpa,温度为60~65℃条件下减压浓缩,得到相对密度为1.08-1.12的稠膏;
将所述稠膏、富氢原料、麦芽糊精以200-300rpm的速度搅拌10-30min,得到预混料;
将所述预混料与体积浓度为75-85%的乙醇混合制得软材,且所述预混料与乙醇的质量比为10:(2-4),将所述软材过18目筛制粒、干燥、过16目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
将所述山梨糖醇、硬脂酸镁与所述颗粒进行总混处理,然后在7-8赫兹条件下,量子化处理12-24h,得到总混料;
将所述总混料压片,得到素片;
将所述薄膜包衣剂用纯化水溶解,配制8-12wt%的包衣液,将所述素片包衣,得到富氢解酒片。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
本发明实施例提供一种富氢解酒片,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:富氢原料:200份,玉米肽:300份,青梅:350份,葛根:150份,山楂:180份,佛手:200份,枳椇子:50份,菊粉:45份,山梨糖醇:18份,麦芽糊精:15份,硬脂酸镁:1.5份,薄膜包衣剂:3份。
其中,富氢原料的溶解氢的含量为1000ppb(将10g富氢原料溶于50mL水中),负电位为-500mV。
青梅的细度为100目;葛根的细度为80目;山楂的细度为30目;佛手的细度为10;所述玉米肽的分子量分布在300-1000Da之间,细度为50目;枳椇子的细度为100目;菊粉的细度为100目。
上述富氢解酒片的制备方法为:
将玉米肽、青梅、葛根、山楂、佛手、枳椇子和菊粉混合,以15倍质量的水煎煮3次,每次2h,将煎煮液过滤,在真空度为-0.06Mpa~-0.08Mpa,温度为65℃条件下减压浓缩,得到相对密度为1.12的稠膏;
将所述稠膏、富氢原料、麦芽糊精以300rpm的速度搅拌30min,得到预混料;
将所述预混料与体积浓度为85%的乙醇混合制得软材,且所述预混料与乙醇的质量比为10:3,将所述软材过18目筛制粒、干燥、过16目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
将所述山梨糖醇、硬脂酸镁与所述颗粒采用三维混合机,混合20min总混处理,在7-8赫兹条件下,量子化处理24h,得到总混料;
将所述总混料压片,得到素片;
将所述薄膜包衣剂用纯化水溶解,配制10wt%的包衣液,将所述素片包衣,得到富氢解酒片。
富氢解酒片每片1.2g,每次服用2-4片,饮酒前或饮酒后服用均可。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供一种富氢解酒胶囊,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:富氢原料:100份,玉米肽:500份,青梅:200份,葛根:200份,山楂:100份,佛手:100份,枳椇子:80份,菊粉:30份。
其中,富氢原料的溶解氢的含量为900ppb(将10g富氢原料溶于50mL水中),负电位为-400mV。
青梅的细度为50目;葛根的细度为100目;山楂的细度为10目;佛手的细度为100;所述玉米肽的分子量分布在300-1000Da之间,细度为100目;枳椇子的细度为50目;菊粉的细度为50目。
上述富氢解酒胶囊的制备方法为:
步骤a、将玉米肽、青梅、葛根、山楂、佛手、枳椇子和菊粉混合,以10倍质量的水煎煮3次,每次2.5h,将煎煮液过滤,在真空度为-0.06Mpa~-0.08Mpa,温度为60℃条件下减压浓缩,得到相对密度为1.08的稠膏;
步骤b、将所述稠膏与富氢原料搅拌混合,在7-8赫兹条件下,量子化处理24h,得到所述用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。
步骤c、将所述富氢中药组合物添加适当赋形剂和辅料,制备得到富氢解酒胶囊。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供一种富氢解酒颗粒,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:富氢原料:300份,玉米肽:200份,青梅:500份,葛根:300份,山楂:200份,佛手:200份,枳椇子:30份,菊粉:40份。
其中,富氢原料的溶解氢的含量为1000ppb(将10g富氢原料溶于50mL水中),负电位为-450mV。
青梅的细度为80目;葛根的细度为50目;山楂的细度为30目;佛手的细度为70;所述玉米肽的分子量分布在300-1000Da之间,细度为60目;枳椇子的细度为80目;菊粉的细度为70目。
上述富氢解酒颗粒的制备方法为:
步骤a、将玉米肽、青梅、葛根、山楂、佛手、枳椇子和菊粉混合,以12倍质量的水煎煮2次,每次3h,将煎煮液过滤,在真空度为-0.06Mpa~-0.08Mpa,温度为62℃条件下减压浓缩,得到相对密度为1.11的稠膏;
步骤b、将所述稠膏与富氢原料搅拌混合,在7-8赫兹条件下,量子化处理12h,得到所述用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。
步骤c、将所述富氢中药组合物添加适当赋形剂和辅料,制备得到富氢解酒颗粒。
实施例4
本发明实施例提供一种富氢解酒口服液,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:富氢原料:150份,玉米肽:400份,青梅:400份,葛根:100份,山楂:300份,佛手:300份,枳椇子:40份,菊粉:70份。
其中,富氢原料的溶解氢的含量为1000ppb(将10g富氢原料溶于50mL水中),负电位为-500mV。
青梅的细度为70目;葛根的细度为100目;山楂的细度为60目;佛手的细度为30;所述玉米肽的分子量分布在300-1000Da之间,细度为50目;枳椇子的细度为100目;菊粉的细度为50目。
上述富氢解酒口服液的制备方法为:
步骤a、将玉米肽、青梅、葛根、山楂、佛手、枳椇子和菊粉混合,以13倍质量的水煎煮2次,每次3h,将煎煮液过滤,在真空度为-0.06Mpa~-0.08Mpa,温度为64℃条件下减压浓缩,得到相对密度为1.10的稠膏;
