目前市场上的饮料种类繁多,如碳酸饮料、果汁、水果茶、花茶、咖啡、牛奶、奶茶等,这些饮料因含有多种营养成份,具有不同的功能,而深受人们的喜爱。牛奶与茶的融合,就产生了奶气茶香的奶茶。在中国、印度、英国、新加坡、马来西亚、以及台湾、香港、澳门等世界各地都有奶茶的芳香。如印度奶茶,以加入玛萨拉的特殊香料闻名;香港奶茶则以丝袜奶茶著称;台湾的珍珠奶茶也独具特色。奶茶兼具牛奶和茶的双重营养,是家常美食之一,风行世界。现在市场上出售的奶茶种类繁多,风味各异,但有的奶茶中则含有香精、甜蜜素、糖精等各种化学添加剂,长期、大量饮用对身体有一定的不良影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是公开一种不含任何化学添加剂、营养健康、口感丰富的樱花奶茶;本发明还将公开这种樱花奶茶的制造方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
本发明樱花奶茶,是由下述以重量份计的原料制成:
樱花20~40份、仙草20~40份、椰子汁30~50份、红茶30~50份、鲜牛奶400~600份、水300~400份、蜂蜜20~40份。
各原料的优选重量配比为:
樱花25~35份、仙草25~35份、椰子汁35~45份、红茶35~45份、鲜牛奶450~550份、水320~380份、蜂蜜25~35份。
各原料的最佳重量配比为:
樱花30份、仙草30份、椰子汁40份、红茶40份、鲜牛奶500份、水350份、蜂蜜30份。
本发明樱花奶茶的制造方法,包括下述步骤:
1)取20~40重量份樱花、20~40重量份仙草、放入300~400重量份水中小火煮沸,过滤,得到混合汁液;
2)取所得的混合汁液加入30~50重量份红茶、400~600重量份鲜牛奶,混合均匀,小火煮沸,然后向其中加入30~50重量份椰子汁、20~40重量份蜂蜜,混合均匀,得到樱花奶茶。

实施例2
1)取40重量份樱花、40重量份仙草、放入400重量份水中小火煮沸,过滤,得到混合汁液;
2)取所得的混合汁液加入50重量份红茶、600重量份鲜牛奶,混合均匀,小火煮沸,然后向其中加入50重量份椰子汁、40重量份蜂蜜,混合均匀,得到樱花奶茶。
实施例3
1)取30重量份樱花、30重量份仙草、放入350重量份水中小火煮沸,过滤,得到混合汁液;
2)取所得的混合汁液加入40重量份红茶、500重量份鲜牛奶,混合均匀,小火煮沸,然后向其中加入40重量份椰子汁、30重量份蜂蜜,混合均匀,得到樱花奶茶。
Claims (4)
1.一种樱花奶茶,其特征在于是由下述以重量份计的原料制成:
樱花20~40份、仙草20~40份、椰子汁30~50份、红茶30~50份、鲜牛奶400~600份、水300~400份、蜂蜜20~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的樱花奶茶,其特征在于各原料的重量配比为:
樱花25~35份、仙草25~35份、椰子汁35~45份、红茶35~45份、鲜牛奶450~550份、水320~380份、蜂蜜25~35份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的樱花奶茶,其特征在于各原料的重量配比为:
樱花30份、仙草30份、椰子汁40份、红茶40份、鲜牛奶500份、水350份、蜂蜜30份。
4.一种樱花奶茶的制造方法,其特征在于它包括下述步骤:
1)取20~40重量份樱花、20~40重量份仙草、放入300~400重量份水中小火煮沸,过滤,得到混合汁液;
2)取所得的混合汁液加入30~50重量份红茶、400~600重量份鲜牛奶,混合均匀,小火煮沸,然后向其中加入30~50重量份椰子汁、20~40重量份蜂蜜,混合均匀,得到樱花奶茶。
