有益剂递送组合物可根据本说明书的实施例和/或通过下列方法制备,所述方法可包括:

有益剂递送组合物可用于衣物洗涤剂组合物(如TIDETM)、硬质表面清洁剂(如MRCLEANTM)、自动盘碟洗涤液(如CASCADETM)和地板清洁剂(如SWIFFERTM)。清洁组合物的非限制性实例可包括如USPN4,515,705、4,537,706、4,537,707、4,550,862、4,561,998、4,597,898、4,968,451、5,565,145、5,929,022、6,294,514、和6,376,445中所描述的那些。通过常规方法配制本文所公开的清洁组合物,使得在用于含水清洁操作期间,洗涤水将具有介于约6.5和约12之间、或甚至约7.5和约10.5之间的pH。液体餐具洗涤产品制剂典型具有的pH介于约6.8和约9.0之间。清洁制品被典型配制成具有约7至约12的pH。将pH调节在可取使用程度的技术包括使用缓冲剂、碱、酸等,并且是本领域的技术人员所熟知的。
助剂材料

按照规定,辅助成分不是申请人的清洁和织物护理组合物所必需的。因此,申请人的组合物的某些实施方案不包含一种或多种以下助剂材料:漂白活化剂、表面活性剂、助洗剂、螯合剂、染料转移抑制剂、分散剂、酶和酶稳定剂、催化金属配合物、聚合物分散剂、粘土和污垢移除/抗再沉淀剂、增白剂、抑泡剂、染料、附加的香料和香料递送体系、结构增弹剂、织物软化剂、载体、水溶助长剂、加工助剂和/或颜料。然而,当存在一种或多种助剂时,所述一种或多种助剂可按以下详述存在:
表面活性剂—根据本发明所述的组合物可包含表面活性剂或表面活性剂体系,其中所述表面活性剂可选自非离子和/或阴离子和/或阳离子表面活性剂和/或两性的和/或两性离子的和/或半极性的非离子表面活性剂。所述表面活性剂的典型含量为按所述清洁组合物的重量计约0.1%,约1%,甚至约5%至约99.9%,至约80%,至约35%,甚至至约30%。
助洗剂—本发明的组合物可包含一种或多种洗涤剂助剂或助洗剂体系。当存在时,所述组合物将通常包含按重量计至少约1%的助洗剂,或约5%或10%至约80%,50%,甚至30%的所述助洗剂。助洗剂包括但不限于多磷酸的碱金属盐、铵盐和链烷醇铵盐,硅酸碱金属盐,碳酸碱土金属和碱金属盐,硅铝酸盐助洗剂,多羧酸盐化合物,醚羟基多羧酸盐,马来酸酐与乙烯或乙烯基甲基醚的共聚物,1,3,5-三羟基苯-2,4,6-三磺酸,和羧甲基苹果酸,多乙酸(如乙二胺四乙酸和氨三乙酸)以及多羧酸(如苯六甲酸、琥珀酸、氧联二琥珀酸、多元马来酸、1,3,5-三苯甲酸、羧甲基苹果酸)的各种碱金属盐、铵盐和取代的铵盐,以及它们的可溶性盐。
螯合剂—本文的组合物还可任选地包含一种或多种铜螯合剂、铁螯合剂和/或锰螯合剂。如果使用螯合剂,那么这些螯合剂的含量一般为按本文所述组合物的重量计约0.1%至约15%,甚至约3.0%至约15%。
染料转移抑制剂—本发明的组合物还可包含一种或多种染料转移抑制剂。合适的聚合物染料转移抑制剂包括但不限于:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物、聚胺N-氧化物聚合物、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和N-乙烯基咪唑的共聚物、聚乙烯基唑烷酮和聚乙烯基咪唑或它们的混合物。当染料转移抑制剂存在于本发明的组合物时,其含量为按所述清洁组合物的重量计约0.0001%,约0.01%,约0.05%至约10%,约2%,甚至约1%。
分散剂—本发明的组合物还可包含分散剂。合适的水溶性有机物是均聚或共聚酸或其盐,其中多元羧酸可包含至少两个彼此相隔不超过两个碳原子的羧基。
酶—所述清洁组合物可包含一种或多种酶,所述酶提供清洁性能和/或织物护理有益效果。适宜酶的实例包括但不限于,半纤维素酶、纤维素酶、纤维二糖脱氢酶、过氧化物酶、蛋白酶、木聚糖酶、脂肪酶、磷脂酶、酯酶、角质酶、果胶酶、甘露聚糖酶、果胶酸裂合酶、角蛋白酶、还原酶、氧化酶、酚氧化酶、脂氧合酶、木素酶、支链淀粉酶、鞣酸酶、戊聚糖酶、麦拉宁酶(melanase)、β-葡聚糖酶、阿拉伯糖苷酶、透明质酸酶、软骨素酶、漆酶和淀粉酶、或它们的混合物。典型的组合是可包含例如与淀粉酶结合的蛋白酶和脂肪酶的酶组合。当存在于清洁组合物中时,上述附加酶可按所述组合物重量计约0.00001%至约2%,约0.0001%至约1%或者约0.001%至约0.5%酶蛋白的含量存在。
