技术领域
本发明涉及颜料组合物。
背景技术
通常在液态介质中分散颜料而成的颜料分散液普遍的做法为,掺混颜料、水、有机溶剂、树脂、其它添加剂等,使用分散器进行分散处理。特别是用于制备喷墨记录用颜料油墨的颜料分散液,是使用水溶性高分子化合物、表面活性剂等分散剂,将颜料分散于液态介质中进行制备的。所制备的颜料油墨为了确保保存稳定性、排出稳定性等,要求高度的分散性(凝集稳定性和沉降稳定性)。颜料油墨的凝集稳定性和沉降稳定性主要由所使用的分散剂的性能决定。
迄今为止已尝试非离子、阴离子型表面活性剂,具有亲水性嵌段和疏水性嵌段的嵌段共聚物,含有树脂粒子的树脂乳状液等各种分散剂(参照专利文献1、2)。但是,现有的分散剂不可用做药品添加剂和食品添加剂,或即使可使用也难以适宜的粘度分散颜料。即,若增加分散剂粘度来确保颜料油墨的凝集稳定性和沉降稳定性,则引起油墨粘度升高,热位差(thermal head)情况下产生焦糊等问题,难以使油墨的稳定性与作为油墨的性能并存。因此,尚无可以喷墨方式对药品等的片剂进行印字的技术的报告。
需说明的是,虽然报告有含有着色剂和作为药品添加剂和食品添加剂的酸性粘多糖类的水性油墨(专利文献3),但在制备颜料油墨时,仍如既往地使用阴离子类或非离子类表面活性剂等颜料分散剂作为分散剂。

发明内容
本发明的课题在于提供:可用于药品等的、分散性优异的颜料组合物。
本发明人为解决上述问题而深入研究的结果发现,通过相对于1重量份的颜料掺混0.1重量份以上的硫酸软骨素或其盐,可良好地分散颜料,从而完成本发明。
即,本发明为:
(1) 颜料组合物,其为含有颜料和硫酸软骨素或其盐的颜料组合物,其特征在于,硫酸软骨素或其盐的含量相对于1重量份的颜料为0.1重量份以上。
(2) (1)中记载的颜料组合物,其中,颜料为铝色淀。
(3) 含有(1)或(2)中记载的颜料组合物的药品印刷用油墨。
本发明的颜料组合物的颜料分散性优异。
具体实施方式
作为本发明的颜料分散剂使用的硫酸软骨素为由鲨鱼、鲑等鱼类提取获得的纯化物,具有如下结构:在以D-葡萄糖醛酸和N-乙酰基-D-半乳糖胺的二糖为重复结构单元的聚合物中,该N-乙酰基-D-半乳糖胺上键合有硫酸基。另外,硫酸软骨素的盐例如可列举出硫酸软骨素钠、硫酸软骨素钙,但优选使用硫酸软骨素钠。硫酸软骨素或其盐的含量相对于1重量份的颜料为0.1重量份以上,优选为0.1~5重量份,更优选为0.1~2重量份。从分散性的观点出发,需要含有0.1重量份以上,但若含量过多,则粘度增加,例如作为喷墨用油墨使用时导致排出不良,所以优选含有5重量份以下。
硫酸软骨素钠为根据硫酸基的位置的A~E的多种结构的混合物,特别是N-乙酰基-D-半乳糖胺的4位、6位上连接有硫酸的4-硫酸软骨素(亦称硫酸软骨素A)、6-硫酸软骨素(硫酸软骨素C)为主要成分。例如,可使用Maruha Nichiro Foods, Inc. ((株)マルハニチロ食品)制的局外规(日本药局方外医药品规格,Japanese Pharmaceutical Codex)硫酸软骨素钠(注射用·滴眼用(鲨鱼)、内服用(鲨鱼)、内服用(鲨鱼·猪))、生化学工业(株)制的局外规硫酸软骨素钠(N级、ND级)等。
在本发明中,尽管不使用现有的阴离子类或非离子类表面活性剂等作为颜料的分散剂,但通过使用硫酸软骨素或其盐,可获得分散性优异的颜料组合物。
本发明中使用的颜料的种类无特殊限定,若示例出代表性的物质,则可列举出碳黑、药用炭、二氧化钛、三氧化二铁、黄色三氧化二铁、黑氧化铁、碳酸钙等无机类颜料。另外,可列举出属于食用焦油色素的红色2号(别名苋菜红(Amaranth))、红色3号(别名藻红(Erythrosine))、红色102号(别名新胭脂红(New Coccine))、红色104号(别名焰红B (Phloxine B))、红色105号(别名玫瑰红(Rose Bengal))、红色106号(别名酸性红(Acid Red))、黄色4号(别名柠檬黄(Tartrazine))、黄色5号(别名日落黄FCF (Sunset Yellow FCF))、绿色3号(别名固绿FCF (Fast Green FCF))、蓝色1号(别名亮蓝FCF (Brilliant Blue FCF))、蓝色2号(别名靛胭脂(Indigo Carmine))、红色227号(别名坚牢酸性品红(Fast Acid Magenta))、红色230号的(1) (别名曙红YS (Eosine YS))、红色230号的(2) (别名曙红YSK (Eosine YSK))、红色231号(别名焰红BK (Phloxine BK))、红色232号(别名玫瑰红K (Rose Bengal K))、橙色205号(别名橙色II (Orange II))、橙色207号(别名黄藻红NA (Erythrosine Yellowish NA))、黄色202号的(1) (别名荧光素钠(Uranine))、黄色202号的(2) (别名荧光素钠K (Uranine K))、黄色203号(别名喹啉黄WS (Quinoline Yellow WS))、绿色201号(别名茜素花青绿F (Alizarine Cyanine Green F))、绿色204号(别名溶剂绿7(Pyranine Conc))、绿色205号(别名亮绿SF黄(Light Green SF Yellowish))、蓝色205号(别名子种绿FG (Alphazurine FG))、褐色201号(别名间苯二酚棕(Resorcin Brown))、红色401号(别名紫胺R (Violamine R))、红色502号(别名丽春红3R (Ponceau 3R))、红色503号(别名丽春红R (Ponceau R))、红色504号(别名丽春红SX (Ponceau SX))、红色506号(别名固红S (Fast Red S))、橙色402号(别名橙色I (Orange I))、黄色402号(别名普拉黄5G (Polar Yellow 5G))、黄色403号的(1) (别名萘酚黄S (Naphthol Yellow S))、黄色406号(别名间胺黄(Metanil Yellow))、黄色407号(别名坚牢浅黄3G (Fast Light Yellow 3G))、绿色402号(别名基尼绿B (Guinea Green B))、紫色401号(别名酸性蒽醌紫(Alizurol Purple))、黑色401号(别名萘酚蓝黑(Naphthol Blue Black))的铝色淀等可用于药品等的色素。这些颜料相对于本发明的颜料组合物优选以0.1~20%重量的范围掺混。
本发明的颜料组合物可用作油墨、涂料。另外,本发明的颜料组合物,颜料的分散性优异,对凝集和沉降稳定,因此特别可适合用作喷墨用油墨。另外,在本发明中由于使用硫酸软骨素或其盐作为分散剂,所以可通过使用可口服的颜料,制成可口服的颜料组合物。即,可用作例如药品等的片剂的印刷用油墨。
本发明的颜料组合物可通过以下方法制备:事先将硫酸软骨素或其盐添加于液态介质中然后添加颜料,或在将液态介质与颜料混合后添加硫酸软骨素或其盐,使用高压匀质机、球磨机、混砂机、砂磨机及珠磨机之类的分散器来分散颜料。
上述液态介质优选水或水与水溶性有机溶剂的混合溶剂。作为水溶性有机溶剂,例如可列举出甲醇、乙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、叔丁醇、正丙醇、イン丙醇(インプロピルアルコール)等醇类,二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺等酰胺类,丙酮、甲乙酮等酮类,四氢呋喃、二噁烷、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇乙醚、二甘醇甲醚、二甘醇乙醚、三甘醇单甲醚、三甘醇单乙醚等醚类,乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、1,2,6-己三醇、硫二甘醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、甘油、双甘油、聚甘油等多元醇类,N-甲基吡咯烷酮、1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮等。
本发明的颜料组合物中可根据需要添加水溶性树脂、有机胺、表面活性剂、pH调节剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、粘度调节剂、消泡剂等。
以下通过实施例和比较例对本发明进行具体说明,但本发明的范围不受这些实施例限定。
实施例
实施例1
将10g的蓝色2号铝色淀粉碎分散液、1g的硫酸软骨素钠、15g的甘油、74g的纯化水搅拌混合,制得颜料组合物。
这里所使用的蓝色2号铝色淀粉碎分散液使用向90g的纯化水中添加10g的蓝色2号铝色淀并使用高压匀质机粉碎而成的分散液。高压匀质机使用Nanomizer (ナノマイザー) (吉田机械兴业株式会社),粉碎处理在200MPa的处理压力下进行。
比较例1~15
按照与实施例1同样的方法,制备不掺混分散剂的比较例1和将分散剂变更为硫酸软骨素钠以外的物质的比较例2~15。将比较例1~15的组成示出于表1和2中。表中各成分的掺混量单位为“g”。
就上述颜料组合物的分散性评价而言,是在搅拌混合后,于室温静置24小时,通过偏光显微镜在400倍的倍率下观察蓝色2号铝色淀的分散状态。将其结果示出于表1和2中。对于表中的分散性的评价,AA表示分散良好的状态,BB表示不可分散的状态,CC表示不可分散且迅速凝集的状态。

