个人化正在成为洗衣过程的一个重要方面。消费者希望根据个人偏好并根据所洗衣物的材料或类型而定制其洗衣过程中使用的成分。
这个的例子可以在香料方面看到。消费者通常将香味与清洁度联系在一起,或者单纯是享受香味;因此,许多洗衣产品包含香料。但是,对香料的期望量在消费者之间和在衣物之间有所不同。对于许多织物有益剂而言,情况确实如此。
需要可在传统洗衣组合物之外使用的产品,其使消费者能够定制递送至其洗涤衣物的有益剂。
发明内容

具体实施方式
术语“洗衣液体”用于指洗衣过程中使用的传统液体,特别是液体洗衣洗涤剂和液体洗衣织物调理剂/软化剂。在一些方面,洗衣液体可以被膜包封在单位剂量胶囊中。
术语“洗衣浆液”用于指特定形式的洗衣产品。这是液体产品,其在洗衣洗涤剂和/或织物调理剂之外使用,以在洗涤或漂洗循环中向材料提供额外或改善的益处。浆液是以其与洗衣液体的物理相互作用来定义。浆液将漂浮在旨在与其一起使用的洗衣液体上。浆液也可称为液体辅助组合物。

在本说明书中,粘度测量是在25℃下,在来自TA instruments的DHR-2流变仪上使用4cm直径的2°锥和板几何形状进行的。
详细而言,所有测量均使用TA-Instruments DHR-2型流变仪进行,该流变仪具有4cm直径的2°锥和板测量系统。下Peltier板用于将测量温度控制在25℃。测量方案为“流动曲线”,其中施加的剪切应力以对数形式从0.01Pa变化至400Pa,每十个应力有10个测量点。在每个应力下,在施加应力的10秒期间的最后5秒内测量剪切应变速率,在该应力下的粘度计算为剪切应力和剪切速率的商。

浆液组合物
浆液组合物是水性组合物。洗衣浆液包括非离子表面活性剂、有益剂和水。
非离子表面活性剂:
本发明的浆液组合物包含非离子表面活性剂。优选地,浆液包含0.5至15重量%的非离子表面活性剂,更优选0.5至10重量%的非离子表面活性剂,最优选0.5至6重量%的非离子表面活性剂。非离子表面活性剂的正确量对于实现期望的有益剂递送是重要的。浆液需要足够的表面活性剂来携带有益剂,然而过多的表面活性剂将干扰与其一起使用的洗衣液体或粉末的作用,并且将由于不充分的稀释而阻止有益剂释放。
非离子表面活性剂的HLB值优选为12-20,更优选为14-18。
非离子表面活性剂材料的例子包括:乙氧基化材料、多元醇(例如多元醇和多元醇酯)、烷基多苷、EO-PO嵌段共聚物(泊洛沙姆)。优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自乙氧基化材料。
优选的乙氧基化材料包括:脂肪酸乙氧基化物、脂肪胺乙氧基化物、脂肪醇乙氧基化物、壬基酚乙氧基化物、烷基酚乙氧基化物、酰胺乙氧基化物、山梨聚糖(醇)酯乙氧基化物、甘油酯乙氧基化物(蓖麻油或氢化蓖麻油乙氧基化物)及其混合物。
更优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自具有以下通式的乙氧基化表面活性剂:

有益剂:
本发明的洗衣浆液将一种或多种有益剂递送至经洗涤的织物。有益剂可以在浆液中游离,或者它们可以被包封。下文概述了涉及香料的合适的包封材料。
本发明的浆液包含按浆液组合物的重量计0.5-40重量%的有益剂,优选0.5-30重量%的有益剂,最优选1-20重量%的有益剂。

香料:
本发明的浆液优选包含香料成分。香料成分可以作为游离油和/或在微囊中提供。
本发明的浆液可包含一种或多种香料组合物。香料组合物可以是游离香料组合物的混合物、包封香料组合物的混合物、或包封和游离油香料组合物的混合物的形式。
优选地,本发明的浆液包含0.5至20重量%的香料成分,更优选1至15重量%的香料成分,最优选2至10重量%的香料成分。

基于浆液组合物的总重量,游离香料可优选以0.01至20重量%,更优选0.1至15重量%,更优选0.1至10重量%,甚至更优选0.1至6.0重量%,最优选0.5至6.0重量%的量存在。
当香料成分在微囊中时,合适的包封材料可包括但不限于:氨基塑料、蛋白质、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、多糖、聚酰胺、聚烯烃、树胶、硅酮、脂质、改性纤维素、聚磷酸盐、聚苯乙烯、聚酯或其组合。
包含在微囊中的香料组分可包含有气味的材料和/或前香味剂材料。
包含在微囊中的特别优选的香料组分是释香香料组分和实质香料组分。释香香料组分的定义是沸点低于250℃且LogP高于2.5。实质香料组分的定义是沸点高于250℃且LogP高于2.5。优选香料组合物包含释香和实质香料组分的混合物。香料组合物可包含其他香料组分。
微囊中存在多种香料组分是常见的。在用于本发明的组合物中,设想将存在三种或更多种,优选四种或更多种,更优选五种或更多种,最优选六种或更多种不同的香料组分在微囊中。可以应用300种香料组分的上限。