适宜的酶可从GenencorInternationalInc.(PaloAlto,California)、ABEnzymesGmbH(Darmstadt,Germany)和NovozymesA/S(Bagsvaerd,Denmark)商购获得,并包括Alcalase、Savinase、Primase、Durazym、Polarzyme、Kannase、Liquanase、Ovozyme、Neutrase、Everlase、Esperase、Maxatase、Maxacal、Maxapem、Properase、Purafect、PurafectPrime、PurafectOx、FN3、FN4、ExcellaseandPurafectOXP、DURAMYL、LIQUEZYMETERMAMYL、TERMAMYLULTRA、NATALASE、SUPRAMYL、STAINZYME、STAINZYMEPLUS、STAINZYMEULTRA、FUNGAMYL、BANLipolase、LipolaseUltra、Lipoprime、Lipex、Mannaway、Pectaway、Pectawash、Purabrite、Celluclean、Carezyme、Celluzyme、Biotouch、Endolase和PuradaxHA。
酶稳定剂—对于用于组合物中的酶,例如,洗涤剂可用多种技术来稳定。本发明使用的酶可由最终组合物中存在的钙和/或镁离子水溶性源来稳定,最终组合物将这种离子提供给酶。
催化金属配合物—申请人的组合物可包含催化金属配合物。一类含金属的漂白催化剂是这样的催化剂体系,该体系包含具有确定漂白催化活性的过渡金属阳离子,如铜阳离子、铁阳离子、钛阳离子、钌阳离子、钨阳离子、钼阳离子或锰阳离子;包含具有很低的或者没有漂白催化活性的辅助金属阳离子,如锌阳离子或铝阳离子;以及包含对于催化的和辅助的金属阳离子有确定稳定性常数的螯合剂,尤其是乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)、以及它们的水溶性盐。上述催化剂公开于USPN4,430,243中。
如果需要,本发明组合物可借助锰化合物进行催化。上述化合物和用量是本领域熟知的,并且包括例如公开于USPN5,576,282中的基于锰的催化剂。
可用于本发明的钴漂白催化剂是已知的,并且描述于例如USPN5,597,936和5,595,967。此类钴催化剂易于通过已知的方法制备,例如在USPN5,597,936和5,595,967中提出的方法。
本发明的组合物还可适宜地包含大多环刚性配体(简写为“MRL”)的过渡金属配合物。作为实施项,而不是作为限制,可调节本发明的组合物和清洁方法,使得在含水洗涤介质中提供大约至少一亿分之一的有益剂MRL物质,并且在洗涤液体中可提供约0.005ppm至约25ppm,约0.05ppm至约10ppm,甚至约0.1ppm至约5ppm的MRL
本发明过渡金属漂白催化剂中的优选过渡金属包括锰、铁和铬。本文优选的MRL是一种特殊类型的超刚性配体,该配体是交联的,如5,12-二乙基-1,5,8,12-四氮杂双环[6.6.2]十六烷。
适宜的过渡金属MRL易于由已知方法制得,如WO00/32601和USPN6,225,464中所提出的。
制备和使用组合物的方法
本发明的组合物可被配制成任何适宜的形式,并且可由配制人员选择的任何方法制得,其非限制性实例描述于USPN5,879,584、5,691,297、5,574,005、5,569,645、5,565,422、5,516,448、5,489,392;5,486,303中。
使用方法
可使用本文所公开的包含胶囊包封的有益剂的组合物来清洁或处理部位,特别是表面或织物。典型地,该部位至少一部分接触申请者的组合物实施方案(其以纯的形式或稀释在液体,例如洗涤液体中),然后可任选洗涤和/或漂洗所述部位。在一个方面,部位可任选地被洗涤和/或漂洗,用一种或多种本发明的有益剂递送组合物或包含一种或多种本发明的有益剂递送组合物的消费品与之接触,然后任选地被洗涤和/或漂洗。就本发明的目的而言,洗涤包括但不限于擦洗和机械搅拌。织物可包括大多数可在正常消费者使用条件下洗涤或处理的任何织物。可包含所公开组合物的液体可具有约3至约11.5的pH。此类组合物在溶液中通常以约500ppm至约15,000ppm的浓度使用。当洗涤溶剂是水时,水温典型为约5℃至约90℃,并且当所述部位包括织物时,水与织物之比通常为约1∶1至约30∶1。
测试方法
应当理解,如本文所描述和要求保护的发明一样,在本专利申请测试方法部分公开的测试方法应被用来确定申请人发明的参数的各自的值。
确定基准尺寸的方法(附聚物和颗粒)