步骤b、将所述稠膏与富氢原料搅拌混合,在7-8赫兹条件下,量子化处理18h,得到所述用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。
步骤c、将所述富氢中药组合物添加适当赋形剂和辅料,制备得到富氢解酒口服液。
对比例1
本发明实施例提供一种富氢解酒片,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:富氢原料:200份,玉米肽:300份,甘草:350份,葛根:150份,山楂:180份,佛手:200份,枳椇子:50份,菊粉:45份,山梨糖醇:18份,麦芽糊精:15份,硬脂酸镁:1.5份,薄膜包衣剂:3份。
上述富氢解酒片的制备方法如实施例1所述,不在赘述。
对比例2
本发明实施例提供一种富氢解酒片,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:富氢原料:200份,玉米肽:300份,青梅:350份,灵芝:150份,山楂:180份,佛手:200份,枳椇子:50份,菊粉:45份,山梨糖醇:18份,麦芽糊精:15份,硬脂酸镁:1.5份,薄膜包衣剂:3份。
上述富氢解酒片的制备方法如实施例1所述,不在赘述。
试验例1
试验中选取36名饮酒者,依据饮酒者情况将其分为三组:轻度饮酒者、中度饮酒者和重度饮酒者,每一组为16人;每一组又分为两组:试验组和对照组,每组8人,试验组和对照组无明显统计学差异。
试验组饮酒前或后服用实施例1制备得到的组合物,对照组自行解酒。试验结果如表1所示,结果表明,本发明制备的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,解酒速度快,有良好的解酒醒脑效果,并且无不良反应。

试验例2
选取30名中度饮酒者,分为1、2、3、4、5、6组,6组无明显统计学差异,分别食用实施例1-4和对比例1-2制备得到的解酒的富氢中药组合物,解酒试验结果如表2所示。
其中实施例1及对比例1-2分别服用解酒片3片。实施例2-4分别服用4g。

从表2可以看出,本发明制备的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物根据中国传统中药的不同作用机理及其之间的协同作用,饮酒后服用可加速降低血液中的酒精含量,促进酒精在体内的代谢和排出;降低肝损伤,避免乙醇侵害肝脏产生脂肪肝,有护肝保肝功效。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数配比的原料:富氢原料:100-300份,玉米肽:200-500份,青梅:200-500份,葛根:100-300份,山楂:100-300份,佛手:100-300份,枳椇子:30-80份,菊粉:30-70份。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,其特征在于:所述富氢原料的粒径为1-100微米;和/或
所述富氢原料的溶解氢的含量为900-1000ppb,负电位为-400mV~-500mV。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,其特征在于:所述青梅的细度为50-100目;和/或
所述葛根的细度为50-100目;和/或
所述山楂的细度为10-100目;和/或
所述佛手的细度为10-100目;和/或
所述玉米肽的分子量分布在300-1000Da之间,细度为50-100目;和/或
所述枳椇子的细度为50-100目;和/或
所述菊粉的细度为50-100目。
4.一种用于解酒的富氢中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:至少包括以下步骤:
步骤a、将玉米肽、青梅、葛根、山楂、佛手、枳椇子和菊粉加水煎煮,将煎煮液过滤,减压浓缩,得到相对密度为1.08-1.12的稠膏;
步骤b、将所述稠膏与富氢原料搅拌混合,在7-8赫兹条件下,量子化处理12-24h,得到所述用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤a中加水煎煮是以10-15倍质量的水煎煮2-3次,每次2-3h;和/或
所述步骤a中减压浓缩的真空度为-0.06Mpa~-0.08Mpa,温度为60~65℃;和/或
所述富氢原料的制备方法为:
将珊瑚钙煅烧得到精致钙,其中煅烧条件为200-500℃,50-70min;
将精致钙在氢气气氛且无氧的条件下煅烧,煅烧条件为500-600℃,40-60min,氢气压力为1MPa-2MPa,煅烧后研磨,得到富氢原料。
6.一种用于解酒的富氢食品,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。
7.一种用于解酒的富氢保健食品,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的用于解酒的富氢保健食品,其特征在于:所述保健食品是片剂、胶囊剂、液体制剂、粉剂、丸剂、膏剂或颗粒剂中的一种。
9.一种富氢解酒片,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于解酒的富氢中药组合物,还包括以下重量份数配比的原料:山梨糖醇:15-20份,麦芽糊精:10-20份,硬脂酸镁:1-2份,薄膜包衣剂:1-3份。
10.如权利要求9所述的富氢解酒片的制备方法,其特征在于:至少包括以下步骤:
将玉米肽、青梅、葛根、山楂、佛手、枳椇子和菊粉混合,以10-15倍质量的水煎煮2-3次,每次2-3h,将煎煮液过滤,在真空度为-0.06Mpa~-0.08Mpa,温度为60~65℃条件下减压浓缩,得到相对密度为1.08-1.12的稠膏;
将所述稠膏、富氢原料、麦芽糊精以200-300rpm的速度搅拌10-30min,得到预混料;
将所述预混料与体积浓度为75-85%的乙醇混合制得软材,且所述预混料与乙醇的质量比为10:(2-4),将所述软材过18目筛制粒、干燥、过16目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
将所述山梨糖醇、硬脂酸镁与所述颗粒进行总混处理,然后在7-8赫兹条件下,量子化处理12-24h,得到总混料;
将所述总混料压片,得到素片;
将所述薄膜包衣剂用纯化水溶解,配制8-12wt%的包衣液,将所述素片包衣,得到富氢解酒片。
