Abstract

Description
本发明是中国国家申请号为200980125696.8、国际申请号为PCT/EP2009/055843、国际申请日为2009年5月14日的同名发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动工具机,其包括接口,该电动工具机能够经由该接口与蓄电池组机械连接和电连接。
背景技术
通常,生产商为这种电动工具机提供有各种结构尺寸和/或额定电压的不同的电池组,其中,每一个蓄电池组基于其结构尺寸、额定电压和/或功率而配属于特定类型的电动工具机。通常也提供各种蓄电池电池,例如镍镉电池(NiCd)、镍氢电池(NiMh)和锂离子电池(Li-Ion)。锂离子电池组基于其高功率密度而被广泛使用。所使用的或可供使用的各个蓄电池组的额定电压和容量通常决定了电动工具机的功率和运行时间。
现有技术的缺陷在于,用当前可供使用的蓄电池组无法有效地驱动能量需求大且必要时也在短时间内需要有极高功率峰值的电动工具机,例如大型角磨机或链锯。此外,当超过一定的容量时,对锂离子电池组在运输安全性和操作上有特别规定。因此,这样大的锂离子电池组对经济性造成不利影响。
发明内容
因此本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新型的独立于电网供电的电动工具机,在该电动工具机中,用当前可供使用的蓄电池组有效地实现了一种能量需求大、功率峰值高和/或运行时间得到延长的运行。
该技术问题通过一种带接口的电动工具机解决,电动工具机经由所述接口可以与蓄电池组机械连接和电连接,其中,设置了联接装置,该联接装置可以经由接口与电动工具机机械连接和电连接。联接装置具有至少一个用于与第一蓄电池组连接的第一蓄电池接口,以及具有用于与第二蓄电池组连接的第二蓄电池接口。
因此本发明提供了两个或更多的蓄电池组来运行单个电动工具机,从而可以延长其运行时间和/或增大其功率。在此,联接装置允许为电动工具机专门配备一个或多个蓄电池组。因此也可以用两个或多个蓄电池组来运行最初并未被生产商设计成用多于一个的蓄电池组驱动的电动工具机。规定用大功率的蓄电池组驱动的电动工具机现在也可选例如用两个或多个同样类型的功率减弱的蓄电池组运行。
在此,电动工具机的概念不局限于手持式电动工具,而是也包括例如割草机或台式系统,如大型立锯。
联接装置优选具有联接接口,该联接接口可以与电动工具机的接口机械连接和电连接。第一和第二蓄电池组优选各具有一个连接接口,第一和第二蓄电池组可以经由该连接接口选择性地与联接装置的第一和第二蓄电池接口或电动工具机的接口机械连接和电连接。第一和第二蓄电池组优选具有一致的结构尺寸、额定电压和/或容量。
设置在联接装置上的蓄电池接口因此优选对应设置在电动工具机上的接口,从而在用仅一个第一或第二蓄电池组运行时,该第一或第二蓄电池组也可以直接连接到电动工具机上。电动工具机因此按照本发明也可以无联接装置地运行。
按照一种实施形式,第一和第二蓄电池组具有不同的结构尺寸、额定电压和/或容量。
因此电动工具机可以经由联接装置与蓄电池组机械连接和电连接,所述蓄电池组起初并不设置用于运行电动工具机,而是用于在电动工具机运行时能够提高功率和/或延长运行时间。
联接装置尤其也具有至少一个控制装置,该控制装置允许有针对性地控制经由联接装置联接的蓄电池元件,以便例如依次利用、同时驱动这些蓄电池元件,或均匀地使这些蓄电池元件放电。
联接装置因此优选可以设计用于并联第一和第二蓄电池组。
因此电动工具机的使用时间可以延长。此外,可以通过平行的放电达到各个蓄电池组的更小的负荷以及因而更小的自放热,从而可以提高蓄电池组的使用寿命。此外,电动工具机通过平行的放电还可以提供比使用单独的蓄电池组时更高的电流。
作为备选,联接装置设计用于串联第一和第二蓄电池组。
因此电动工具机可以用更大的电压驱动。
以此方式能够有利地将单个蓄电池的能量含量保持在危险阈值之下,但同时又能驱动明显需要更高能量的设备。
按照一种实施形式,联接装置具有切换设备。该切换设备设计用于,在电动工具机运行时选择性地与第一或第二蓄电池组导电连接。切换设备优选是一种能人工操作的开关。