由表1和2的结果可知,仅在掺混硫酸软骨素钠的情况下可获得优异的分散性。
实施例2
将5g的蓝色2号铝色淀、0.5g的硫酸软骨素钠、10g的甘油、84.5g的纯化水搅拌混合,制得分散液。
对分散液进行使用搅拌机和氧化锆珠的粉碎处理。混合粉碎时的珠与样品以容积比计设定为1:1,粉碎处理设定为粗粉碎和微粉碎的2步粉碎。需说明的是,粉碎处理于室温下(约25℃)实施。
比较例16~18
减少硫酸软骨素钠的掺混量,减少的部分增加纯化水的量,按照与实施例2同样的方法制备具有如表3所示组成的颜料组合物(比较例16~18)。表中各成分的掺混量单位为“g”。
就上述颜料组合物的分散性评价而言,是在混合后,于室温静置72小时,通过偏光显微镜在400倍的倍率下观察蓝色2号铝色淀的分散状态。另外,就粘度测定而言,通过数字粘度计进行测定。将其结果示出于表3中。对于表中的分散性的评价,AA表示分散良好的状态,BB表示不可分散的状态

如比较例16所示,可知当计硫酸软骨素钠的掺混量相对于1重量份的颜料为0.075重量份以下时,无法良好分散蓝色2号铝色淀。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的颜料组合物由于分散性良好,所以可适合用作通常的圆珠笔等文具用油墨或涂料、特别是喷墨记录用颜料油墨。
Claims (3)
1. 颜料组合物,其为含有颜料和硫酸软骨素或其盐的颜料组合物,其特征在于,硫酸软骨素或其盐的含量相对于1重量份的颜料为0.1重量份以上。
2. 权利要求1的颜料组合物,其中,颜料为铝色淀。
3. 含有权利要求1或2的颜料组合物的药品印刷用油墨。