硅酮:
特别优选的有益剂是硅酮。硅酮在根据本发明的方法的芳香化浆液组合物中的使用改善了硅酮的软化效果。
硅酮可以以按浆液组合物的重量计选自小于10%、小于8%和小于6%的含量存在。硅酮可以以按浆液组合物的重量计选自大于0.5%、大于1%和大于1.5%的含量存在。适合地,硅酮可以以按浆液组合物的重量计选自约0.5%至约10%、优选约1%至约8%,更优选约1.5%至约6%的含量存在于浆液组合物中。
硅酮及其化学性质在例如The Encyclopaedia of Polymer Science,第11卷第765页中描述。
适用于本发明的硅酮是织物软化硅酮。这样的硅酮的非限制性例子包括:

官能化硅酮上的官能团优选位于硅酮上的侧链位置,即组合物包含官能化硅酮,其中官能团位于在硅酮链的末端以外的位置。术语“末端位置”和“在硅酮链的末端”用于表示硅酮链的末端。
当硅酮的性质为线性时,硅酮链有两端。在这种情况下,阴离子硅酮优选不包含位于硅酮的末端位置的官能团。
当硅酮的性质为支化时,末端位置被视为最长线性硅酮链的两端。优选地,没有官能团位于最长线性硅酮链的末端。

结构化剂
如果浆液包含微囊,则可需要结构化剂,合适的结构化剂的非限制性例子包括:果胶、海藻酸盐、阿拉伯半乳聚糖、角叉菜胶、结冷胶、多糖如黄原胶(xanthum gum)、瓜尔胶、丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸聚合物、水可溶胀粘土、气相二氧化硅、丙烯酸酯/氨基丙烯酸酯共聚物及其混合物。
本文中优选的分散剂包括选自丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸聚合物、结冷胶、气相二氧化硅、丙烯酸酯/氨基丙烯酸酯共聚物、水可溶胀粘土、多糖如黄原胶及其混合物的那些。最优选地,结构化剂选自多糖,例如黄原胶、丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸酯/氨基丙烯酸酯共聚物、和水可溶胀粘土。最优选的结构化剂是多糖,例如黄原胶。
当存在时,结构化剂优选以0.001-10重量%,优选0.005-5重量%,更优选0.01-3重量%的量存在。
表面活性剂
本发明的浆液组合物不是传统的洗衣洗涤剂或织物调理组合物。本发明优选包含低含量或不含阴离子或阳离子表面活性剂。
本发明的液体辅助组合物优选包含小于2重量%的阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂,更优选小于1重量%的表面活性剂,甚至更优选小于0.85重量%的阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂,最优选小于0.5重量%的阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂。

防腐剂
本发明的浆液组合物优选包含防腐剂。防腐剂优选以组合物的0.001-1重量%的量存在,更优选0.005-0.5重量%,最优选0.01-0.1重量%。
防腐剂可包括抗微生物剂,例如基于异噻唑啉酮的化学品(特别是异噻唑啉-3-酮杀生物剂),或基于戊二醛的产品。合适的防腐剂的例子包括苯并异噻唑啉、氯-甲基-异噻唑-3-酮、甲基-异噻唑-3-酮及其混合物。合适的防腐剂可作为来自Dow的Kathon CG和来自Lonza的Proxel商购。
其他成分

物理性质
洗衣组合物的粘度优选为50-15000mPa·s,更优选为100-1000mPa·s,最优选为100-800mPa·s。该粘度提供了洗衣液体可以将浆液带入洗衣过程中的益处。
优选地,洗衣浆液组合物的粘度大于与其一起使用的洗衣液体的粘度,更优选比与其一起使用的洗衣液体大100mPa·s,最优选大200mPa·s。更高的粘度阻止洗衣浆液组合物与洗衣液体混合,并提供了用洗衣液体将整个浆液组合物带入洗涤或漂洗中的益处。

将洗衣浆液倾倒在洗衣液体或粉末的顶部上提供了洗衣液体或粉末在混合两种组合物的情况下将浆液带入洗涤或漂洗中的益处。优选地,浆液与洗衣液体联合使用。
或者,浆液可用于手洗洗衣过程,其中将浆液在常规洗衣液体之外简单地倾倒在洗涤液中。
优选地,将2-50ml体积、更优选2-30ml体积、最优选2-20ml的浆液加入到洗衣过程中。该体积将期望水平的香料以消费者可容易定量加料的体积递送到洗涤中。

-0.5-15重量%的非离子表面活性剂;
-0.5-40重量%的有益剂;和
-水。

Claims (9)
1.一种洗衣浆液组合物,其包含:
a.0.5-15重量%的非离子表面活性剂;
b.0.5-40重量%的有益剂;和
c.水;
其中所述有益剂包含所述组合物的0.01-20重量%的游离香料和所述组合物的0.01-20重量%的包封香料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述有益剂包含香料组分,所述香料组分以所述浆液组合物的0.5-20重量%的量存在。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述有益剂包含硅酮,所述硅酮以所述浆液组合物的0.5-10重量%的量存在。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述非离子表面活性剂包括乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述洗衣浆液的粘度为50–15000mPa·s。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含结构化剂。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含小于2重量%的选自阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂及其混合物的表面活性剂。
8.一种在洗衣过程中递送有益剂的方法,其中在洗衣液体或粉末之外,包含以下的浆液被加入到所述洗衣过程中:
a.0.5-15重量%的非离子表面活性剂;
b.0.5-40重量%的有益剂;和
c.水;
其中所述有益剂包含所述组合物的0.01-20重量%的游离香料和所述组合物的0.01-20重量%的包封香料。
9.包含以下的浆液组合物在洗衣过程中向织物递送益处的用途:
a.0.5-15重量%的非离子表面活性剂;
b.0.5-40重量%的有益剂;和
c.水;
其中所述有益剂包含所述组合物的0.01-20重量%的游离香料和所述组合物的0.01-20重量%的包封香料。
