Abstract

地坑式架车机分段式翻转盖板装置,包括盖板,所述盖板为分段式结构,包括活动盖板一和活动盖板二,活动盖板一与活动盖板二之间通过销轴铰接,所述销轴的正下方设有防倒翻块,所述防倒翻块通过销轴与活动盖板一连接。所述活动盖板二背离活动盖板一的一端的下方设有导向轮。所述翻转盖板一的下方设有翻转臂,所述翻转臂的一端通过轴承与防倒翻块连接,另一端通过销轴和含油轴承与电动推杆连接,所述电动推杆安装在电动推杆安装座上。本发明的有益效果是:(1)在检修作业过程中,举升单元的升降无需打开翻转盖板;(2)活动盖板一关闭后不占用检修作业的有限空间,减少了对检修人员的安全隐患;(3)适用多种型号的车体举升单元。

Description

地坑式架车机分段式翻转盖板装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铁道机车车辆维修设备,特别是一种用于检修铁路车辆的地坑式架车机的盖板装置。
背景技术
地坑式架车机用于动车组、高速列车、大功率机车或城市轨道车辆不解体的整架列车的检修作业,包括车辆转向架的更换以及车体下部电气设施、车顶电气设施的检修及更换作业等。随着动车组及高速列车在我国的大面积投入使用,动车组地坑式架车机将在列车检修的高级修程中发挥至关重要的作用。动车组架车时,首先用转向架举升单元将整列列车同步提升到一定的高度,并分解转向架,然后再用车体举升单元将车厢托住。
架车过程中,车体举升单元的举升柱和托头部分需要伸出地面,因此需要在与地面平齐的盖板上设置相应的开口,这些开口不但给检修工作带来成不便,也对检修人员的人身安全存在隐患。为了封堵这些开口,又不影响车体举升柱的伸出和缩回,往往采用翻转盖板装置。传统的翻转盖板主要有以下两种结构:(1)翻转盖板直接用车体举升单元顶起,顶起后翻转盖板上的导向轮沿着举升柱滚动,这种盖板适用于托头和举升柱基本平齐的情况,不适用于托头比较长的情况。(2)左右对开式翻转盖板,这种结构占用空间大,相应减小了检修作业的空间,给车辆举升后的检修作业带来不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有地坑式架车机翻转盖板的上述问题,提供了一种结构可靠实用、使用安全方便的地坑式架车机翻转盖板装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:地坑式架车机分段式翻转盖板装置,包括盖板,所述盖板为分段式结构,包括活动盖板一和活动盖板二,活动盖板一与活动盖板二之间通过销轴铰接,所述销轴的正下方设有防倒翻块,所述防倒翻块通过销轴与活动盖板一连接。
优选的是,所述活动盖板二背离活动盖板一的一端的下方设有导向轮。
优选的是,所述活动盖板一的下方设有翻转臂,所述翻转臂的一端通过轴承与防倒翻块连接,另一端通过销轴和含油轴承与电动推杆连接,所述电动推杆安装在电动推杆安装座上。
优选的是,所述电动推杆安装座与活动盖板一相连。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型采用分段式结构,当举升单元伸出后,活动盖板一回到水平位置,活动盖板二斜搭在举升柱上,并通过导向轮与举升柱接触,与现有的翻转盖板相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:(1)在检修作业过程中,举升单元的升降无需打开翻转盖板,使用方便;(2)活动盖板一关闭后不占用检修作业的有限空间,而且减少了对检修人员的安全隐患;(3)适用多种型号的车体举升单元,无论托头和举升柱是否齐平,本实用新型都可以适用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
地坑式架车机分段式翻转盖板装置,包括盖板,所述盖板为分段式结构,包括活动盖板一4和活动盖板二6,活动盖板一4与活动盖板二6之间通过销轴铰接,活动盖板二6背离活动盖板一4的一端的下方设有导向轮7。所述销轴的正下方设有防倒翻块5,所述防倒翻块5通过销轴与活动盖板一4连接。所述活动盖板一4的下方设有翻转臂3,所述翻转臂3的一端通过轴承与防倒翻块5连接,另一端通过销轴和含油轴承与电动推杆1连接,所述电动推杆1安装在电动推杆安装座2上。所述电动推杆安装座2与活动盖板一4相连。
地坑式架车机分段式翻转盖板装置的工作原理:非工作状态时,翻转盖板位于水平状态。当车体举升单元的托头8和举升柱9需要伸出地面时,翻转盖板开始工作:(1)电动推杆1推动翻转臂3,由翻转臂3带动活动盖板一4与活动盖板二6动作,直到翻转到接近90度停止;(2)车体举升单元的托头8和举升柱9伸出;(3)电动推杆1带动翻转臂3缩回,翻转盖板上的导向轮7和举升柱9接触,活动盖板一4落回水平位置,活动盖板二6斜搭在举升柱9上。

Claims (2)

1.地坑式架车机分段式翻转盖板装置,包括盖板,其特征在于:所述盖板为分段式结构,包括活动盖板一(4)和活动盖板二(6),活动盖板一(4)与活动盖板二(6)之间通过销轴铰接,所述销轴的正下方设有防倒翻块(5),所述防倒翻块(5)通过销轴与活动盖板一(4)连接;所述活动盖板二(6)远离活动盖板一(4)的一端的下方设有导向轮(7);所述活动盖板一(4)的下方设有翻转臂(3),所述翻转臂(3)的一端通过轴承与防倒翻块(5)连接,另一端通过销轴和含油轴承与电动推杆(1)连接,所述电动推杆(1)安装在电动推杆安装座(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地坑式架车机分段式翻转盖板装置,其特征在于:所述电动推杆安装座(2)与活动盖板一(4)相连。
