鞋楦50可具有传统的鞋楦结构,并且具有大体上脚的形状以及脚踝部分。如图9A中的取向,鞋楦50的对应于脚的下表面的部分面向上,鞋楦50的对应于脚的上表面的部分面向下,鞋楦50的对应于脚趾面的部分朝向左上,并且鞋楦50的对应于脚跟面的部分朝向右下。参照图10A,图示了穿过鞋楦50的对应于脚的前脚区域的部分的剖视图。虽然鞋楦50图示为具有实体心结构,但是鞋楦50也可由多个可动元件形成,所述多个可动元件改变鞋楦50的整体形状。
鞋面30现在放置在鞋楦50上,如图9B和10B中所示,并且覆盖鞋楦50的区域。更特别地,鞋面30覆盖鞋楦50的对应于脚的外侧和内侧、脚的上表面和脚跟区域的部分。但是在该制造工艺的步骤中,鞋楦50的对应于脚的下表面的部分露出。即,外周边缘34在鞋面30中形成孔或开口,其露出鞋楦50的对应于脚的下表面的部分。
当鞋面30放置在鞋楦50上时,楦鞋元件40靠近鞋面30的下部区域设置,如图9C和10C中所示。然后楦鞋元件40被固定到鞋面30的下部区域,其形成图9D和10中所示的周边边缘34。虽然可使用多种方法来将楦鞋元件40与鞋面30的下部区域结合,但是可使用缝合、热粘合、粘合剂粘合或这些方法的组合中的每一种。而且,楦鞋元件40被固定到鞋面30的下部区域,以使(a)带41中的一个与鞋面30的外侧从前脚区域11到脚跟区域13结合,以及(b)带41中的另一个与鞋面30的内侧15从前脚区域11到脚跟区域13结合。另外需说明的是,带41图示为与周边边缘34重叠,从而(a)带41中的每一个的一部分紧贴鞋面30的表面设置,并且(b)带41中的每一个的另一部分从周边边缘34向外延伸,但是可使用多种其他结构。
在制造工艺的该步骤处,鞋面30以相对松的方式延伸在鞋楦50上方。参照图10D,例如,由于鞋面30在鞋楦50上的松的装配结构,因此不同的间隙形成在鞋面30和鞋楦50之间。但是为了围绕鞋楦50收紧鞋面30,拉动线42或以其他方式使线42张紧,如图9E和10E中所示。通过张紧线42,鞋面30被拉动紧贴鞋楦50的表面,以引导鞋面30呈现鞋楦50的形状。即,张紧线42引导鞋面30内的鞋腔呈现脚的形状。假设线42延伸通过带41,并且能够移动或滑动通过带41,则张紧线42还具有将带41沿基本上鞋面30的整个长度拉动彼此更靠近的作用。因此,通常张紧带42具有(a)围绕鞋楦50收紧鞋面30和(b)拉动带41彼此更靠近的作用。
在张紧带42之后,鞋底结构20被靠近楦鞋元件40和鞋面30的下部区域设置,如图9F和10F中所示。然后将鞋底结构20固定到楦鞋元件40和鞋面30的下部区域,如图9G和10G中所示。虽然可使用多种方法来将鞋底结构20与楦鞋元件40和鞋面30的下部区域结合,但是可使用缝合、热粘合、粘合剂粘合或这些方法的组合中的每一种。当鞋底结构20被固定时,鞋10可从鞋楦50取下,如图9H中所示。可任选地,线42也可通过脚踝开口31从鞋10取下。即,线42可从带41移开,并且从由鞋面30形成的鞋腔去除,该鞋腔为之前设置鞋楦50处。而且,内衬垫23可设置在由鞋面30形成的鞋腔内,从而基本上完成鞋10的制造。
根据上面的讨论,鞋10可通过大体上包括将鞋面30的至少一部分设置在鞋楦50上的过程制造。然后将楦鞋元件40固定到鞋面30,该楦鞋元件40可以之前通过编织成具有单一编织结构形成。更特别地,(a)带41中的一个与鞋面30的外侧14从前脚区域11到脚跟区域13结合,以及(b)带41中的另一个与鞋面30的内侧15从前脚区域11到脚跟区域13结合。然后将线42张紧来围绕鞋楦50收紧鞋面30,并且鞋底结构20结合到楦鞋元件40和鞋面30中的一个或两者。
进一步的结构
包括楦鞋元件40的鞋10的各方面以及用于鞋的制造工艺可改变。参照图2,例如,楦鞋元件40具有其中带41的端部区域未结合并且彼此间隔开的结构。作为替代,图11A图示了其中端部区域结合的结构。图2的结构还图示出楦鞋元件40为单个部件,其基本上延伸穿过鞋10的整个长度。但是在一些结构中,可在鞋10的不同区域中设置单独的楦鞋元件40。例如,图11B图示了其中三个单独的楦鞋元件40设置在区域11-13中的每一个中的结构。使用楦鞋元件40的一个优点是将士多宝(strobel)内衬从制造工艺和最终的鞋去除。虽然楦鞋元件40有效地取代了士多宝内衬,但是一些制造工艺可能在鞋10的至少一部分中使用类似的结构。参照图11C,例如,楦鞋元件40设置在前脚区域11中,但是士多宝内衬51延伸通过区域12和13。
