背景技术

发明内容
在具体实施方式中所公开的实施方式包括光纤设备总成，所述光纤设备总成包括在设备框架中支撑U大小光纤模块的非U宽度大小的外壳，以及实施方式包括相关方法。非U宽度大小的外壳可以经配置以容纳U大小光纤模块，并且因此增加用于增加在光纤网络中提供给用户的带宽的一定数量可用光纤连接。

图11为由至少一个光纤模块引导件123接收的至少一个U大小光纤模块54的三者（3）的近视图，所述至少一个光纤模块引导件123附接到至少一个光纤设备支撑部件68上。至少一个光纤设备支撑部件68可以被设置在至少一个光纤设备支撑部件引导件118的至少一个间隙122中。至少一个U大小光纤模块54的相邻部件的中心之间的距离D2为U大小的以及U分数的单位距离，因为，例如，至少一个U大小光纤模块的至少一个整数可以被设置在单个U单位高度内。在图11中，至少一个U大小光纤模块54的三者（3）可以被设置在单个U单位高度内，如距离D3所表示。
图12描绘了光纤设备总成48(2)的另一个实施方式。与图5A的实施方式不同，至少一个U大小光纤模块54可以设置成在D3所标明的单个单位高度内沿第二水平方向A3彼此相邻。在光纤设备总成48(2)中，至少一个光纤设备总成48(2)、至少一个光纤设备支撑部件118(2)可以附接到第一壁62的横杆部分112上，并且至少一个光纤设备支撑部件118(2)的另一者可以附接到第二壁64的横杆部分114上。因此，与图5A中所示的光纤设备总成48的九十六（96）个相对，光纤设备总成48(2)可以容纳一百四十四（144）个光纤连接56。此外，其他外部组件几乎与图13中所描绘的相同。
继续参考图5A的实施方式，公开了安装光纤设备的方法。此方法可以包含提供非U宽度大小的外壳58，所述外壳包括形成内部空腔66的壳体60。该方法还可以包括将至少一个光纤设备支撑部件68设置在内部空腔66内。至少一个光纤设备支撑部件68可以经配置以支撑至少一个U大小光纤模块54。该方法还可以包括将至少一个U大小光纤模块54设置在至少一个光纤设备支撑部件68内，所述光纤设备支撑部件设置在内部空腔66内。至少一个U大小光纤模块54可以具有一定的高度尺寸，其中至少一个U大小光纤模块54的至少三者可以设置在单个U单位高度D3内（参见图11）。非U宽度大小的外壳58可以具有单个U单位高度的非整数倍的高度H1。
该方法还可以包含将至少一个光纤设备支撑部件68设置在至少一个光纤设备支撑部件引导件118内。随后，至少一个光纤设备支撑部件68可以被固定在壳体60的内部空腔66内。
此外，该方法还可以包含将至少一个光纤设备支撑部件引导件118固定到内部空腔66内的第一壁62和第二壁64中的至少一者上。接着，至少一个光纤设备支撑部件68可以被接收到至少一个光纤设备支撑部件引导件118到中，其中壳体60包含第一壁62和第二壁64。
至少一个U大小光纤模块54可以被接收到至少一个光纤模块引导件123中，其中至少一个光纤设备支撑部件68的每一者可以包含至少一个光纤模块引导件123。
在该方法中，多个U大小光纤模块的每一者的中心可以按U分数单位距离D2隔开，并且至少一个U大小光纤模块54可以包含多个U大小光纤模块。

Claims (10)

设置在所述内部空腔内的光纤设备支撑部件，所述光纤设备支撑部件经配置以支撑U大小光纤模块；以及
设置在所述光纤设备支撑部件内的所述U大小光纤模块，所述光纤设备支撑部件设置在所述内部空腔内，所述U大小光纤模块具有一定高度尺寸，其中所述U大小光纤模块的三者可以设置在单个U单位高度内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光纤设备总成，其中所述非U宽度大小的外壳具有所述单个U单位高度的非整数倍的高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光纤设备总成，其中所述光纤设备支撑部件设置在光纤设备支撑部件引导件内，所述光纤设备支撑部件引导件被固定在所述壳体的内部空腔内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光纤设备总成，其中所述光纤设备支撑部件包含至少一个光纤模块引导件，所述至少一个光纤模块引导件经配置以接收所述U大小光纤模块中的至少一个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光纤设备总成，其中所述U大小光纤模块包含按U分数单位距离隔开的所述U大小光纤模块的每一者的中心。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光纤设备总成，其中所述非U宽度大小的外壳经配置以支撑所述U大小光纤模块，从而提供超过七十二(72)个光纤连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光纤设备总成，其中所述非U宽度大小的外壳经配置以支撑所述U大小光纤模块，从而提供超过九十六(96)个光纤连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的光纤设备总成，其中所述壳体包含第一壁和第二壁。
9.根据权利要求8所述的光纤设备总成，其进一步包含至少一个光纤设备支撑部件引导件并且接收所述至少一个光纤设备支撑部件，所述至少一个光纤设备支撑部件引导件在所述内部空腔内被固定到所述第一壁和所述第二壁中的至少一者上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的光纤设备总成，其中所述至少一个光纤设备支撑部件的每一者包含至少一个光纤模块引导件，所述至少一个光纤模块引导件经配置以接收所述U大小光纤模块中的至少一个。
