次に、第3の実施の形態について説明する。この第3の実施の形態となるレシプロソー10Bは、図17~図22に示すとおりの構成となっている。すなわち、図17の斜視図では、第3の実施の形態のレシプロソー10Bの斜め後側の外観を示している。図18の斜視図では、図17に示すレシプロソー10Bの他の外観を示している。図19の側面図では、図17に示すレシプロソー10Bを側面視している。図20の平面図では、図17に示すレシプロソー10Bを後側から視ている。図21の平面図では、図17に示すレシプロソー10Bを上側から視ている。図22の平面図では、図17に示すレシプロソー10Bを下側から視ている。
次に、上記した第1~第3の実施の形態とは相違する第4および第5の実施の形態について図23~図33を参照しながら説明する。なお、以下に説明する第4および第5の実施の形態のレシプロソー10C,10Dは、上記した第1~第3の実施の形態のレシプロソー10~10Bと比較して、充電式バッテリ80a,80bをスライド装着させた状態でも、レシプロソー自体の左右幅の大きさが小さくなるように考えられたものである。
次に、上記した第4の実施の形態のレシプロソー10Cの変形例となる第5の実施の形態のレシプロソー10Dについて説明する。この第5の実施の形態となるレシプロソー10Dは、図28~図33に示すとおりの構成となっている。すなわち、図28の斜視図では、第5の実施の形態のレシプロソー10Dの斜め後側の外観を示している。図29の斜視図では、図28に示すレシプロソー10Dの他の外観を示している。図30の側面図では、図28に示すレシプロソー10Dを側面視している。図31の平面図では、図28に示すレシプロソー10Dを後側から視ている。図32の平面図では、図28に示すレシプロソー10Dを上側から視ている。図33の平面図では、図28に示すレシプロソー10Dを下側から視ている。
次に、本発明に係る第6の実施の形態について説明する。なお、この第6の実施の形態のレシプロソー10Eは、上記した第1の実施の形態のレシプロソー10と比較して、バッテリ装着部60の配設構成のみが相違するものとなっている。このため、以下に説明する第6の実施の形態のレシプロソー10Eにあっては、上記した第1の実施の形態のレシプロソー10のうち、バッテリ装着部60の配設構成のみを説明するものとして、上記した第1の実施の形態と同一に構成される箇所については、上記した第1の実施の形態にて付した符号と同一の符号を図面に付し、その説明については省略するものとする。
次に、本発明に係る第7の実施の形態について説明する。なお、この第7の実施の形態のレシプロソー10Fは、上記した第1の実施の形態のレシプロソー10と比較して、バッテリ装着部60の配設構成のみが相違するものとなっている。このため、以下に説明する第7の実施の形態のレシプロソー10Fにあっては、上記した第1の実施の形態のレシプロソー10のうち、バッテリ装着部60の配設構成のみを説明するものとして、上記した第1の実施の形態と同一に構成される箇所については、上記した第1の実施の形態にて付した符号と同一の符号を図面に付し、その説明については省略するものとする。

- 切断刃が取り付けられる出力軸を有し、該出力軸を往復動させることにより取り付けられた切断刃にて被切断材を切断する切断工具であって、
前記出力軸が前端から突き出される工具本体は、充電式バッテリからの供給電力によりモータ軸を回転駆動させる電動モータと、該モータ軸の回転駆動を前記出力軸の往復動に変換する往復動変換機構と、を備え、
前記工具本体の外装をなすハウジングには、前記充電式バッテリを装着可能とするバッテリ装着部が2つ設けられており、
前記2つのバッテリ装着部のそれぞれは、スライドさせることにより装着されるスライド装着タイプの充電式バッテリに対応した、スライド装着タイプのバッテリ装着部として構成される、切断工具。 - 請求項1に記載の切断工具において、
前記工具本体の後部には、手握りされるハンドル部を有するグリップハウジングが設けられており、