从而在电动工具机的运行中可以根据第一或第二蓄电池组的载荷状态来进行这二者之间的切换,以便因此延长电动工具机的运转时间。
本文开头所述的问题也通过一种用于电动工具机的联接装置解决。电动工具机具有接口,电动工具机可以经由该接口与蓄电池组机械连接和电连接。联接装置可以经由接口与电动工具机机械连接和电连接,并且具有至少一个用于与第一蓄电池组连接的第一蓄电池接口以及具有用于与第二蓄电池组连接的第二蓄电池接口。

具体实施方式
图1示出了带壳体12的电动工具机10,壳体上设有手柄16和接口14。电动工具机10为独立于电网供电而可以经由接口14与蓄电池组20机械连接和电连接。在图1中,电动工具机10例如设计为充电式起子钻。但要指出的是,本发明不局限于充电式起子钻,更确切地说,可以应用于用蓄电池驱动的不同的电动工具机,例如钻锤、角磨机或更大型的,尤其非手持的电动工具,如割草机。
蓄电池组20具有连接接口22,该连接接口带有用于在电动工具机10的接口14中导引或卡锁蓄电池组20的导引或卡锁元件28、29,接口14具有相应的导轨或对接卡锁元件18、19,它们与导引或卡锁元件28、29配合作用,以便在电动工具机10和蓄电池组20之间建立起机械连接。为在蓄电池组20和电动工具机10之间建立起电连接,在蓄电池组20的连接接口22上设接触元件27,这些接触元件接触相应的连接触头17,这些连接触头在图1中位于接口14的底侧,因而仅用虚线示出。
在电动工具机10开始运行前,将蓄电池组20沿箭头25的方向推入壳体12中,并且锁止在该壳体中,此时在接头14的连接触头17与连接接口22的接触元件27之间自动建立起电连接。为了取出蓄电池组20,例如可以通过按压释放按钮11来解除卡锁。
接着可以用公知的方式来使用电动工具机10。要指出的是,电动工具机10、接口14、蓄电池组20以及连接接口22的结构和功能已在现有技术中充分公开,因而不再赘述。
按照本发明的一种实施形式,设联接装置30,其能够代替蓄电池组20地经由接口14与电动工具机10机械连接和电连接。为此,联接装置30具有联接接口32,该联接接口与连接接口22至少兼容以及优选基本上结构相同,并且具有导引或卡锁元件38、39和接触元件37,从而可以省去对联接接口32的进一步说明。与此相应,联接装置30为了与电动工具机10机械连接和电连接而和上文针对蓄电池组20所作说明类似地沿箭头35方向推入壳体12并锁止在该壳体中。
联接装置30按照一种机械适配器的样式设计,并且具有至少一个用来与第一蓄电池组60连接的第一蓄电池接口40以及具有用来与第二蓄电池组70连接的第二蓄电池接口50。但本发明并不局限于两个蓄电池接口。更确切地说,例如根据相关电动工具机的壳体大小可以实现带三个或更多蓄电池接口的适配器。用于起子钻的适配器例如可以具有两个蓄电池接口,而用于割草机的适配器则具有四个蓄电池接口。
按照本发明的一种实施形式,联接装置30设计用于并联蓄电池组60、70。因此电动工具机10可以在一种运行模式中相继使用蓄电池组60、70,由此延长电动工具机10的运行时间。在另一种运行模式中,可以通过同时使用两个蓄电池组60、70在峰值负荷时实现实质上更高的功率。通过同时使两个蓄电池组60、70放电也可以提高电动工具机10的连续的功率,从而用联接装置30也能够在电动工具机中也实现独立于电网的供电,所述电动工具机用当前可供使用的蓄电池组无法合理地驱动,例如在大型角磨机或链锯中。
按照本发明另一种有利的实施形式,联接装置30设计用于串联蓄电池组60、70。因此电动工具机10可以用更大的电压驱动。
按照联接装置30的实施形式,该联接装置不仅实现了让电动工具机10同时使用蓄电池组60、70,还实现了在一个合用的充电器接口上同时或相继给蓄电池组60、70充电。这简化了尤其在多个蓄电池组情况下的充电过程。
蓄电池接口40、50优选设计成与接口14基本上结构相同。例如,蓄电池接口40有导轨或对接卡锁元件48、49以及连接触头47。因此此处可以省去对蓄电池接口40、50的进一步说明。
按照本发明的一种实施形式,蓄电池组60、70具有一致的结构尺寸、额定电压和/或容量。作为备选,蓄电池组60、70也具有不同的结构尺寸、额定电压和/或容量。
