背景技术
DE198 07 411 B4描述了为管通道的用于车辆通风装置的空气流动通道,其具有由形状稳定的和形状弹性的塑料泡沫制成的壳,所述壳在纵向边缘处利用边缘凸缘彼此贴靠连接,其中,在空气流动通道的至少一个管口处,为了稳定并且在其沿轴向方向的延续部分中安置有由聚丙烯或聚乙烯制成的至少一个联接接管和/或至少一个联接接片。

发明内容

在用于车辆通风装置的空气流动通道的情况下,一密封元件在空气流动通道的至少一个管口处材料锁合地布置在口边缘的区域中,其中,所述密封元件能够借助于熔融过程或热焊接方法以如下方式布置在管口的口边缘的区域中或能够以如下方式施加到所述空气流动通道上,即,所述密封元件的被熔融的材料与所述空气流动通道的被加热的材料接合。由此,空气流动通道和至少一个密封元件连接成一体式的构件,从而使得该构件的装配更加容易。

在一个可能的实施方式中,空气流动通道由聚烯烃(Polyolefin)形成,尤其是由聚烯烃泡沫形成,例如由聚乙烯或聚丙烯形成。这样的材料特别适于局部的加热。

每个管口6包括一口边缘2,在图4和图5中所示的另外的空气流动通道12可耦接所述口边缘2。在未示出的实施变型方案中,其它要在空气流动通道1上联接的构件,例如通风开口和/或通风格栅可布置在所述口边缘2处。 
根据本发明,密封元件7在空气流动通道1的至少一个管口6处以材料锁合的方式布置在口边缘2的区域中。在此,密封元件沿着管口6在空气流动通道1中沿径向环绕地延伸。 
在图1中所示的第一实施变形方案中,密封元件7在空气流动通道1中在口边缘2的区域中布置于内侧。 
在未示出的第二实施变形方案中,密封元件7在外侧在口边缘2的区域中布置在空气流动通道1上。 
密封元件7由一发泡的和/或弹性的塑料形成,其中,所述密封元件7有利地由一热塑性弹性体形成,尤其是由所谓的热塑性弹性体泡沫形成。 
图2示意性地示出在口边缘2的区域中在空气流动通道1的纵向伸展部的方向上沿着图1中所示的截面边缘II-II的截面视图。 
图3示意性地示出密封元件7的不同的横截面变型方案。密封元件7可具有圆形或多角形的横截面,并且例如构造有圆形横截面8、三角形横截面9或方形横截面10。 
与横截面变型方案无关地,密封元件7可构造为实心型材或构造为中空型材11。 
在制造期间,可由一热塑性弹性体形成的密封元件7通过常规的熔融过程材料锁合地施加在空气流动通道1上。 
在此,一机器人沿着空气流动通道1的口边缘2导向一常规的挤出喷嘴,而同时,口边缘2在待施加的密封元件7的区域中局部地通过热空气来加热。密封元件7的被熔融的材料与空气流动通道1的被加热的材料接合并且由此构造一连接部,该连接部在短时间之后已是固态的。所述连接部有利地如此强或能够机械负载,使得密封元件7可同时用作固定元件。 
图4示意性地示出第一空气流动通道1布置在另一空气流动通道12上的第一实施变形方案。在此,第一空气流动通道1的口边缘2的外直径与另一空气流动通道12的口边缘2的外直径相比扩大,从而使得空气流动通道1、12可在端部侧上彼此交错地推移。为了密封彼此交错推移的空气流动通道1、12,密封元件7在内侧上布置在第一空气流动通道1的口边缘2处。当空气流动通道1、12彼此交错地推移时,弹性密封元件7以如下方式变形,即,所述弹性密封元件形状锁合和/或力锁合地贴靠在另一空气流动通道12的外侧面上,以及将所述空气流动通道1、12的内部空间相对于周围环境密封。 
图5示意性地示出第一空气流动通道1布置在另一空气流动通道12上的第二实施变形方案。这基本上相应于根据图4的第一实施变形方案,其区别之处在于:倒钩式成型部13布置在另一空气流动通道12的口边缘2处。该倒钩式成型部13包括升高区段14以及区段15,口边缘2的外直径在该升高区段14的走向上扩大,区段15布置成与口边缘2的表面成直角或接近直角,所述区段15在构造了凸肩16的情况下连接口边缘2的被扩 大的外径与所述表面。 
在空气流动通道1、12的已装配状态下,密封元件7在构造了形状锁合的情况下保持在凸肩16上。

Claims (12)

1.用于车辆通风装置的空气流动通道(1),其中,一密封元件(7)在所述空气流动通道(1)的至少一个管口(6)处材料锁合地布置在一口边缘(2)的区域中,其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)能够借助于熔融过程或热焊接方法以如下方式布置在所述管口(6)的所述口边缘(2)的区域中或能够以如下方式施加到所述空气流动通道(1)上,即,所述密封元件(7)的被熔融的材料与所述空气流动通道(1)的被加热的材料接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气流动通道(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)由弹性塑料形成并且所述空气流动通道(1)由热塑性塑料形成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气流动通道(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)由发泡塑料形成。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的空气流动通道(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)由热塑性弹性体形成。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的空气流动通道(1),由聚烯烃制造,尤其是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯制造。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的空气流动通道(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)沿着所述管口(6)沿径向环绕地在所述空气流动通道(1)内延伸。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的空气流动通道(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)在内侧上或在外侧上布置在所述口边缘(2)的区域中。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的空气流动通道(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)具有圆形或多角形的横截面。
9.根据前述权利要求之一所述的空气流动通道(1),其特征在于,所述密封元件(7)构造为中空型材。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的空气流动通道(1),其特征在于由两个半壳构成的两件式结构。
11.用于制造用于车辆通风装置的空气流动通道(1)的方法,其特征在于,一密封元件(7)在所述空气流动通道(1)的至少一个管口(6)上以如下方式借助于熔融过程而材料锁合地施加在一口边缘(2)的区域内,即,所述密封元件(7)的被熔融的材料与所述空气流动通道(1)的被加热的材料接合。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述空气流动通道(1)通过热空气在待施加的所述密封元件(7)的区域中被局部地加热,并且,沿着所述口边缘(2)施加、尤其是浇注所述密封元件(7)的被熔融的材料。
