本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种虾皮千张卷及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种虾皮千张卷,由以下重量份原料制成:千张300-320、五花肉40-50、苋菜50-60、紫茄子20-30、薏米10-15、糯米40-50、虾皮8-10、荷叶粉6-8、鹿茸4-6、灵芝5-6、淫羊藿4-5、山药4-6、杜仲5-6、麦瓶草1-2、大果藤黄1-2、蜂蜜20-25、茴香粉4-6、莳落籽粉3-5、牛蒡酱10-15、营养粉8-10、鸡肉皮适量、食盐适量、水适量:
营养粉,由以下重量份原料制成:玛咖粉8-10、咖喱草5-7、百里香4-5、鱼胶粉10-13、麦麸35-40、绿茶10-12、莲子8-10、蜂蜜50-60、蜂王浆16-18、水适量;
营养粉的制备方法:将玛咖粉、咖喱草、百里香用5-10倍量的水提取,将所得提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
将麦麸、绿茶、莲子放入超微粉机中制成超微粉,与步骤1中粉末、蜂蜜、蜂王浆合并,放入冷冻干燥器中冷冻干燥,再制成冻干粉,即得营养粉。

(1)将荷叶粉倒入锅中,加入适量水,煮沸后将千张放入锅中泡软,捞出千张沥干水备用;
(2)将苋菜、紫茄子洗净,切碎备用;将薏米、糯米洗净,与苋菜、紫茄子混匀后放入锅中,加适量水,蒸熟,得到蔬菜饭备用;
(3)将鹿茸、灵芝、淫羊藿、山药、杜仲、麦瓶草、大果藤黄用5-9倍量的水提取,将所得提取物喷雾干燥,得到药粉备用;
(4)将千张平铺开,将虾皮炒熟,磨成虾皮粉,与蔬菜饭、药粉与原料中除水、鸡肉皮外的其他物料合并,搅拌后均匀摊放在千张上,卷成千张卷,切成小块后,用鸡肉皮包好,放在烤箱中烤至出香即可。

1.一种虾皮千张卷,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:千张300-320、五花肉40-50、苋菜50-60、紫茄子20-30、薏米10-15、糯米40-50、虾皮8-10、荷叶粉6-8、鹿茸4-6、灵芝5-6、淫羊藿4-5、山药4-6、杜仲5-6、麦瓶草1-2、大果藤黄1-2、蜂蜜20-25、茴香粉4-6、莳落籽粉3-5、牛蒡酱10-15、营养粉8-10、鸡肉皮适量、食盐适量、水适量:
所述营养粉,由以下重量份原料制成:玛咖粉8-10、咖喱草5-7、百里香4-5、鱼胶粉10-13、麦麸35-40、绿茶10-12、莲子8-10、蜂蜜50-60、蜂王浆16-18、水适量;