有益剂递送组合物的粒度分布使用ASTM测试方法E726-01“ParticleSizeDistributionofGranularCarriersandGranularPesticides”确定。具体地讲,所述方法应使用TylerRoTap摇筛机进行,所述摇筛机配有带有中央安装木栓盖的铸铁套筛(W.S.TylerCompany,(Cleveland,Ohio))。应选择至少5套筛目以包含待分析材料的全部粒度范围。(步骤7.1)。如果在筛分后发现多于40重量%的所述样本在一个筛上,则应调整筛的选择并且重新测试所述样本直至发现在所有的筛上均<40重量%。
将用于操作RoTap的下列参数应用到所述方法的步骤7.4中:
1)152拍/分钟
2)285rpm椭圆形运动
3)盖上的木栓从手持杯的顶端突出5mm。
4)锤从锤的最高点落下33mm至木栓的顶部。
5)过筛时间5分钟。
通过用各个筛子微米尺寸开口对对数横坐标作图并用累积质量分数(Q3)对线性纵坐标作图,在半对数坐标图上对该数据绘图。上述数据表示的实例示于ISO9276-1:1998“Representationofresultsofparticlesizeanalysis-Part1:GraphicalRepresentation”图A.4中。对于本发明的目的而言,种子材料的中值粒度(D50)被定义为累积质量百分比等于50%的点的横坐标值,并通过在50%值正上方(a50)和下方(b50)的数据点之间直线内插来计算,其采用以下公式:
D50=10^[Log(Da50)-(Log(Da50)-Log(Db50))*(Qa50-50%)/(Qa50-Qb50)]

确定基准尺寸的方法(挤出物)
当所述材料在20℃时,挤出物的直径通过使用测微器测量获得。为了确定平均数,从待测样本中取五个典型的挤出物并小心地测量,从而使在测量过程期间不使挤出物变形,然后计算这些测量的算术平均值。为了本专利申请之目的,算术平均值被认为是挤出物的基准尺寸。
实施例

实施例1三聚氰胺基聚脲胶囊(80%芯/20重量%壁)
通过混合208克水和5克丙烯酸烷基酯-丙烯酸共聚物(Polysciences,Inc.(Warrington,Pennsylvania,USA))制备第一混合物。使用乙酸将该第一混合物调节pH为5.0。在45℃温度下将包含芳香油的125克胶囊芯材料加入到第一混合物中以形成乳液。如下形成胶囊壁:混合9克相应的胶囊壁材料共聚物前聚合物(丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸共聚物)与90克水并调节至pH5.0。加入28克部分甲基化的羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂溶液(“Cymel385”,80%固体,Cytec)。在45℃的温度下,在搅拌下将该混合物加入上述的芳香剂水包油乳液中。使用高速共混以获得15微米的平均体积粒度。将混合物的温度逐渐升至65℃,并且在连续搅拌下保持该温度过夜以引发和完成封装。为了形成丙烯酸-丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物胶囊壁,烷基可选自乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基、己基、环己基、2-乙基己基,或其它具有一至约十六个碳原子,优选一至八个碳原子的烷基。
实施例2包含螯合剂的三聚氰胺基聚脲胶囊(80%芯/20重量%壁)
通过混合208克水和5克丙烯酸烷基酯-丙烯酸共聚物(Polysciences,Inc.(Warrington,Pennsylvania,USA))制备第一混合物。使用乙酸将该第一混合物调节pH为5.0。在分开的容器中,加入5mg乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)到混合物中,所述混合物是包含芳香油的125克胶囊芯材料,混合20分钟。在45℃下将第二混合物加到第一混合物中以形成乳液。如下制备形成胶囊壁材料的成分:混合9克相应的胶囊壁材料共聚物前聚合物(丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸共聚物)与90克水并调节至pH5.0。将28克部分甲基化的羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂溶液(“Cymel385”,80%固体,购自Cytec)加入到该混合物中。在45℃的温度下,在搅拌下将该混合物加入到上述的芳香剂水包油乳液中。使用高速共混以获得15微米的平均体积粒度。将混合物的温度逐渐升至65℃,并且在连续搅拌下保持该温度过夜以引发和完成封装。为了形成丙烯酸-丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物胶囊壁,烷基可选自乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基、己基、环己基、2-乙基己基,或其它具有一至约十六个碳原子,优选一至八个碳原子的烷基。
