本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种鲜虾香菇玉米卷。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种鲜虾香菇玉米卷,由以下重量份原料组成:玉米粉400-420、藕粉80-100、小麦面粉100-120、虾肉50-60、虾皮25-30、香菇25-30、豆腐50-60、香葱末30-40、生姜末15-20、人参8-10、黄精6-7、山药8-10、陈皮9-10、柚子皮8-10、红豆叶5-6、石榴叶5-6、橄榄油50-60、可乐150-160、白砂糖适量、食盐适量、水适量。
一种鲜虾香菇玉米卷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将虾肉、虾皮、香菇、豆腐、香葱末、生姜末置于锅中,加入所述可乐,加热熬煮60-70分钟,将锅中所有物料取出,打成浆汁备用;
(2)将人参、黄精、山药、陈皮、柚子皮、红豆叶、石榴叶用5-10倍量的水,加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将玉米粉、藕粉、小麦面粉、中药粉混合,加入步骤1中的浆汁、橄榄油、适量的水、适量的白砂糖、食盐,不断搅拌,和成面团后,做成玉米卷,置于锅中,蒸熟即可。

一种鲜虾香菇玉米卷,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:玉米粉400、藕粉80、小麦面粉100、虾肉50、虾皮25、香菇25、豆腐50、香葱末30、生姜末15、人参8、黄精6、山药8、陈皮9、柚子皮8、红豆叶5、石榴叶5、橄榄油50、可乐150、白砂糖适量、食盐适量、水适量。

(1)将虾肉、虾皮、香菇、豆腐、香葱末、生姜末置于锅中,加入所述可乐,加热熬煮60-70分钟,将锅中所有物料取出,打成浆汁备用;

1.一种鲜虾香菇玉米卷,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:玉米粉400-420、藕粉80-100、小麦面粉100-120、虾肉50-60、虾皮25-30、香菇25-30、豆腐50-60、香葱末30-40、生姜末15-20、人参8-10、黄精6-7、山药8-10、陈皮9-10、柚子皮8-10、红豆叶5-6、石榴叶5-6、橄榄油50-60、可乐150-160、白砂糖适量、食盐适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种鲜虾香菇玉米卷的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将虾肉、虾皮、香菇、豆腐、香葱末、生姜末置于锅中,加入所述可乐,加热熬煮60-70分钟,将锅中所有物料取出,打成浆汁备用;
(2)将人参、黄精、山药、陈皮、柚子皮、红豆叶、石榴叶用5-10倍量的水,加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将玉米粉、藕粉、小麦面粉、中药粉混合,加入步骤1中的浆汁、橄榄油、适量的水、适量的白砂糖、食盐,不断搅拌,和成面团后,做成玉米卷,置于锅中,蒸熟即可。