参照图5A以及图10D和10E,带41图示为与周边边缘34重叠,从而(a)带41中的每一个的一部分紧贴鞋面30的表面设置,并且(b)带41中的每一个的另一部分从周边边缘34向外延伸。楦鞋元件40关于周边边缘34的设置可改变。在进一步的结构中,带41可固定到鞋面30,以使(a)基本上所有带41紧贴鞋面30的表面设置,如图12A中所示,(b)带41临近鞋面30的相对表面设置,如图12B中所示,和(c)带41的边缘34结合到周边边缘34,如图12C中所示。还应注意的是,图12A-12C中没有图示出线42,从而线42可在制造工艺的后面的步骤中去除。因此,带41结合到鞋面30的方式可改变。
与楦鞋元件40相关的多个方面也可改变。例如参照图13A,两根线42穿过带41中的每一个,并且在带41之间彼此相交。作为另一个示例,多根线42可沿带41的长度设置,如图13B中所示。该结构的优点是,线42可在制造过程中独立张紧。除了与线42相关的改变,带41也可与上面所讨论的结构不同。作为示例,图13C图示了其中宽度44沿带41的长度改变的结构。更特别地,宽度44在带41的中部区域相对较小,并且在端部区域中变大。因此楦鞋元件40的特征和结构可改变。
编织部件
编织部件60图示在图14中,并且可形成另一个鞋面或鞋面30的大部分。当结合到鞋面30中时,编织部件60沿外侧14和内侧15在前脚区域11上并且绕脚跟区域13延伸通过区域11-13中的每一个。另外,编织部件60可形成鞋面30的内表面和相对的外表面。这样,编织部件60限定鞋面40内的鞋腔的至少一部分。
编织部件60包括多个管61,其中设置鞋带62。这样,编织部件60具有类似于2008年12月18日提交到美国专利商标局的名称为ArticleofFootwearHavingAnUpperIncorporatingAKnittedComponent的美国专利申请序列号12/338,726中公开的编织部件的结构,该申请以引用的方式并入本文中。另外,编织部件60包括线63,其交替地穿过编织部件60的下部周边边缘的相对侧,以在侧部或下部周边边缘之间形成w状结构。以该方式,线63的一部分在部件60的侧部和下部周边边缘之间形成w状结构,这也可描述为形成锯齿状或波浪状结构。
在鞋10或包括编织部件60的其他鞋类物件的制作过程中,线63可张紧来将编织部件60的表面拉动紧贴鞋楦。因此,和线42一样,线63可被用于在鞋10的楦鞋过程中引导编织部件60呈现鞋楦50的形状。即,张紧线63引导编织部件60内的鞋腔呈现脚的形状。假设线63延伸穿过编织部件60的侧部或下部周边边缘,并且能够移动或滑动通过侧部或下部周边边缘,则张紧线64还具有将侧部或下部周边边缘沿编织部件60的基本上整个长度拉动彼此更靠近的作用。因此,通常张紧线63具有(a)围绕鞋楦50收紧编织部件60和(b)拉动编织部件60的侧部或下部周边边缘彼此更靠近的作用。当张紧时,鞋底结构可固定到编织部件60,并且线63可从编织部件60去除。
可使用多种制造工艺来形成编织部件60,包括横编工艺,其赋予单一的编织结构。当通过横编工艺形成时,编织部件60在一次操作中形成来包括管61、鞋带62和线63,通常通过横编机进行,但是手工编织也是可能的。使用横编工艺来制造编织部件60的优点是,可通过横编工艺赋予编织部件60多种特征。即,横编工艺可形成编织部件60,从而具有例如(a)多种编织类型,其赋予编织部件60的单独的区域不同的性能,(b)多种纱线类型,其赋予编织部件60的单独的区域不同的性能,(c)重叠的编织层,其形成管61,(d)设置于管61中的例如鞋带62等材料,和(e)交替通过编织部件60的相对侧或下部周边边缘的线63。这样,横编工艺可用于基本上形成具有不同性能和结构特征的编织部件60,这对于鞋10是有利的。
上面和附图中通过参照多种结构对本发明有所公开。但是公开的目的是提供与本发明相关的各种特征和概念的示例,而不是限制本发明的范围。相关领域的技术人员将意识到,可对上面描述的结构做出多种变形形式和修改形式而不偏离本发明的由所附权利要求限定的范围。

Claims (23)

1.一种制造鞋类物件的方法,该方法包括:
装配鞋类物件的鞋面的至少一部分,鞋面具有下部周边边缘;
提供楦鞋元件,该楦鞋元件已独立于鞋面预先形成,该楦鞋元件包括:(a)第一带,(b)第二带,其与第一带间隔开,和(c)至少一股线,其延伸通过第一带和第二带;
将楦鞋元件固定到鞋面,其中固定楦鞋元件还包括(a)结合第一带到鞋面的与下部周边边缘邻接的外侧,(b)结合第二带到鞋面的邻接下部周边边缘的内侧,和(c)其中所述至少一股线布置为通过第一带和第二带以在鞋面的外侧和鞋面的内侧之间延伸;
张紧所述至少一股线;和