蓄电池组60、70具有连接接口62、72,它们按照本发明的一种实施形式设计成与蓄电池组20的连接接口22基本上结构相同。例如,蓄电池组70的连接接口72具有导引元件或卡锁元件78、79以及接触元件77。因此此处可以省去对连接接口62、72的进一步说明。因此蓄电池组60、70可以选择性地与蓄电池接口40、50或与电动工具机10的接口14连接。为与蓄电池接口40、50机械连接和电连接,蓄电池组60或70与上文参考蓄电池组20所作说明类似地朝箭头65或75的方向推入联接装置30中以及卡锁在该联接装置中。需要指出的是,参考图1说明了一种实施例,在该实施例中,连接接口62、72设计成彼此基本上结构相同且与蓄电池组20的连接接口22基本上结构相同。但同样可以将连接接口62、72设计成不同的,以便因此例如在电动工具机10中使用不同生产商的蓄电池组。
由图1可知,联接装置30可以具有切换设备90。该切换设备设计用于在电动工具机10运行时选择性地与蓄电池组60、70中的一个导电地连接。切换设备90可以通过电动工具机10的适当的控制装置实现。在图1中例如示出了能人工操纵的开关80,例如翻转开关,来实现切换设备90。
在本发明的框架内可以对电动工具机10和联接装置30作多种更改和修正。例如,可以取代联接装置30在电动工具机10的壳体12上设置多个接口来容纳多个蓄电池组。此外,联接装置30上的其中一个蓄电池接口40、50可以是被动接口,也就是说,一个没有接触元件的接口,其仅用于容纳备用蓄电池组。
Claims (10)
1.一种电动工具机,包括接口(14),该电动工具机能够经由该接口与蓄电池组(20)机械连接和电连接,其特征在于,设置了联接装置(30),所述联接装置能够经由所述接口(14)与所述电动工具机机械连接和电连接,其中所述联接装置(30)具有至少一个用于与第一蓄电池组(60)连接的第一蓄电池接口(40)以及至少一个用于与第二蓄电池组(70)连接的第二蓄电池接口(50),其中所述联接装置(30)被构造用于将至少第一和第二蓄电池组(60、70)串联。
2.按权利要求1所述的电动工具机,其特征在于,所述联接装置(30)具有联接接口(32),该联接接口能够与所述电动工具机的接口(14)机械连接和电连接。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的电动工具机,其特征在于,至少第一和第二蓄电池组(40、50)分别具有连接接口(62、72),所述至少第一和第二蓄电池组(60、70)能够经由该连接接口选择性地与至少第一和第二蓄电池接口(40、50)或所述电动工具机的接口(14)连接。
4.按前述权利要求之一所述的电动工具机,其特征在于,至少第一和第二蓄电池组(60、70)具有一致的结构尺寸、额定电压和/或容量。
5.按权利要求1至3之一所述的电动工具机,其特征在于,至少第一和第二蓄电池组(60、70)具有不同的结构尺寸、额定电压和/或容量。
6.按前述权利要求之一所述的电动工具机,其特征在于,所述联接装置(30)被构造用于将至少第一和第二蓄电池组(60、70)并联。
7.按权利要求6所述的电动工具机,其特征在于,所述联接装置(30)具有切换设备(90),该切换设备被构造用于使所述电动工具机在运行中选择性地与至少第一或至少第二蓄电池组(60、70)导电连接。
8.按权利要求7所述的电动工具机,其特征在于,所述切换设备(90)是能够人工操纵的开关(80)。
9.按前述权利要求1至8之一所述的电动工具机,其特征在于,所述联接装置具有多于两个的蓄电池接口(40)以用于与多于两个的蓄电池组(60、70)连接。
10.一种用于具有至少一个接口(14)的电动工具机(10)的联接装置,该电动工具机能够经由该接口与至少一个蓄电池组(20)机械连接和电连接,其特征在于,所述联接装置能够经由至少一个接口(14)与所述电动工具机(10)机械连接和电连接,其中所述联接装置(30)具有至少一个用于与第一蓄电池组(60)连接的第一蓄电池接口(40)以及至少一个用于与第二蓄电池组(70)连接的第二蓄电池接口(50)。