实施例3
使用具有R1382连接件的Eurostar混合器(IKA),在200RPM的恒定速度下混合实施例1的香料微胶囊浆液的9kg等分试样。向所述等分试样加入5.4g乙二胺二琥珀酸(EDDS),然后加入500g羧甲基纤维素(CPKelco),使用具有与上文所述相同连接件的Eurostar混合器在相同速度下混合。所述浆液混合总共两小时或直至形成均匀的糊剂。
实施例4
使用具有R1382连接件的Eurostar混合器(IKA),在200RPM的恒定速度下混合实施例2的香料微胶囊浆液的9kg等分试样。向所述等分试样加入500g羧甲基纤维素(CPKelco),使用具有与上文所述相同连接件的Eurostar混合器在相同速度下混合。所述浆液混合总共两小时或直至形成均匀的糊剂。
实施例5
将1.28kg沉淀二氧化硅Sipernat22S(Degussa)加入到F-20桨式搅拌器(Forberg)中。将搅拌器运行初始的5秒以在搅拌器基座上均匀分散二氧化硅。停止搅拌,且将依照实施例2制备的8.25kg糊剂均匀地分配到所述粉末上。然后搅拌器以120rpm运行总共30秒。接着混合之后,将润湿颗粒倾倒出搅拌器并使用2000微米的筛筛选以移除粒度过大的颗粒。将穿过筛网的产品以500g一批在CDT0.02流化床烘干机(Niro)中干燥至用KarlFischer测量的最终20重量%含水量。所述烘干机在140℃的入口温度和0.68m/s的空气速度下工作。

Claims (15)
1.一种有益剂递送组合物,所述组合物包含选自由下列组成的组的材料:
a)附聚物、颗粒和/或挤出物,所述附聚物、颗粒和/或挤出物包含螯合剂、隔离剂和胶囊包封的有益剂,所述有益剂具有芯和包封所述芯的外壳,所述隔离剂选自包含Fe2O3杂质的二氧化硅;
其中所述胶囊包封的有益剂包括:
1)香料微胶囊,所述香料微胶囊包括芯和包封所述芯的外壳,
2)粘合剂;或者
3)它们的混合物;和
所述螯合剂包括选自包含软碱的多齿螯合剂;不包含软碱的多齿螯合剂,其选自抗坏血酸、柠檬酸、二羧甲基谷氨酸、苹果酸、氨三乙酸、草酸、磷酸、琥珀酸,及其组合;肽和/或极性氨基酸;及其组合;以及
所述螯合剂存在于所述胶囊包封的有益剂的所述芯中。
2.如权利要求1所述的有益剂递送组合物,所述组合物包含附聚物、颗粒和/或挤出物,所述附聚物、颗粒和/或挤出物包含基于所述有益剂递送组合物的总重量:
a)2%至97%的胶囊包封的有益剂,所述胶囊包封的有益剂包括芯和包封所述有益剂的外壳,所述胶囊包封的有益剂包含足量的有益剂以提供基于总的有益效果递送组合物重量1%至85%的有益剂;
b)螯合剂,所述螯合剂存在于所述胶囊包封的有益剂的所述芯中;
c)1%至50%的增塑剂;
d)1%至50%的粘合剂;和
e)1%至50%的隔离剂,选自包含Fe2O3杂质的二氧化硅。
3.如权利要求2所述的有益剂递送组合物,其中所述增塑剂包含选自由下列组成的组的材料:水;醇;脂肪酸;石蜡、凡士林、矿物油;植物油;以及它们的混合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的有益剂递送组合物,其中所述醇是乙二醇。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的有益剂递送组合物,其中包含在香料微胶囊中的所述外壳包含交联的三聚氰胺甲醛。
6.如权利要求2或3所述的有益剂递送组合物,其中:
a)所述胶囊包封的有益剂包括香料微胶囊,所述香料微胶囊包括芯和包封所述芯的外壳,所述外壳和/或芯包含交联的三聚氰胺甲醛且所述芯包含螯合剂;
b)所述增塑剂包含水;并且
c)所述粘合剂选自由下列组成的组:纤维素;海藻酸盐;淀粉;聚乙烯醇;聚环氧乙烷;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮;多糖;聚丙烯酸酯;蜡;聚乙二醇;醇乙氧基化物;表面活性剂;以及它们的混合物。
7.如权利要求1、2或3中的任一项所述的有益剂递送组合物,其中所述包含软碱的多齿的螯合剂选自乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)(DTPMP)、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)、1,2-乙二胺、二亚乙基三胺、乙二胺二琥珀酸(EDDS)、以及它们的组合。