将鞋类物件的鞋底结构结合到鞋面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将楦鞋元件固定到鞋面的步骤包括将第一带和第二带从鞋面的脚跟区域延伸到前脚区域。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将线张紧的步骤包括沿鞋面的基本上整个长度将第一带和第二带拉动彼此靠近。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将鞋底结构结合到鞋面的步骤包括将鞋底结构结合到下部周边边缘、第一带和第二带。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括形成具有单一编织结构的楦鞋元件以使得第一带、第二带和所述至少一股线是单件元件的步骤。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,形成楦鞋元件的步骤包括横编工艺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括形成楦鞋元件的步骤,以使所述线交替穿过第一带和第二带,并且在第一带和第二带之间形成W形结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括在将与鞋底结构相关联的外底结合到鞋面的步骤之后将所述线从楦鞋元件去除的步骤。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括将鞋面设置在具有脚的形状的鞋楦上的步骤,并且其中,张紧所述线的步骤包括围绕鞋楦收紧鞋面。
10.一种制造鞋类物件的方法,该方法包括:
将鞋类物件的鞋面的至少一部分放置在鞋楦上,鞋面具有下部周边边缘;
提供楦鞋元件,该楦鞋元件已独立于鞋面预先形成,该楦鞋元件包括:(a)第一带,(b)第二带,其与第一带间隔开,和(c)至少一股线,其延伸通过第一带和第二带;
在鞋楦上放置鞋面的步骤之后,将楦鞋元件固定到鞋面,其中固定楦鞋元件还包括(a)结合第一带到鞋面的与下部周边边缘邻接的外侧,(b)结合第二带到鞋面的邻接下部周边边缘的内侧,和(c)其中至少一股线延伸穿过第一带和第二带并且在第一带和第二带之间形成W状结构以在鞋面的外侧和鞋面的内侧之间延伸;
张紧所述线以围绕鞋楦收紧鞋面;和
将鞋类物件的鞋底结构结合到鞋面。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,将楦鞋元件固定到鞋面的步骤包括将第一带和第二带从鞋面的脚跟区域延伸到前脚区域。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,将线张紧的步骤包括沿鞋面的基本上整个长度将第一带和第二带拉动彼此靠近。
13.根据权利要求10所述的方法,还包括形成具有单一编织结构的楦鞋元件以使得第一带、第二带和所述至少一股线为单件元件的步骤。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,形成楦鞋元件的步骤包括横编工艺。
15.根据权利要求10所述的方法,还包括形成楦鞋元件的步骤,以使所述线交替穿过第一带和第二带。
16.根据权利要求10所述的方法,还包括在将与鞋底结构相关联的外底结合到鞋面的步骤之后将线从楦鞋元件去除的步骤。
17.一种制造鞋类物件的方法,该方法包括:
形成具有单一编织结构的楦鞋元件,所述楦鞋元件包括(a)一对织物带,和(b)穿过织物带并且在织物带之间形成W状结构的至少一股线,该楦鞋元件的单一编织结构使得该对织物带和该至少一股线为单件元件;
将鞋类物件的鞋面的至少一部分放置在鞋楦上,该鞋面独立于该楦鞋元件形成;
在鞋面已被放置在鞋楦上后,将楦鞋元件固定到鞋面;
张紧所述线以围绕鞋楦收紧鞋面;和
将鞋类物件的鞋底结构结合到鞋面。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,形成楦鞋元件的步骤包括横编工艺。
19.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,将楦鞋元件固定到鞋面的步骤包括将织物带结合到鞋面的下部周边边缘的相对的侧部。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,将楦鞋元件固定到鞋面的步骤还包括将带从鞋面的脚跟区域延伸到前脚区域。
21.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,将所述线张紧的步骤包括沿鞋面的基本上整个长度将织物带拉动彼此靠近。
22.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,将鞋底结构结合到鞋面的步骤包括将鞋底结构结合到鞋面和织物带。
23.根据权利要求17所述的方法,还包括在将与鞋底结构相关联的外底结合到鞋面的步骤之后将所述线从楦鞋元件去除的步骤。
